Joseline Hernandez was NOT on drugs during that ugly brawl on the set of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta"... so says her husband Stevie J -- who tells TMZ they're gonna sue the liars who said she was high.

Stevie claims his co-star, Althea Eaton, made up the story about Joseline smoking crack cocaine before attacking her last month at the reunion show. Althea is suing Joseline for assaulting her.

Stevie tells TMZ ... the suit is BS because Althea and her fiance Benzino started the fight by talking crap in the first place. He claims Althea's lawsuit is a smokescreen ... to hide the fact Benzino slugged Joseline during the tussle.

Stevie says he and Joseline have lawyered up ... and plan to countersue because "no grown man should hit a woman."

We called Benzino who told us, "It's clear that him and his whore jumped off the couch and attacked us and whatever happened from there was merely self-defense."

A vicious "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" brawl has triggered a lawsuit ... which now alleges one of the stars was smoking crack cocaine at the reunion show.

Althea Eaton has filed suit against Joseline Hernandez, who is caught on tape punching Althea in the face and dragging her to the ground ... then hitting and scratching her for good measure.

In the suit, Althea claims eyewitnesses allegedly observed Joseline smoking crack cocaine out of a pipe backstage during the show. Althea believes Joseline was high as a kite when she attacked.

It's interesting ... Althea is NOT suing the show or the network, which means one of 2 things:

Justin Bieber is under investigation for several crimes -- including attempted robbery -- for lunging at a fan at an arcade and sports bar ... attempting to get the guy's cell phone.

Justin and Selena Gomez were at Dave & Buster's Monday night when a fan started taking cell phone pics and video of the two. Law enforcement sources say ... Justin lunged at the guy ... in an attempt to take his cell phone and presumably erase the pics and video.

Justin's security held him back and he never made contact with the fan.

Police were called but before they arrived Justin booked it out of there.

Our law enforcement sources say the fan wants to press charges and Justin is being investigated ... and the possible crimes are attempted battery, attempted theft (stealing the pics) and attempted robbery (grabbing the camera in an attempt to permanently deprive the fan of the pics and video).

Justin could be in big trouble, because he's on probation in the egging case and violating the law could trigger a probation violation which could land him in jail.

We called Bieber's rep. They have no comment.

Katt Williams says he was with Suge Knight when he was shot at the pre-VMA party ... and the comedian maintains Suge was trying to protect someone else when the bullets started flying.

Our photog spotted Katt out in Malibu Monday, where he broke down the shooting of his friend Suge, like this:

-- Suge was not the intended victim and he was merely trying to save someone else ... possibly Chris Brown?
-- Suge's shooting was NOT gang-related because ... has there ever been a gang-related shooting where the other side didn't shoot back?

As for who pulled the trigger, Katt uncorked a rant about "nobody" shooting Suge ... theorizing the shooter might never be caught just like MLK Jr. and Malcolm X's assassins -- which makes zero sense since their killers were tried and convicted.

Tampa Bay Buc rookie wide receiver Mike Evans was DETAINED by Miami Beach PD after a nightclub fight in March ... after he was KICKED OUT of the club ... cops tell TMZ Sports.

We broke the story ... Evans -- the #7 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft -- was involved in an insane brawl outside Dream nightclub on March 15th ... and could be seen throwing punches at multiple people.

Now, the Miami Beach PD tells TMZ Sports ... the whole thing started after Evans was THROWN OUT of the club -- along with 2 other individuals.

TMZ Sports has obtained a photo of the woman who claims she was attacked by former Texas A&M football star Isaiah Golden ... and it appears to show redness and bruising on her face.

We broke the story ... 20-year-old Golden (a former starting lineman for the Aggies in 2013) was arrested this week for domestic violence after allegedly attacking his GF in Lake Charles, LA.

According to the incident report, filed by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office, Golden's girlfriend called 911 on Thursday night ... to report that Golden got physical during a heated argument.

Cops raced to the home and arrested the 6'2 330-pound lineman for domestic battery.

It's just the latest in a strong of legal problems for the athlete -- who was recently kicked off the A&M football team following an arrest for aggravated robbery.

Tampa Bay Bucs rookie wide receiver Mike Evans was in the middle of an INSANE nightclub brawl -- fighting bouncers in the street ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

It all went down outside Dream Nightclub ... where the #7 overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft was screaming at bouncers. We're told Evans had been partying inside the club moments before the video begins.

The person who shot the video tells TMZ Sports the footage was captured Saturday night. However, Mike's agent insists the incident took place back in March.

While Evans -- who just turned 21 yesterday -- unloads on the staff, a person who appears to be in Mike's entourage throws a punch at a bouncer ... and that's when all hell breaks loose.

During the melee, Mike gets knocked out of frame ... but comes running back into the center of the madness ... throwing a haymaker.

He continues to throw punches -- while bobbing and weaving like the superstar athlete that he is.

Despite the presence of several men wearing "police" vests -- we're told Mike was not arrested. In fact, we're told NO ONE was arrested.

According to the nightclub's website, you have to be 21 to enter -- and Mike was only 20 at the time of the incident.

