Sean Kingston cyber-bullied an autistic kid ... who had already been beaten black and blue in real life -- but Sean's team claims it's all a big misunderstanding.

The kid's name is Gavin Joseph ... and his mom posted a story explaining how bullies jumped him, and beat the daylights out of him. Despite the unprovoked attack, Gavin is not pressing charges.

The heartwarming story got a ton of kind responses on Facebook, until Sean's comment: “Tip of the day: If you start a fight, You better know how to fight or this will be happen! Pic#4 is insane! Ha!”

The internet went nuts about Kingston’s incredibly insensitive response, and blasted him with things like: “Dumb ass didn't even read the story before sharing it. You think it's funny they beat up a mentally disabled kid?” -- and, "Are u on drugs? Did u even read the story?”

Fact is ... Sean didn't read the story. We contacted his rep ... who said Sean's social media is run by an outside vendor. That vendor admitted to us, they had NOT read the whole post about Gavin, and THOUGHT they were "sending a message that it wasn't cool to pick on autistic kids because they'll fight back."

When we explained the autistic kid didn't fight back and got the hell beat out of him, they replied, "We messed up."

UFC Octagon girl Brittney Palmer's husband allegedly tossed her around like a rag doll and choked her so brutally -- he's been rung up for attempted murder ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The massive fight went down at the couple's L.A. home on the evening of June 11 ... when Brittney and Aaron Zalewski got into an argument. He had previously overheard a casting agent call her "babe" over the phone, and allegedly went ballistic.

In docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... LAPD says things got physical when they wrestled for her phone -- Zalewski noticed she was recording the argument, and during the struggle he threw Palmer, and she hit her head on a bedpost.

Brittney told cops Zalewski yelled, "Pack your f**king bags and go!" -- but wouldn't let her leave. She says he threw her down again -- pinning her face down on a mattress, with his knee in her back. She says she struggled to breathe for 2 minutes while he held her down.

And there's this -- Brittney says during the fight Zalewski scratched his own arms and yelled ... "Why are you making me do this? I just wanted you to love me."

When Brittney finally escaped the house, she called police ... around 1:25 AM on June 12. Cops arrived and busted Zalewski for attempted murder, spousal battery, and criminal threats.

‘Love And Hip Hop’ stars Nikki Mudarris and Mally Mall's breakup just went NUCLEAR -- he says she went berserk, smashing $30k worth of fine china ... until the neighbors called the cops, and we got the video.

We’re told Nikki showed up at Mally's home in Bev Hills Monday night and refused to leave -- and took out her rage on the fancy plates ... which she claims she bought.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops showed up just before 11 PM for a report that Nikki was vandalizing the property. We're told she cooled down at the sight of badges, but Mally caught her making a quick exit in this video.

Mall didn’t want to press charges on his ex ... so cops just escorted her off the property.

Sources close to Nikki say she freaked out because Mally broke her custom made iPhone 6 in a jealous rage days earlier. Since she paid for the china ... this seems like the worst revenge ever.

Mally seemed to recover just fine -- we got him later that night leaving Ace of Diamonds strip club, where he'd just dropped $20k!

Florida State QB De'Andre Johnson claims the woman he struck in a Tallahassee bar fight called him the N-word before things got violent ... this according to Johnson's rep.

Hulk Hogan's beachside bar in Tampa looked more like a WWE-style Royal Rumble when a brawl broke out over the weekend ... complete with bikini-clad chicks slapping headlocks on each other.

The Hulkster's joint, Hogan’s Beach, erupted when -- well, we really don't know what started the whole thing, but we know there was at least one hot chick in the middle of the action.

Florida State QB De'Andre Johnson says he's "extremely embarrassed" for his role in a brutal bar fight -- and says he's taking domestic violence courses so it doesn't happen again.

Johnson's lawyer Jose Baez tells TMZ Sports, "While it is clear from the video that De'Andre Johnson was not the initial aggressor, his family wants to take the lead in helping him learn and grow from this experience."

