Kanye West is NOT God, even though he thinks he is -- and we know that because he can't even control the housing market.

Kanye has just knocked a cool half-a-mil off the asking price for his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad. He listed it for $3.3 mil back in March. Apparently he thought a house with Kanye attached could fetch more than the comparable prices in the neighborhood -- the house should have been listed at around $2.5 mil.

Yeezus dropped the price to $3.15 in early June, but still no takers. So he's just dropped the price again -- to $2.8 mil.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are passing up several million smackeroos ... because they've decided not to attach a price to priceless baby pics of North West.

The pics could fetch a cool $3 mil ... but we're told K & K have already rejected such an offer.

Our sources says Kim and Kanye toyed with the idea of selling the pics and donating the money to charity, but decided against it.

They've decided to go one of two routes: Either release the pics to a fancy mag like Vanity Fair, or pull a Bey/Jay Z and release a crude snap on social media.

We're hoping they can still make ends meet.

Kim Kardashian conspired with her mother by making it APPEAR the newly-minted mom would reveal her post-pregnant body on Kris Jenner's show today ... but it was all a ruse.

Kim tweeted, "Getting ready to surprise my mom on @krisjennershow today. You ready NYC? Tune in!"

Call us cynical, but it was no surprise to Kris when Kim did indeed appear ... but if you expected to see her body ... sorry suckers.

It was all a ploy to goose ratings ... kind of like when Kris made potential viewers believe she would debut North West.

BTW the best part ... Kris cries when she sees the video. Remember, Kim lives with her.

Reminding the planet that he "hit it first" wasn't enough ... 'cause Ray J went after Kanye West again last night ... and TMZ has the footage.

Kim Kardashian's sex tape partner was leaving Tru in Hollywood last night when he started mocking K's airport meltdown ... which is interesting considering Ray recently released a song bragging about banging KK way before Kanye came into the picture.

Kanye hasn't really acknowledged Ray J's attempt at a beef yet. Think this will get his attention?

Kanye West must have a really good lawyer, because law enforcement sources tell us it's virtually certain he will NOT be charged with ANY crime in connection with last week's paparazzo attack.

Here's the way we're told it will play out.

LAPD robbery detectives are investigating the photog's allegation that Kanye tried to steal his camera -- but our sources say that dog won't hunt. The D.A. will NEVER charge Kanye with felony attempted robbery, because there's no proof he tried to pilfer the camera at LAX.

We're told cops will send the attempted robbery file to the D.A. and they expect it will be rejected within days.

The next step -- the file goes to the L.A. City Attorney for a possible misdemeanor criminal battery prosecution. But here's why that won't happen. We're told Kanye is willing to ante up some cash to make the case go away, and it's perfectly legal. It's called a civil compromise and it's done everyday.

So Kanye will skate ... and probably attack another photog.

A lot happened this week ... another Kanye attack, a racist attack against Oprah by a jealous actress and a venomous reaction to a magazine cover. So we gotta ask ...

Kanye West must have spiked the Kool-Aid that Kris Jenner drank, because only a drunk lady would concoct such a ridiculous justification for Kanye West's violent outburst at LAX last week.

Kris appeared on "The Talk" Thursday and urged people not to come down on Kim Kardashian's baby daddy for breaking our camera -- after our photog dared to speak and compliment the rapper.

Kris feels like it's important to know what happened in the 15 minutes before the attack. As far as our camera guy goes ... the answer is nothing. Beyond that, she's kidding, right?

Kris Jenner pulled out the big guns for her talk show premiere -- 'cause Kim Kardashian's baby North West will make its debut ... is what she wants you to believe -- BUT TMZ KNOWS IT'S NOT!

Kris' show posted a photo on Twitter and Facebook ... of herself cuddling an infant, with the message ... "You never know who will stop by our show today #WatchKris".

This would be the first public shot of North since her birth -- but we smelled a rat. And guess what? After some digging we found out the baby is owned by a hair and makeup person on the set.

Kanye West and Kim have been pretty clear about NOT wanting their baby in the spotlight.

There's a reason Kanye West hates the paparazzi so much -- it's a terrible reason -- but a reason nonetheless ... and it stems from a few rotten eggs, TMZ has learned.

It's no secret Kanye's been running on a short fuse since at least 2008, when he smashed a TMZ camera at LAX. After that, he vowed to have a more peaceful relationship with the media ... but that all changed in 2012.

Sources close to Kanye tell TMZ ... after he started getting serious with Kim Kardashian, he felt a couple of paps would cross the line and ask him inappropriate questions about their relationship in public. We're told he started to feel like certain paps were "heckling" him.

