13-year-old Pumpkin posted 2 cruel Instagram videos last week, ripping into 2 classmates ... calling them fat, ugly and annoying.
What makes it even worse ... 4,000 followers watched Pumpkin rail on the little girls.
The mother of one of the girls got wind of it and blasted Mama June on Facebook, calling her a hypocrite because June has been so active in anti-bullying campaigns.
When June realized what was happening, she went ballistic, and took swift action. For starters, Pumpkin had her Internet privileges yanked. June also ordered her daughter to apologize to all involved.
June tells TMZ ... "My family takes bullying very seriously. I do not tolerate it. As a mom, I jumped in, reached out to the parent and took action."
Pumpkin got the message -- she went back on Instagram, but this time to post an apology.

Christina Aguilera and her ex-husband Jordan Bratman have called a truce -- at least temporarily -- and got together for a beach playdate with their 5-year-old son this weekend.
It's pretty commendable that the Xtina and Jordan played nice -- considering they went through a pretty nasty divorce ... with Jordan initially refusing to move out of the family home and forcing Aguilera to move into a hotel.
But this weekend, it was all smiles in Venice Beach ... where J & C came together to escort little Max to a birthday party.
As for Christina's boyfriend Matt Rutler -- he wasn't a part of the festivities.

Lauren Silverman I Will Never Leave My Son for Simon Cowell
Lauren Silverman is pissed because she believes that her estranged hubby's friends are talking crap on her to TMZ, and what they are saying is a pack of lies, this according to close friends of Lauren.
Simon Cowell's baby mama is livid over our story that she has a hard choice to make -- move to Beverly Hills and live with Simon or stay in NY and live with her son. Her friends say she would never move away from New York.
Before Lauren totally flies off the handle she should note that our story says she's in the final stages of signing a lease for a NY apartment and is "setting up shop" in the Big Apple.
If Lauren's friends are telling the truth, it's an interesting twist because that would mean Simon would be living 2475 air miles away from his child.
Short Story: Lauren's got 2 baby daddies on separate coasts, so something's got to give.

Keyshawn Johnson I'm NOT Moving Because of Bieber
Keyshawn Johnson is saying sayonara to his Calabasas mansion -- but the ex-NFL star is adamant the move has NOTHING to do with his beef with his pain in the ass neighbor Justin Bieber.
TMZ spoke with a rep for the ESPN star who tells us, "Keyshawn is not moving to get away from Bieber. He's moving to be closer to the high school where he'll be coaching and where his son will be playing football."
Keyshawn recently took a job as a wide receivers coach at Mission Viejo High School in Orange County, CA ... where his son will go to school in the fall.
FYI -- MSVH is a high school football powerhouse and Key's rep tells us Johnson took the job with the varsity team to "have fun" while his kid pays his dues on the JV squad.
Of course, Key probably won't miss Bieber when he parts ways with his Calabasas palace -- 'cause as everyone knows, Justin has been the neighbor from hell ... partying on the time and speeding up and down the quiet streets in their private gated community.
Key's 11,746 square foot home is currently on the market for $8.5 mil. We're told Johnson plans to move to another mansion near the high school ... but he's very interested in coming back to the Calabasas area in a few years ... 'cause he likes it out there.
Hopefully, Justin will have moved by then.

Usher & Tameka Battle Brewing BEFORE Pool Accident
Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Raymond were on the brink of war BEFORE their son almost drowned in a pool ... and it was all over child support payments, TMZ has learned.
Usher filed legal docs earlier this month asking a judge to lower his child support payment to Tameka. As it stood, Usher was shelling out $8,000 / month for the couple's 2 sons ... which he claims is BS.
Here's why ... Usher says that child support amount is from an old agreement and hasn't been changed since he was granted PRIMARY custody last year. He says he's been overpaying the last 7 months and wants a judge to remedy the situation.
Usher requested a hearing on the matter -- but so far, no date has been set.
TMZ broke the story ... Tameka and Usher were ALREADY in court this week, battling over custody. Tameka asked a judge to grant her MORE custody -- claiming Usher's to blame for their son's pool accident -- but she was shot down.