"He is currently participating in community service, and faith-based programs focused on battered women, substance abuse, and the empowerment of children."

"De'Andre is extremely embarrassed by this situation and would like to express his heartfelt apologies to everyone, including those who were directly affected, Coach Fisher and his teammates, the entire Florida State University community, as well as his family and friends."

You can't keep Diddy down ... even when he falls into a giant hole.

It happened Sunday night during an epic Bad Boys Records tribute at the BET Awards featuring Mase, Faith Evans, Lil' Kim, and 112 ... Diddy danced over what appeared to be an elevator lift opening. He fell smack on his ass ... hard.

But the football father took it like a champ -- popping right up and finishing to a standing ovation.

Now that's what you call strength and conditioning.

Diddy seemed in good shape when he hit up BOA after the show, but wasn't into our questions about his UCLA football fight.

Diddy may have caught a huge break from a chiropractor who just came forward with a stunning allegation against UCLA coach Sal Alosi, claiming Alosi is prone to fistfights, and even had one with a New York Jets superstar.

TMZ Sports has obtained a letter from a female chiropractor sent to Jets brass in 2010 ... raising serious concerns about strength and conditioning coach Alosi. According to the chiropractor, Alosi got into a "fistfight" with Pro Bowl cornerback Darrelle Revis. The doctor added Alosi has a pattern of abusive behavior and the Jets needed to get him under control.

We've learned the chiropractor sent the letter to Diddy's team, and it could be a secret weapon. The D.A. will review the assault case for possible felony prosecution, but if the main victim looks unsympathetic and even violent, it's way less likely they'd go forward. Juries don't like unsympathetic "victims."

The chiropractor also complained Alosi verbally abused and humiliated her, even trying to prohibit her from treating players because he was pissed off over petty issues involving towels and water.

It's unclear how the Jets handled the chiropractor's allegations. Alosi was suspended during the 2010 season for tripping a player during a game, and he resigned from the team at the end of the season.

Tyga pissed off a Swiss club owner so much, the guy chased him outside and started a fist fight with the rapper and his entourage ... and Kylie Jenner had a front row seat.

Tyga was scheduled to play a show at Envogue Genève, a club in Geneva, Switzerland. According to our sources, Tyga was supposed to play for an hour ... but he showed up super late and only performed for about 10 minutes.

Tyga left the club around 4 AM and got in his car with Kylie. The enraged owner was hot on Tyga's heels, running out of the club, yelling for Tyga ... a fight then broke out.

At that point Tyga got out of the car to join in the fracas, but an eyewitness says someone in the owner's posse flashed a gun. That was apparently enough for Tyga to make a hasty retreat, leaving his bodyguards behind.

Dustin Diamond did not get saved by a Wisconsin judge ... who sentenced the actor to 120 days in jail for a bar stabbing incident.

During Thursday morning's hearing, Diamond also got 15 months probation, and cannot return to the scene of the crime or contact the victim. However, he was ordered to pay the victim $1,105 in restitution.

The "Saved by the Bell" star will serve his 120 days in two 60 day stints.

Diamond was arrested in December 2014 for stabbing a man during a bar altercation on Christmas night. He was convicted of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct ... both misdemeanors.

During sentencing, the judge admonished Dustin for even carrying a knife -- since Wisconsin's such a safe place.

We now know what triggered the confrontation between Diddy and the UCLA coach -- eyewitnesses tell TMZ Sports that Sal Alosi embarrassed the rap mogul in front of the whole team.

Our sources tell us ... strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi was riding Justin Combs hard -- and screaming out loud, "I don't care if your dad's here. This is UCLA. I'm going to treat you just like I treat everyone else."

We're told Diddy got super heated -- feeling as if the coach was trying to humiliate and embarrass both him and his son in front of the rest of the team.

Of course, Diddy and Justin went to meet with Alosi in his office following the training session ... and the rest is history.

Diddy's alleged terrorist threat involved a bomb ... an f-bomb ... with sources telling TMZ Sports the rap mogul threatened to "f**k up" the UCLA strength coach during their office fight.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... after Diddy swung a kettlebell at strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi, he allegedly screamed out that he was "going to f**k him up."

