The cache was stored at a warehouse and was purchased for $2,775 at a foreclosure auction after the storage bill went unpaid. The contents were then re-sold to Bardia Persa for a cool $10 mil. Persa then allegedly created Parisexposed.com., a subscription site which is burning up the Internet.

Just hours after filing the lawsuit yesterday, Paris and Nicole Richie were spotted at Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills. While Paris may have looked relatively unfazed for the cameras, her rep tells TMZ that she's "deeply hurt" by having her private escapades laid bare once again.

The suit, which asks for compensatory and punitive damages, claims the use of Paris' most personal belongings for commercial purposes is a violation of Federal Copyright laws as well as a violation of Paris' right to privacy. The suit also seeks a restraining order and an injunction against the website.

The supermodel-turned-talk diva is on a fat attack after websites posted unflattering vacation photos of her in a one-piece bathing suit. On this Thursday's episode of her eponymous show, Tyra dons the same swimsuit in an attempt to prove that the photos and headlines were wrong -- claiming that they were taken at a bad angle. Take a look, she may be right!

Diddy, father of newborn twins, was spotted dropping off Miller at her NYC hotel this morning after a rumored night of partying together in the city. Sources tell TMZ that Britney has been trying to phone former flame Justin Timberlake, but he's not taking her calls -- and, as TMZ recently reported, JT isn't keen on any love rematch. We're also told that when JT's ex, Cameron Diaz, got wind of the calls, she didn't like it one bit -- and has tried to get through to Britney's people to ask her to stop calling her old boy.

Over the weekend, the long lens of the paparazzi caught Britney engaged in two of her favorite pastimes -- carrying several small objects in her hands without the aid of a bag, and eating McDonald's food. The mother of two was spotted going into a Hollywood recording studio with cigs, Red Bull, CD, etc., and then she pulled up to the Golden Arches after the session for a healthy repast.

Jennifer Aniston is pissed off at Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, Dr. Raj Kanodia.

Sources tells TMZ that a furious Aniston has placed several calls to Kanodia's office to express her extreme displeasure that Kanodia spoke to US Weekly for an article entitled "Jen's Secret Nose Job." The magazine claimed that Aniston underwent rhinoplasty at Kanodia's office on January 20.

In the article, Dr. Kanodia said he would not confirm that he performed the surgery and then went on to describe how rhinoplasty works.

Kanodia is reportedly responsible for recent transformations of Ashlee Simpson and Cameron Diaz.

Calls to Dr. Kanodia's office were not returned.

TMZ spies caught Lindsay Lohan out of rehab again yesterday, and this time the actress hit one of the most popular celebrity hangouts in L.A.

Lohan, who seems to be more addicted to attention than anything else, took a break from treatment (again) and enjoyed a quiet lunch on a street crawling with paparazzi. With the hundreds of eateries in town, La Lohan picked the Newsroom Cafe, a restaurant on Robertson Blvd., right across the street from The Ivy and Kitson! Ever hear of those places?

A source tells TMZ Lindsay hit the health food joint with a couple of friends at around 2:30 PM and tried to go unnoticed in a baseball cap, ponytail and oversized sunglasses. Here's a tip: If you really don't want to be seen, Robertson is a really bad idea. Linds sat with her back facing the crowd, but on the outdoor patio. Oh Lindsay, Lindsay, Lindsay!

The athletic twosome were spotted wearing his n' her outfits while enjoying a few holes in Oahu.

Just before entering rehab, our spies caught Lindsay "dining" with friends at Orso in Los Angeles. Lohan ordered a salad, and barely touched a leaf. When she ordered a cocktail and was asked to show her ID, Linds recoiled and asked for a water instead. Our spy then watched as her friends ordered drink after drink for her -- which Lohan consumed. After lunch, Lindsay jumped into her Mercedes convertible and sped off with the stereo blaring.

As TMZ first reported, the two have been spending a lot of time together in the wake of Cameron's split from Justin Timberlake. We're told the duo hit various golf courses and restaurants on the island ... and that Diaz is shacking up at Slater's island home.

The relationship is over, but the drama has just begun -- and it looks like Cameron Diaz is hooking up to make Justin Timberlake jealous.

According to TMZ spies, Cameron is currently camped out on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii with super surf stud and current ASP World Tour champ Kelly Slater.

We're told the couple shared a romantic oceanfront dinner at Haleiwa Joe's restaurant before heading back to Slater's place. Indeed, we're told Cameron is staying with Slater. The two have been friends for years; Slater even appeared on Cameron's MTV show "Trippin" in 2005.

Other TMZ spies tell us that during the Golden Globes, Cameron kept coming up to Justin's table, trying to engage him in conversation.

Each time she left, a frustrated Justin made it clear he just wanted a clean break.

When you're a funny, charming and handsome star like Zach Braff, there aren't many women out of your reach, right? Not so much.

A TMZ spy spotted Zach at a party in Hollywood where the "Scrubs" star was trying to sweet-talk one of the female caterers.

He pulled every card he had up his sleeve -- but to no avail. After telling the server how beautiful she was and informing her that he would have her added to the guest list at Hyde, she still kindly refused. Although Braff didn't show any signs of a bruised ego, it had to hurt.

Jeremy Piven is NOT dating "America's Next Top Model" runner-up Melrose Bickerstaff, even though reports had them "canoodling" at a Golden Globes after-party.

E!'s Kristin Veitch reported on Tuesday that Piven and Bickerstaff were "...close all night, holding hands, flirting, smooching and displaying all sorts of couple-like behavior." Not so fast, Melrose tells TMZ.

"No, I am not Jeremy's new girl," she says. "He is not my boyfriend. He invited me out, I showed up, we had a good time. Nothing more."

Mel went on to say that the pair are just pals, and joked, "If having a friend means I'm dating them all, then I guess that means I have about 20 boyfriends." Where's the line?

While Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler have recently displayed all the signs of a rekindled relationship, it looks like the venomous cyberattacks and public feuding proved too much to bear.

In a blog posted on Shanna's official MySpace page, she reveals that the time the separated couple have been spending together is solely for the benefit of their children.

Shanna states,"travis and i are not back together. we are working on being good friends and even better parents, we did celebrate our daughters first birthday at disney with our friends and family and our children it was really fun!" (sic)

When they first separated, the Barkers took to their individual blogs to attack each other as parents and spouses. Now they're working on keeping the peace for their children's sake. The most mature move yet. Expect a commemorative tattoo.

The sexy duo were spotted at some of L.A. and Vegas' hottest gay bars and clubs. Some think that the reason for the gay venue visits is because that's where Isaac Cohen likes to go. The truth is: it isn't so.

TMZ's inside sources say that the rumors are simply not true. Not only is this pairing not an act, but Britney and Isaac are actually holding back while in public. Our spy said that once the couple is out of camera view, the two can't keep their hands off each other, and that Britney hasn't looked this happy for a long time!

The release of the Screech sex tape was no accident.

Dustin Diamond previously shot down TMZ's report that he was involved in the release of his infamous sex tape, but now admits to Details magazine that he was in on it from it the start.

He explains in the interview that someone was threatening to let the tape loose, so he called up Red Light District and struck up a deal with them to beat the "sleaze guy" to the punch and make some money. "We backdoored them," he says ... bringing back all those icky "Dirty Sanchez" memories. Thanks a lot.
