Two young siblings were jumping on a trampoline while sucking on hard candy — and one nearly choked to death on the sour treat as the other saved his life!

The shocking incident was caught on video in the backyard of a Texas home, where the young boy and his older sister were playing a game that required both to pop candy into their mouths before each took turns hopping on the trampoline.

During one of his turns, the boy jumped around the trampoline before he fell down and got to his knees, grabbing his throat as he started choking.

Cops say 'Real Housewives of Potomac' star Dr. Wendy Osefo is lying about being the victim of a home burglary ... but a couple months after she made her report, she went on a podcast -- and doubled-down on her claims.

Wendy appeared on the "Gabbing With Gib" podcast back in September 2024 and she was asked about the alleged home burglary, which we first reported about in April 2024 ... and the clip is resurfacing now that she's been charged with fraud.

In the interview, Wendy explains why she thinks she was "targeted" by burglars.

The hits just keep on coming for Katie Porter ... the embattled candidate for California governor allegedly lost her s**t at her ex-husband years ago ... who says she called him dumb and poured hot mashed potatoes on him, burning his scalp ... this according to court records.

According to legal documents, Porter tied the knot with Matthew Hoffman in 2003 ... but eventually their relationship apparently soured, leading to Porter filing for divorce in 2013. Both filed domestic violence restraining orders against each other.

In his papers, Hoffman claimed Porter “routinely” called him a “f---ing idiot” and “f---ing incompetent” -- and said she also smashed a glass coffee pot on their kitchen counter because she felt their house wasn’t clean enough.

Darius' case says this is a "fugitive arrest" and the section of the California Penal Code listed on online records applies to individuals in California who are wanted by another state for a serious crime.

Malcolm Barrett will not face charges stemming from a sexual assault allegation made late last year ... TMZ has learned.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office reviewed Barrett's case and determined criminal charges of rape of a person incapable of giving consent will not be filed against him. We're told the case is now officially closed.

TMZ broke the story in December ... a woman contacted the L.A. County Sheriff's Department claiming that after a night of drinking with Barrett, she woke up in bed to find him touching her and alleged he then had sex with her against her will.

A local TV news producer was roughly abducted by federal U.S. Border Patrol agents in traffic on Chicago's North Side Friday morning ... and the intense incident was caught on video recorded by bystanders.

In the clips, WGN news producer Debbie Brockman is seen being forced to the ground by two masked U.S. Border Patrol agents, who handcuff her as she cries out in apparent pain.

Face-down on the pavement with her hands held behind her back, she identifies herself and pleads to a pedestrian recording the incident, "I work for WGN. Let them know."

At a Friday press conference in Tampa, Florida, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the arrest of a California man who allegedly threatened conservative commentator Benny Johnson's life.

George Isbell Jr. was reportedly arrested in San Diego Tuesday this week and was charged with mailing a threatening communication, according to Fox News.

Isbell, 69, allegedly mailed a letter to Johnson sometime around September 18. Bondi said ... "The author of this letter made it very clear that he hated Benny because of his views, and he wanted Benny dead."

Isbell allegedly made other violent statements and referenced the death of Charlie Kirk, who was killed just a few days before letter was sent, authorities said.

Johnson contacted the Tampa Police Department after receiving the letter, and the FBI helped out with the subsequent investigation.

U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida Gregory Kehoe said fingerprints found on the letter implicated Isbell, Fox News reports. Isbell could face up to five years in prison if he's convicted.

Everyone knows one of the biggest attractions of "The Real Housewives of Potomac" is all the drama with the cast members ... some of whom have ended up on the wrong end of the long arm of the law.

There's been plenty of serious charges leveled at the individuals on the hit Bravo show ... including one that resulted in jail time for a cast member.

We're going to take a look back at the legal issues faced by several figures associated with  'RHOP' ... and see how one cast member recently was charged with several felony counts.

Longtime cast member Ashley Darby's ex-husband Michael Darby faced legal trouble on his time on the show, and he ended up in hot water when a cameraman accused Michael of groping him in 2018.