Prosecutors believe the comments amounted to a "terrorist threat" -- so that's why he was hit with the charge in addition to 3 counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

As far as the case goes, one insider tells us important UCLA officials met this morning and we're told "charges will most likely be dropped but [Diddy] won't be allowed on the field anymore."

8:15 AM PT -- More info on what led up to the confrontation ... sources tell us the drama began earlier in the day on Monday when Sal booted Justin from a conditioning session for "lack of effort."

When Diddy -- who was a once-a-week regular at UCLA practices -- heard about the situation, he was PISSED and stormed down to Alosi's office with Justin.

When they arrived, Alosi was on the phone and told Diddy and Justin to hold on -- which only made them more upset. Alosi told Justin he would speak with him ... but instructed him to get his father OUT of the office.

This only pissed Diddy off even more, according to BruinReportOnline.

Alosi reportedly had his hands up in a non-threatening way ... but Diddy "walked into Alosi's hand" ... and then warned Alosi not to put his hands on him.

That's when Diddy exploded and attacked Alosi -- interns rushed in to break it up. Diddy was pulled out of the office and into the connecting gym, where he picked up the kettlebell and swung.

Alosi reportedly suffered cuts on his face and a torn shirt.

Bam Margera was viciously attacked in Iceland Saturday at the Secret Solstice Festival.

A festival spokesman claims the "Jackass" star was in a "really weird condition" and tried strong-arming his way into the production room. The spokesman says Bam started heckling 2 women who were blocking him, and that's when the went lights out.

Bam claims it was quite the opposite ... he says the attack had nothing to do with the 2 women, and says he was brutally attacked by "a scumbag" who helps run the festival.

10:55 PM PST -- Dan just tweeted: We're sorry Storage Wars fans! Violence is never the answer, it's not OK. We were attacked & did what anyone would do. #StopBullying

We just obtained video of the massive brawl that erupted on the "Storage Wars" set ... and it's as crazy as we first heard.

Short story ... Dan Dotson, the auctioneer, missed a bid. Producers needed to make things right, so they told Dave Hester -- a regular on the show who often bids on storage lockers -- to tell Dave about his oversight. Dan ignored Dave, so producers told Dave to persist. And that's when all hell broke loose.

The video shows how heated things got ... Laura, Dan's wife, is ballistic at Dave for knocking her to the ground.

In the end, Dave was kicked off the set and went to the hospital for a tetanus shot because Laura scratched him, drawing blood.

A couple of "Storage Wars" stars just got into a massive fight -- with fists, and even a WIFE getting thrown around ... TMZ has learned.

The brawl broke out Friday afternoon while the cast was shooting in Palm Springs. Dan Dotson was holding an auction when according to witnesses ... he missed a bid placed by Mary.

We're told producers asked Dave Hester to tell Dan about the mistake, but Dan initially ignored him. When Dave approached again ... Dan got heated and screamed, "F**k you, David! I'm going to kill you!"

That's when the melee erupted -- we're told Dave punched Dan in the face ... then Dan raked Dave's eye. Dan's wife, Laura, jumped on Dave's back, and then SHE got tossed through the air! Security guards eventually broke it up, and we're told Dave immediately wanted to get back to the auction.

No dice. Producers booted Dave, who we're told was heading to a hospital. Unclear what he hurt in the fight.

Right now, the plan is continue shooting the auction ... sans Dave.

The Game must really have fists like Mike Tyson, because the guy suing him over that punch he threw in a basketball game ... wants more than $12 million for his troubles.

In new court docs, Onyebuchi Awaji -- the off-duty cop Game decked -- says he's suffered a ton of physical, emotional, and financial pain due to the incident:

Emotional distress: $1,000,000
Medical expenses (to date): $50,000
Medical expenses (future): $100,000
Punitive damages: TEN MILLION DOLLARS

In the docs, Awaji says Game has yet to respond to the lawsuit, which was filed in April.