We reached out to Mike's rep and the Bucs. So far, no word back.

1:36 PM PT -- Mike's GF posted a photo of the couple back in March, wearing the same clothes they were in on the night of the fight. It's pretty clear, this thing went down in March.

Rapper Joe Budden allegedly brutally beat his girlfriend the way Chris Brown brutalized Rihanna ... by slamming her head into the dashboard of a car.

We're told Budden saw pics of his GF with some men and flipped out. Sources connected with the woman tell us ... Budden found her at an NYC restaurant, dragged her out to his car and then allegedly choked her and slammed her head into the dash.

The sources say he then drove them to his New Jersey home where cops say the beating continued.

TMZ obtained photos of the GF's injuries ... they're pretty graphic.

Cops are currently investigating.

We've reached out to Budden ... so far, no response.

Justin Bieber can jump off a cliff ... but he can't order his bodyguard to attack anyone trying to photograph him doing it ... so a paparazzo alleges in a new lawsuit against the singer.

Aja Oxman claims Bieber was behind a brutal attack against him in which he was lifted in a choke hold and slammed onto the hood of a car. According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Justin "enjoyed the beating."

Bieber was in Kauai last November at Shipwreck Beach and decided to cliff jump. Oxman says he took a photo on a public beach and Bieber sicked his bodyguard on him ... ordering, "Go get his memory card and do whatever you have to do to get that card."

Oxman says that's when the bodyguard opened a can of whoopass, took his camera and memory card. The bodyguard, Dwayne Patterson, was booked for 3rd degree assault and 4th degree criminal property damage.

The suit -- filed by attorney Sark Ohanian -- claims Bieber and his hired muscle destroyed the camera together.

We called Bieber's people. So far, no comment.

Hulk Hogan is ticked off at WWE Champion Brock Lesnar for an unscripted insult he made in the ring. What did Brock say that was so offensive? He called him … old.

Wait, that's it? But Hulk is, ya know … old.

"New Girl" star Lamorne Morris booked it down Santa Monica Blvd. Monday night to not only watch a pretty awesome girl fight ... he became the official TMZ blow-by-blow commentator.

Morris was leaving DBA in West Hollywood when he noticed the female fracas … then dragged our photog over for a closer look. Morris was literally drooling as he commentated.

Drunk girls ... it never misses.

It was shades of Lindsay Lohan at the Teen Choice Awards last weekend when a former Disney star went ballistic backstage ... even throwing a projectile at a staffer ... TMZ has learned.

The culprit is Jake T. Austin -- who, according to multiple sources, tried to hit up the Candies gifting suite backstage when he was turned away by a worker who didn't recognize the "Fosters" actor.

Multiple witnesses tell us ... Jake pulled a full "Don't you know who I am?" ... screaming at the employee, "I'm a presenter. Who the f**k are you?!"

We're told Austin got so heated, he picked up an empty shoe box and fired it at the female staffer's chest.

Jake eventually stormed off ... only to return to the gifting suite an hour later with his mom by his side -- and despite having parental supervision, he continued to talk more smack to the suite worker.

It's just another Lohan-esque moment for the former Disney actor -- who was busted for DUI last October and then destroyed the same car in a 4-car pileup just a month later.

Mike Tyson is still the champ when it comes to slap-boxing ... and Jon Jones learned that the hard way outside of WWE SummerSlam in L.A. Sunday night.

The two were goofin' around in front of Staples Center -- when the fighters squared off ... with some open-handed pugilism.

Jones handled himself pretty well ... until Mike moved to his inside and tagged the UFC superstar right on the jaw -- and even Jones admits if the brawl was full-force ... "He'd kill me."

Now that's a fight we'd LOVE to see.

Brock Lesnar's appetite was still in full effect after his epic SummerSlam victory Sunday night ... so he decided to wash down John Cena with a steak dinner.

Lesnar hit up Morton's in downtown Los Angeles with Paul Heyman after becoming the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. He brought his championship belts with him to dinner ... and they still have Cena's name on them!

But Lesnar didn't let his performance rest on its laurels ... he was still talking serious smack about Cena even after the match. He also drops a hint about the future of dual belts.

War Machine has been captured in a hotel outside Los Angeles ... TMZ has learned.

He was caught by U.S. Marshals and Simi Valley police .. and we're told he did not put up a fight.

The fugitive MMA fighter was sitting in the hotel room with a pizza and a small amount of cash.

War Machine's been on the run since last Friday ... when police say he brutalized his estranged girlfriend, porn star Christy Mack and her new boyfriend Corey Thomas at her home in Las Vegas.

He's been taken to Ventura County jail.

Cops went to War Machine's home in the San Diego area this morning to remove two of his exotic snakes. According to an officer ... Dog the Bounty Hunter was also there.

Christy Mack's friends and family tell us they're relieved he's been caught.

If Orlando Bloom comes around looking to finish what he started, Justin Bieber will be ready.

The diminutive pop star posted a video Thursday afternoon on Instagram ... showcasing his boxing skills while sparring with his bodyguard Hugo.

He captioned the video, "Not a boxer but it's cardio and it's fun so don't judge me lol."
