Michael Jackson's family is pleading with the judge in their wrongful death lawsuit against AEG Live to EXCLUDE any evidence of the paternity of MJ's 3 kids.

TMZ has obtained legal docs in which Katherine Jackson, Blanket, Paris and Prince argue ... it's irrelevant for a jury to hear evidence about the conception of the 3 kids. Specifically, they believe AEG has no right to delve into their biological parentage.

The Jackson crew also wants to exclude any evidence that MJ's siblings have financial problems. They worry AEG might try to argue that the real force behind the lawsuit is the need for cash.

And mama Jackson and the kids want the judge to bar evidence or any mention of child molestation allegations, partly because MJ was never found guilty.

A judge has yet to rule on the motions.

Charlie Sheen is now explaining why he was so pissed off today ... telling TMZ Live, a couple of lackeys supporting his daughter Sam's former private school left a threatening note and a knife jammed into a tree outside his daughters' home.

As we reported, Sheen posted another angry rant on his Twitter today, claiming some spineless "doosh bagz" connected with L.A.'s expensive Viewpoint School had terrorized his ex-wife Denise Richards and their 2 girls.

Charlie called in to TMZ Live ... saying his daughters "had the pleasure of discovering a steak knife used to nail a note to the tree." Charlie says the note contained a threat directed at his family.

Charlie says two people were captured on surveillance tape committing the deed -- and he's contacted police.

Charlie also modified his initial call to arms -- in which he called on his fans to smear dog crap on the Viewpoint School -- saying it was "metaphoric."

Charlie Sheen's war against an L.A. private school has turned personal ... Charlie says his ex-wife Denise Richards has now been targeted by the school's "spineless" supporters, who have embarked on a campaign to bully her and their children.

Charlie posted the latest tirade on his Twitter account, writing, "Here's why people suck; a group of mindless Viewpoint [School] supporting doosh-bagz have targeted [Denise] and the girls with 'bullying tactics' as a response to my call to arms."

Sources close to Charlie tell us, Charlie believes the "doosh bagz" in question are connected with families at L.A.'s expensive Viewpoint School, which Charlie publicly accused of condoning bullying ... after his 9-year-old daughter Sam was allegedly teased into leaving the school. The school insisted it took appropriate action.

We're told the "doosh bagz" live near Denise ... and have been harassing her at home. So far, it's unclear what they're accused of doing.

As for his new rant -- Charlie continued, writing, "Leave them alone. This is not a threat but a promise that justice will be served. I'm not hiding. You are. Show yourselves you spineless cowards. Oh that's right; cockroaches scatter in the light."

Charlie Sheen belongs in JAIL ... so say several parents at his daughter's former private school, who are now clamoring to have the actor prosecuted for his nefarious dog crap plot.

Several parents at the Viewpoint School in L.A. tell TMZ, a meeting was held Thursday night to address Sheen's Twitter rant, in which he ordered his millions of fans to deface Viewpoint with dog feces, rotten eggs, and toilet paper.

Sheen says he urged his fans to exact revenge on the school after it did nothing to address a bullying situation involving his 9-year-old daughter Sam ... whom Sheen removed from Viewpoint last May. It's unclear why he waited until this week to sound off.

But parents aren't letting it slide -- multiple people who were present at the meeting tell TMZ, parents feel Sheen's threat is not over ... and any one of Sheen's millions of fans could act out any time.

As far as they're concerned, Sheen has demonstrated over and over that he's a credible threat and a violent person -- and brought up the litany of allegations the actor has faced over the years ... including claims he threatened to shoot someone with a super 90, held a knife to his ex-wife's throat, shot Kelly Preston, and trapped a hooker in his hotel room (he was never prosecuted for any of the alleged incidents).

Charlie Sheen's dog poop smearing threats have resonated with the people at his daughter's private school -- where administrators have CALLED IN HEAVY SECURITY to stop the Warlock's attack before it begins.

TMZ has learned ... the brass at Viewpoint School in Calabasas have fired off a letter to concerned parents, assuring them they have implemented major security measures to protect the campus and the students from a dog crap attack.

