Andrew Silverman is PISSED after reading the TMZ post Saturday, in which close friends of Lauren told us she's upset at allegations she cheated on him ... because she says he knew about her relationship with Simon Cowell from the get go.

A close friend of the couple tells TMZ ... the notion that Andrew knew about the relationship is ridiculous, adding "She knows this isn't true."

Another thing that pissed Andrew off ... that sources told us Lauren was upset at stones being cast at her because Andrew partied with girls all over the world (though she never used the word "cheating.").

Andrew's friend tells us Andrew says it sounds like "a desperate attempt to smear him."

And the plot thickens. Lauren's lawyer fired off an email to us, saying a lot of the comments attributed to his client are inaccurate, though he doesn't specify which. He also says Lauren and Andrew are trying to settle the divorce privately.

As for Andrew ... the friend says "The two of them have been spending time trying to sort it out and keep things as normal as possible for the kid and this doesn't help."

Simon Cowell is in plenty of hot water ... which is what happens when you bang your friends wife and knock her up. Now Andrew Silverman is fighting Lauren for custody of their kid in a bitter divorce. So we gotta ask ...

UPDATE: We got an email from Lauren's lawyer, saying "Many of the statements [in our story] are simply inaccurate," though he does not specify which. He adds the parties are trying to settle the case confidentially, on a "private basis."

Lauren Silverman -- the woman who is pregnant with Simon Cowell's baby -- is telling close friends she is outraged at her estranged husband's "shock" that Simon was banging her ... because she says he knew what was going on the whole time and he was doing the same thing.

Sources close to Lauren tell TMZ ... Lauren is bitching that she hooked up with Simon partly because her estranged husband Andrew Silverman was cavorting around the world and partying with girls on various continents.

What's more ... Lauren is telling her friends her relationship with Simon evolved right in front of Andrew and he never said he had a problem with it -- it was a tacit mutual understanding.

Lauren is saying she would speak to Simon several times a day on the telephone and Andrew knew they were talking.

Lauren says she visited Simon in England several times and Andrew had no problem with the trips -- and it was obvious what was going on.

Lauren is beyond pissed that Andrew is now feigning shock, because she says he knew everything from the get go.

As for their divorce, Lauren is telling friends, there are no real money issues. The real sticking point is their 7-year-old son. Andrew wants full custody but Lauren is saying no way in hell will he get that.

Simon Cowell's ex-fiancée is doing something rarely seen in Hollywood -- treating his baby news like a bonafide adult because she's actually HAPPY for him ... sources tell TMZ.

After news broke Cowell knocked up Lauren Silverman ... it was reported that his ex-fiancée of two years Mezhgan Hussainy was devastated, thinking it should have been her.

Sources close to Mezhgan tell us, that couldn't be further from the truth. She and Simon have remained close since their split -- they're good friends and talk almost every day.

In fact, Simon told Mezhgan about the baby weeks ago -- and she immediately called Lauren, who she's also friends with, to offer her congrats and support ... knowing how stressful the media attention can be.

Bottom line: she's thrilled for the couple. As long as Simon's happy, she's happy.

Jack White is adamant he is NOT a violent person nor is he a threat to his family -- and his estranged wife was just trying to smear him when she got a restraining order ... this according to legal docs.

Jack filed the docs in TN in response to the restraining order Karen Elson temporarily obtained against him -- it's all part of the couple's nasty divorce that's been going on since she filed last year.

In his docs, Jack says Karen often leaves the kids with him (as recently as last month) ... arguing that's not the behavior of a woman who believes he's dangerous.

Jack also says Karen recently told a friend, "I'm completely in love with Jack and I'd move back tomorrow if he asked me."

Jack's convinced -- Karen's so-called fear was made up as a ploy to "malign him in the public record" ... and wants to make it clear he's not a "scary or violent person".

Randy Jackson predictably sidestepped our question about his good bud "American Idol" cohort Simon Cowell.

Randy had just landed at LAX and he pretended like he was coming from Mars when we asked about the happy-ish news that Simon was about to become a daddy after secretly banging his friend's wife.

Simon Cowell is solely focused on Lauren Silverman and their unborn baby -- despite allegations of betrayal from her estranged husband ... sources close to the couple tell TMZ.

We're told Simon is saying privately that his baby will "want for nothing." He will gladly provide for the child, and not just financially. Simon is saying he will be a committed, fully-involved parent and says he wants a big role in raising the child.

As for Lauren ... people who know Simon say he's never been happier than when he's with her.

Andrew Silverman was "shocked" when he went to TMZ this morning and saw a pic of his estranged wife kissing Simon Cowell ... sources close to the former couple tell TMZ.