Things escalated in October 2012 during a trip to Miami ... when a local photog -- not a TMZ guy -- asked Kanye and Kim if they would be inviting Kris Humphries and Reggie Bush to their wedding.

Kanye was pissed ... and, rightfully so, felt the photog was just trying to antagonize him.

Things got worse a few months later, after Kim announced she was pregnant -- when another pap started hammering K&K about whether they would invite Ray J to the baby shower.

That, we're told, was the breaking point -- and from that moment on, Kanye decided to impose his "DON'T EVER TALK" policy on anyone with a camera.

Here's the problem ... if Kanye doesn't want to talk to a pap, that's fine -- he has that right. But when he starts attacking people and smashing camera equipment ... dude, you crossed the line.

Take this example, Kanye -- if a white person walked up to you and said the N-word, would you hate all white people??? Would you try to ATTACK every white person you encountered???

Kanye West's airport outburst on a TMZ photog is just the latest in a string of outlandish and violent behavior. So we gotta ask ...

Kanye West is PISSSSSSSSED that his new music video leaked before it was finalized -- and now he's gone public asking for anyone who published it to please please PLEASE take it down.

In case you didn't know, a very rough cut of the video for Kanye's new track "Black Skinhead" leaked online today and it's been spreading like wildfire -- but Yeezy insists it got out before it was ready ... and the leak is sabotaging the final product.

If you've seen the early cut ... you can understand what Kanye's talking about. It's very rough around the edges ... too dark, the CGI is glitchy, you can't see Kanye's face ... it obviously needs some final touches.

Now Kanye is on Twitter asking for help taking the rough edit off the web -- saying, "Me and Nick Knight have been working on this video for 5 months and for creatives it's heartbreaking when something like this happens."

Kanye says the final video will be ready in a week or so -- adding, "To whoever leaked the video ... F*** YOU!"

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's baby daughter North West won't be unveiled on Kris Jenner's upcoming talk show ... despite reports to the contrary.

Sources close to the Kardashian fam tell TMZ, Kim is planning a first look with N.W. in a photo shoot. She hasn't accepted an offer yet, but we're told at least one magazine has offered North of $2 mil. We're told the proceeds will go to charity.

Interesting ... a baby reveal on Kris' new show could be a ratings bonanza, but it's not gonna happen.

In fact ... we're told Kim is so averse to exploiting her baby -- she doesn't even plan to show North West on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" next season. We're guessing Kanye had something to do with that decision.

Looking like a Sith lord, Kanye West spent some quality 1-on-1 time with his baby's mama's mama Kris Jenner in Los Angeles today ... and shocker, he wasn't in a very friendly mood!

Kanye made it clear he didn't wanna talk right from the start ... and Kris, obviously aware of Kanye's explosive temper, playfully (or nervously) signaled to the photog to back off before K blew his top.

Thankfully, the photog took Kris' warning ... and no one was hurt in the making of this clip.

It's the first time we've seen Kanye out in public since the birth of his daughter North.

As we previously reported, Kim is in hiding with the child at a secret location so they can bond without the cameras around.

There are rumors that Kim will debut the kid on Kris' new talk show.

The first photos of Kim Kardashian's baby North West could fetch a couple million bucks -- which might explain why she devised a genius plan to release photos of a decoy baby ...

Someone has been trying to sell this baby pic for A LOT OF $$$$ -- allegedly the spawn of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. But sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... IT'S A FRAUD!

So here's what we're being told. Kim felt people in her world were going to hawk baby photos, so she wanted to catch the culprits quickly. We're told Kim hatched a plan and sent a half-dozen of her "friends" pictures of a baby she claimed was North West -- but we're told it was an impostor infant.

Sure enough ... someone came along and tried selling us this pic (above). Gotta say ... it looks like it could be Kim and Kanye's baby. It has the right ... well, you know ... but Kim would obviously pick a pic of an impostor baby that had the qualities of her own child.

Our K & K sources have seen the pic and claim it's not the real deal.

By the way ... we also got hold of another pic of a baby Kim sent to several other friends -- Bogus Baby #2. We're told she's waiting to see if someone tries to sell this one as well.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were not inspired by a compass when they named their kid North ... fact is, the name's more inspirational than directional.

Sources close to K & K tell TMZ ... they chose the name North because they see it as a metaphor for "up", telling friends, "What's North of North? Nothing." Translation ... nothing better.

We're told the duo believes baby North is their highest point together as a couple ... the pinnacle of the relationship ... and they consider her their "North Star."

Kinda sweet. Almost makes ya feel bad for mocking it, right?