As we previously reported, Sheen has declared war on the school ... claiming officials did NOTHING to help his 9-year-old daughter when she was bullied by another student last year. Sheen has vowed to take his revenge by smearing dog poop all over the campus.

But he's gonna have a helluva time getting on the property -- school officials says it's increased its own security staff and hired an outside security firm to patrol the campus during evenings and weekends.

School officials also say the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. has increased patrols in the area in the wake of the threats.

If we know Charlie (and who really does?) ... we're guessing the security measures won't exactly serve as a deterrent -- he probably welcomes the challenge.

Charlie Sheen is unapologetic that he goaded his fans to descend on the private school where he says his daughter was unmercifully bullied and smear dog poop on the premises.

Charlie tells TMZ ... Viewpoint School in Calabasas, CA "...should be ashamed of itself for allowing the bullying to go on and try to hide it."

As we first reported, Charlie claims his 9-year-old daughter Sam was bullied so bad a year ago, she couldn't bear going back so he and Denise Richards withdrew the child from the school. He claims the school called his daughter a liar and buried the problem.

Charlie goes on ... his anger has been at a slow boil for months and he just couldn't stand it anymore and that's why he waited, adding, "There's no statute of limitations on bullying."

As for why the dog poop ... Charlie said "They [Viewpoint officials] needed a visual reminder not to forget the epidemic of bullying."

As for Charlie targeting the alleged bully -- a girl named Victoria (Charlie wanted his fans to write her name in dog poop at the school) ... he screamed, "9-year-old!!! How about the 9-year-old who is harmless and sweet and was just trying to make a friend."

Charlie Sheen's rant about an expensive L.A. private school really pissed off the school's administrators ... and now they're returning fire.

You'll recall, Sheen ripped the school on Twitter last night, claiming it did nothing after another student allegedly bullied and tormented his 9-year-old daughter Sam ... teasing her mercilessly about her skin, her looks, her hair, and even Charlie getting fired from "Two and a Half Men."

Sheen pulled Sam out of the school last May, and for some reason, unloaded on Viewpoint last night, urging his fans to deliver dog poop and other gross things to the school and smear them over the campus.

Now, Viewpoint is responding ... telling parents via Twitter, "Viewpoint School’s highest priority is the safety, security and education of our students."

The rep says, "The parent [cough cough...Charlie] of a former Viewpoint School student who has not attended Viewpoint School since March, 2012 has made certain accusations in the media ... Our administrators addressed the issue appropriately [last year]."

The rep adds, "Our School takes accusations of bullying very seriously. For over 50 years, Viewpoint School has provided a safe and nurturing environment for our students to thrive, and we will continue to do so.

Charlie Sheen has issued a call to arms against a school where his daughter was allegedly horribly bullied -- and Charlie's method of retaliation involves toilet paper and feces.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Sam -- Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards' 9-year-old daughter -- had been attending Viewpoint School in Calabasas, CA. Our sources say a 9-year-old named Victoria made Sam's life a living hell. We're told Victoria teased Sam mercilessly about her skin, her looks, her hair, and even Charlie getting fired from "Two and a Half Men."

Sources say it got to the point where Sam became physically sick and could not attend class. We're told Denise had 3 meetings at the school to complain about the bullying ... to no avail.

During the third meeting last May, we're told Victoria's parents met with Denise and the parents insisted Sam was lying about the whole thing. That's when Charlie and Denise decided to pull Sam out of Viewpoint.

Charlie just went on a Twitter rant, saying, "If you have a rotten egg, a roll of toilet paper or some dog s**t, I urge you to deliver it with 'extreme prejudice' to the campus run by trolls and charlatans. Make me proud."

Charlie goes on: "And if you're feeling the 'show and tell' of it all, smear the s**t to spell one name on the front door: VICTORIA."

It's unclear what set Charlie off months after the fact. One source says it's because Sam has applied to several schools and the admission acceptance letters are about to go out.

The 12-year-old who "swatted" Ashton Kutcher has admitted he did the deed ... and now he will be a very young felon.

The kid in question admitted to two felony counts in connection with "swatting" pranks against Ashton and a bank. Specifically he admitted to making a false report in an emergency and computer intrusion.