Black Power Ranger The Show Wasn't ALWAYS Racist
The Pink Ranger was a ditzy white girl ... the Yellow Ranger was Asian ... the Black Ranger was black -- but the "Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers" didn't start out quite SO racist ... so says one of its original stars.
Walter Jones -- a.k.a. the dancing Black Ranger -- was out in LA, when our photog (HUGE "PR" fan) had to ask about the pretty blatant stereotypes used on the show ... marketed towards kids.
Jones KNEW exactly what our guy was referencing, but tells TMZ, despite how racist the show ended up, it didn't start that way. He says the original Yellow Ranger was Latina, NOT Asian. Who knew?
But then Jones talks about the casting process for the Black Ranger -- and it starts to sound racist all over again. Example: Hip-Hop was a requirement.

Usher Custody War Tameka Loses But Gets an Usher Hug
After a bitterly contentious hearing and drama surrounding the near-death of their son, Usher showed an unbelievably classy move in court Friday -- hugging his ex-wife Tameka after the judge dismissed her request for primary custody.
Pretty shocking ... especially considering the painfully awkward silence that preceded the hearing.
Tameka filed an emergency request for primary custody after her and Usher's 5-year-old son Usher Raymond V nearly drowned in a pool on Monday. Usher currently has primary custody of their two boys.
In court Friday, Tameka used the pool accident as an example of Usher being an inattentive father, who employs incompetent caretakers -- in this case his aunt Rena -- to look after their children.
Usher's lawyer shot back, insisting Usher's a great dad and the children are thriving with him, despite the recent pool accident ... which, Usher argued, could have happened to anybody.
During questioning, Tameka broke down in tears talking about her son's accident, saying she didn't know if her child suffered permanent brain or heart damage.
FYI, Usher Raymond V is still in the hospital -- Tameka claimed it's because of lingering complications, including a low heart rate. Usher said it's because he doesn't want his son discharged before doctors are 100% sure he's okay.
In the end, the judge sided with Usher, ruling the current custody order should stay in place ... meaning Usher keeps primary custody, and Tameka gets a little.

Usher My Ex-Wife Is a Bad Mom
Usher has denied every allegation his ex-wife has made in her motion to wrestle custody away from the singer in the wake of Usher Raymond V's nearly fatal pool accident -- he's even denied she's a good mom.
In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Usher is not specific about what he's denying ... he just denies, denies, denies.
Tameka Raymond made various allegations, including that Usher was an absentee parent for 85% of the month, that his aunt failed to properly supervise the boy at the swimming pool, and that he has said he'd prefer that the nanny raise his kids. Usher denied everything.
And there's this ... Tameka claims she's a capable mother. Usher denied that, too.
The hearing is set for 2 PM ET. We're in court, so stay tuned.

Kourtney Kardashian Paternity Lawsuit I WANT CUSTODY
7:54 AM PT -- Kourtney's attorney, Todd Wilson, tells TMZ ..."This individual has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason. Scott Disick is Mason’s father."
Wilson continues, "We have not seen the reported court filing, but we are informed that this individual has been seeking to get paid to publish his ridiculous pleading. His claims are absurd and this is simply another shameful attempt to gain publicity and profit from fictional stories about my client."
A male model who claims he had unprotected sex with Kourtney Kardashian in 2009 claims 3-year-old Mason is HIS son and he's now filed a paternity lawsuit asking for joint custody ... TMZ has learned.
Michael Girgenti claims in legal docs -- filed Thursday and obtained by TMZ -- he met Kourtney during a photo shoot in August, 2008 (above). Girgenti says they connected and began a texting relationship for 3 months.
Girgenti says in legal doc things heated up by March, 2009, when Kourtney allegedly told him she and then BF Scott Disick were "on the outs" and "she wanted to hang."
Girgenti's suit then describes an alleged sexual encounter in Glendale, where he says they had "unprotected vaginal sex." He adds, "I ejaculated inside [Kourtney's] vagina."
Girgenti says 9 months later Kourtney gave birth to Mason. He says he immediately saw a striking resemblance and tried contacting her, to no avail, so he began a media blitz to get her attention.
Girgenti's docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, request joint custody of Mason. He also wants the judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney, Scott, Mason and him. The judge set a hearing for next month.
We also know Girgenti received a letter from Kourtney's lawyer, Shawn Holley, saying his allegations are "false and defamatory."
BTW -- one of his claims in the docs is that Kourtney's second child, Penelope, doesn't look at all like Mason. You be the judge.
