Alan Thicke Picture of Health at Christmas Party Days Before Heart Attack
Alan Thicke went to a Christmas party at John Paul DeJoria's house on Sunday ... and people there say he was happy, healthy and looking forward to the holidays.
Alan, his wife, Tanya, and his son, Brennan, mingled with celebs like Smokey Robinson, Jane Seymour and Clint Eastwood at the Malibu shindig which had everything -- live band, petting zoo, photo booth, Santa Claus, real snow AND an In-N-Out truck.
When it came time to chow down, we're told Thicke ditched his burger bun and ate it with just lettuce. His pal Ron White was also there and tells us Alan was health conscious about his diet, and avoided carbs.
Witnesses say Thicke was in good spirits too. He invited people to his own post-Christmas bash at his home on December 27 to watch college football and celebrate the holidays.

Kanye West Big Apple Mission Find a Good Shrink
Kanye West went to NYC Monday to create a coast-to-coast medical team to stabilize him from a condition that resulted in an 8 day psych ward stay ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with the rapper tell us ... Kanye made the trek to Manhattan to interview psychiatrists who will become his go-to shrink when he's on the East Coast. The psychiatrist will join Kanye's West Coast treatment team, which has been providing extensive, almost round-the-clock care.
We're told Kanye traveled to NYC on a private jet with members of his medical team. Our sources say doctors are all over Kanye to make sure he takes his meds, which are a critical link in keeping him from going off the rails again.

His biggest pleasure now is working on the remodel of his Hidden Hills estate, which is relaxing to him ... and during his New York trip he met with designers and an architect to help in the various designs.

Lean Cuisine Sued Over Pizza Preservatives We Know How the Sausage is Made
6:25 AM PT -- A rep for Nestle USA tells TMZ, "The allegations are baseless and we will vigorously defend ourselves. All Nestle products and labels comply with FDA and USDA regulations."
Lean Cuisine has always touted itself as the healthy alternative ... which is why some incredulous consumers have sued the diet giant, claiming its food fare is filled with preservatives.
Courtney Ross filed a class action suit against Nestle, which manufactures Lean Cuisine frozen dinners, claiming she went to a CVS in NYC and bought the Four Cheese Pizza, paying what she claims is a premium for a preservative-free meal.
Ross says to her chagrin, she checked the label and saw the pie contained citric acid, designed to preserve flavor and freshness. She says other companies fess up when they use citric acid, acknowledging it's a preservative. She mentions Hungry Man, Jimmy Dean and DiGiorno.
And Ross then unleashes a litany of Lean Cuisine meals which contains citric acid, including Asian-Style Pot Stickers, Shrimp Alfredo, Mushroom Mezzaluna Ravioli and Ranchero Braised Beef.
The suit isn't just about money. Ross wants a "corrective advertising campaign."

Rick Ross Kanye Played Y'All With Mental 'Breakdown'
Kanye West is a great actor who fooled everyone into thinking he was melting down, at least according to Rick Ross, who's giving 'Ye props for pulling off a stunt -- but trust us, it's no stunt.
During a NY appearance Sunday night, Rick said Kanye's an absolute "genius" for playing everyone out the way he did. Ross is tight with Kanye, so you might think he's preaching the gospel here.
Truth is though, Kanye really was fighting deep paranoia during his 8 day stay in a hospital. We know from multiple sources ... this was no stunt.
Still, check out Ricky Rozay's take. We know he's not the only one who thinks this.

Nicki Minaj Mental Health Org Fires Back ... Miami Video Is No Joke
Nicki Minaj is getting more than social media backlash for posting video of a woman losing it in Miami -- now a mental health organization is dressing her down for allegedly mocking the woman.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI-Miami) is sounding off, just like several of Nicki's fans, saying the clip is an invasion of the woman's privacy, which dehumanizes her.
NAMI says it's pissed Nicki's used her fame -- she has 70 million IG followers -- to influence young people in a negative manner. A rep for NAMI says, "Nobody would make fun of a cancer patient, and mental illness is an illness like any other."
Several comments on the video claim it's well-known in South Beach the woman in the video is mentally ill. In Nicki's defense, it's entirely plausible she didn't know that ... plus, she never says anything nasty to the woman.

Kanye West Meds Are the Issue
Kanye West is out of the hospital but not out of the woods, and it all stems from the rapper's erratic pattern of taking his meds ... sources connected with the family tell TMZ.
Our sources say Kanye has long suffered from psychological issues controllable by medication. We're told Kanye is steady on his meds, but deviated from the prescribed dosage ... and that's what led to the downward spiral and eventual mental breakdown.
It's still unclear if Kanye flat-out stopped taking some of the pills or just decided to take different amounts -- but we're told he made the biggest changes in the wake of Kim's Paris robbery. Doctors were able to keep Kanye in the hospital for 8 days, and during that time were able to medicate him, and get him more stable.
We're told he's getting outpatient treatment and he's okay right now, but since he's not under 24/7 observation ... it's up to him to stay on the correct dosage.