As TMZ previously reported ... the kid made a crank 911 call last year, claiming there were people inside Ashton's home with guns and explosives and that several people had been shot. Cops stormed in, only to find it was a hoax.

The kid was also charged with "swatting" Justin Bieber -- but did not admit to that count -- and a rep for the D.A. tells us, the charge will likely be dismissed when the boy is sentenced.

The 12-year-old was returned to his parents today and will face a judge for sentencing soon.

Paris Jackson could go straight from high school to the pros ... because she's already drawing interest from the Philadelphia Eagles cheerleading squad ... TMZ has learned.

In fact, Eagles cheer-honcho Barbara Zaun tells TMZ ... she's seen the footage of Paris shaking her pom poms for her prep school's varsity squad recently and was super impressed ... saying, "We think Paris will make a great Eagle cheerleader!"

"We thought that she had a lot of poise, confidence, and enthusiasm in her cheer performance," Zaun says ... adding, "Paris has that 'wow factor' that makes a great cheerleader."

But Michael Jackson's 14-year-old daughter will have to wait a few years before she can join the squad ... because the ShEagles (we just made that up) require members to be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.

Still, Barbara says when Paris is ready to don that Midnight green, black and silver ... Philly is more than happy to give her a shot.

"She is already very comfortable in the limelight, so we think she would definitely stand out and impress the judges ... We hope that she will try out for the team and be an Eagles cheerleader!"

"Modern Family" star Rico Rodriguez has a few million reasons why he wants you to watch his show -- the actor will make up to $115,000 PER EPISODE ... if it lasts another 5 seasons, according to legal docs.

14-year-old Rico -- who plays Sofia Vergara's son on the show -- renegotiated his "MF" contract last year (along with the rest of the cast). So his new deal starts in the current season -- season 4.

Here's what the lil guy is guaranteed over the next five seasons:

Season 4: $75,000 per episode, min of 12 episodes
Season 5: $85,000 per episode, min of 12 episodes
Season 6: $95,000 per episode, min of 11 episodes
Season 7: $105,000 per episode, min of 11 episodes
Season 8: $115,000 per episode, min of 10 episodes

FYI: In each of the first 3 seasons there were 24 episodes -- meaning Rico has the potential to make almost $2 million during the current season, and by season 8 he could make $2.8 million!

But wait, there's more ... Rico's new deal also includes a bonus in season 8 -- an extra $2,500 per episode -- if the show can meet a minimum ratings requirement.

Nick Cannon plans on instituting a good cop/bad cop parenting strategy with wife Mariah Carey when it comes to his children ... and he sounds downright excited to be doing the dirty work!

Cannon made headlines this week when he told Us Weekly that he has his "belt out already" in preparation for the inevitable "terrible twos" his twins will soon inflict upon him and Mariah.

We've learned Jennifer has been making the rounds in L.A., interviewing schools for her 5-year-old twins, who will be starting kindergarten in the Fall.

We know she went with kids in tow Tuesday to the famous Buckley School in the San Fernando Valley ... considered by many to be the best L.A. has to offer. By the way, it better be -- tuition and other costs total $33,345 for the year -- PER KID!

And when we say Jennifer was interviewing ... she's the one -- like all the other parents -- who had to put on some snazzy clothes to impress. Lots of very rich, very famous parents try getting their kids into Buckley.

Alums include Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, Matthew Perry and current student Paris Jackson.

One minute she's a football player ... the next, Paris Jackson is pom-pomming her face off on her prep school's cheerleading squad ... another sign MJ's daughter is as free a spirit as he was.

Paris -- sporting a short new 'do -- hit the hardwood and rooted on the Buckley School basketball team in L.A. yesterday ... while hamming it up for the cameras.

It's just the latest predictably unpredictable move for the 14-year-old ... who was just playing for the school's flag football team in 2011 -- she's kinda like "Icebox" from "Little Giants" ... only WAYY more bad ass.

Besides the sports, Jackson is also an aspiring actress ... political activist ... model ... and Bieber-enthusiast.

Funny, Michael spent so much time trying to keep his children out of the spotlight ... but now, it seems she's reveling in it.

It seems like only yesterday, Kourtney Kardashian was self-delivering baby Mason from her lady parts in front of the reality show cameras ... and look at him now!