Our sources say Andrew had no idea Simon and Lauren Silverman had been getting it on for that long. The pic was taken on a boat where Andrew was present.

We're told Andrew feels humiliated that Lauren and his former good friend Simon had been sneaking around behind his back for so long.

Shirley Jones is sticking to her orgy guns -- insisting Joan Collins' ex did proposition a foursome way back in the 60s ... even though the story's being yanked from Shirley's book.

As TMZ first reported ... Joan convinced the publisher of Shirley's autobiography, that Shirley's tale of an almost sex party with Joan and their husbands ... was untrue -- and got it yanked from all future printings of the book.

"Sharknado" star Ian Ziering landed in a seriously tight spot last night -- forced to choose between backing his co-star Tara Reid ... and his own payday for the sequel.

Ian and his wife were walking out of Boa when we posed the question ... "Would you like to have Tara back on Sharknado 2?"

As we first reported ... producers have already decided they want Ian, back for the sequel -- but Tara's sitch is not yet a lock.

The rumors have been swirling for months ... but TMZ finally has the video proof that former 2-time Miss Puerto Rico winner Joyce Giraud has joined the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Giraud -- along with Lisa & Ken Vanderpump, Kyle & Kim Richards, Brandi Glanville and Yolanda Foster were all at LAX this week ... waiting to board a flight to Puerto Rico.

Giraud tried to lay low ... in what appeared to be an effort to go unrecognized ... but our photog was quick to notice the beauty queen.

As for the other woman rumored to be joining the cast -- '90s actress Carlton Gebbia -- she wasn't at the airport, but sources tell TMZ she will appear on the show this season in a small role.

That was fast ... Joan Collins has successfully convinced Shirley Jones' publisher that she did NOT nearly have a 4-way orgy with Shirley and their two husbands back in the ''60s -- despite claims in Shirley's new book -- and now, the publisher has agreed to yank the story.

As we reported, Shirley's new book "Shirley Jones: A Memoir" recounts a story about a sex party that nearly went down at Joan Collins' house back in the day -- involving Joan, Shirley, Shirley's husband Jack Cassidy, and Joan's husband Tony Newley.

In the book, Shirley says she declined the orgy invitation ... but Joan says the entire story is bogus, start to finish.

Joan sent Shirley's publisher Simon & Schuster a cease and desist letter after the book was published, demanding a retraction -- and we've learned, both Shirley and the publisher caved ... agreeing to remove Joan's name from the book.

Joan's rep tells us, S&S has agreed to remove Joan's name from Shirley's e-book immediately, as well as in future reprints. As for the books already on shelves, Joan is out of luck.

Simon Cowell may have committed a crime in addition to a bro sin by allegedly banging his good friend's wife ... because that, our friends, is considered CRIMINAL ADULTERY!

Who knew ... but we did some digging and found a New York law making homewrecking a criminal misdemeanor, punishable by up to 3 months in jail.

As we reported ... real estate mogul Andrew Silverman filed divorce docs in NYC, alleging his wife Lauren and Simon committed adultery during his marriage and made a love child. She's 10 weeks pregnant.

This is surprising ... Lindsay Lohan does NOT consider her dad to be a toxic influence -- in fact, she actually wants him to be a big part of her life while she focuses on rebuilding herself after rehab.

As we reported, Lindsay went on a friend-slashing massacre a few weeks ago while in treatment, putting together a list of the bad people she wanted to cut out of her life once she got out -- and Michael was NOT on the list.

Simon Cowell is a homewrecker -- at least according to his good friend who filed divorce papers accusing Simon of banging and then knocking up his wife DURING their marriage, TMZ has learned.

Andrew Silverman has filed divorce docs in New York and TMZ has learned he's alleging ADULTERY in seeking to end his marriage to Lauren Silverman ... who is believed to be pregnant with Simon's child.

It's pretty shocking ... in New York claiming adultery is like a legal nuclear weapon ... if proven, the cheating party (and Simon) can be forced to take a DNA test -- something that's hard to get in New York when a couple is married and the wife gets pregnant.

In the docs, Silverman, the plaintiff, lists Lauren as a defendant and Cowell as a co-respondent.

Andrew doesn't pull any punches in the divorce papers, saying, "The nature of this action is: to dissolve the marriage between the parties based upon (1) the commission of acts of adultery by the defendant and (2) defendant's cruel and inhuman treatment of the plaintiff."

Maybe he's Googling Sydney Leathers/Porn/Vivid/15 minutes .... or maybe he's texting Huma, assuring her he's not texting anyone else. Whatever ... but Anthony Weiner probably should have kept his cell phone in his pocket during Wednesday's mayoral forum.