Although Michael was charged with felony assault and misdemeanor improper sexual conduct, the charges were dismissed due to insufficient evidence, according to People.

Michael eventually brought a defamation lawsuit against former cast member Candiace Dillard Bassett, claiming she'd made various allegations about his sex life.

However, a judge dismissed his lawsuit with prejudice -- meaning he can't file the same charges again -- in 2024, People reports.

We all know the Housewives do plenty of things together ... including filing lawsuits, which was the case between Candiace and castmate Monique Samuels.

The reality TV personalities both accused each other of assault in November 2019 after they had an altercation a month earlier, which was filmed for 'RHOP's fifth season, according to People.

Neither lawsuit went forward, as the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office in Maryland informed each side's lawyers they wouldn't be taking on either complaint in December 2019.

It's worth noting Candiace and Monique would have been facing time behind bars if either of them were convicted of assault.

Karen Huger wasn't exempt from legal woes, either, as she was charged with driving under the influence, as well as various other traffic violations, in March 2024.

Huger reportedly reeked of booze and was swaying during the incident. She was found guilty nine months later of seven out of eight charges brought against her.

Huger waited until the following February to learn her sentence ... which ended up being a year in prison.

However, she only served six months before being released ... she's gonna have to serve five years of supervised probation, though. If she keeps her nose clean for three years, the last two will be unsupervised.

Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie were hit with fraud charges in October 2025.

1:15 PM PT -- Bravo has paused the series premiere of "Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition" ... the Osefos were slated to appear in the first episode, Variety reports. The premiere is pushed back a week following the Osefos' arrests, from Oct. 14 to Oct. 21.

12:03 PM PT -- A rep for Wendy tells TMZ ... “Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband, Edward Osefo, are back home safely with their family and in good spirits. They are grateful for the outpouring of concern and support from friends, fans, and colleagues."

"The Osefos, alongside their legal team, look forward to their day in court. At this time, they respectfully ask for privacy as they focus on their family and the legal process ahead.”

Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband Eddie have been booked on criminal fraud charges, TMZ has learned.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, "The Real Housewives of Potomac" star is facing 16 charges -- including 7 felonies, for allegedly making false/misleading info fraud in excess of $300. She's also facing one misdemeanor count of making a false statement to an officer.

The couple was booked Thursday night in Westminster, Maryland.

Here's the deal ... police say the couple reported a burglary in April last year ... the couple claimed they found their bedroom ransacked after returning from a trip to Jamaica. We told you about that incident at the time.

DDG released his 2nd album of 2025 on Friday with "moo" ... and chose to lead the rollout with a public plea to his ex, Halle Bailey, to make up amicably for the sake of their 1-year-old son, Halo!!!

On the song "17 More Years," DDG tackled his still ongoing custody battle with Halle, highlighting the time they still have before Halo is considered an adult in the eyes of the courts.

The couple broke up in October last year, and things escalated on the internet after Halo made a viral appearance on Kai Cenat's stream, eventually leading to a temporary domestic violence restraining order being filed against DDG.

Michael Lohan is a free man again ... 'cause TMZ has learned Lindsay's dad was released from jail early after serving time for violating his probation -- tied to his February arrest for allegedly beating up his ex, Kate Lohan.

A rep for the Palm Beach County Detention Center in Florida tells TMZ ... Michael was released around 1 AM on Sunday, October 5. We're told he scored early release -- 24 days off -- thanks to "gain time" earned from working inside the jail as a trustee inmate.

Lohan checked in around April and was expected to serve roughly nine months. His probation violation stemmed from the Texas arrest, where he was hit with a felony continuous violence against the family charge. That case, we're told, is still pending.

Sia's estranged husband Daniel Bernad is seeking a TON of spousal support ... asking a judge for $250,856 per month, TMZ has learned.

And that's not all ... he's also asking for Sia to contribute at least $300,000 toward his attorney's fees, and an additional $200,000 for forensic accounting fees and costs ... according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

The "Unstoppable" singer filed for divorce from Daniel in March, citing "irreconcilable differences," and he claims they spared no expense during their 26-month marriage.
