Andrew Gillum may just catch a break in his crystal meth case ... we're told Alabama prosecutors are considering sending the ex-Florida politician to a pre-trial intervention program.

John Oxford, Assistant District Attorney for Baldwin County, tells us he will be reviewing 30 narcotics cases Friday for possible transfer to drug court, and among them is Gillum's case.

Last week, Gillum was arrested after cops said they saw him driving erratically in Daphne, AL, and pulled him over near a Walmart, only to find him with 3 grams of methamphetamine, 8 pre-rolled marijuana joints, 4 cut straws, 3 pipes, and a bong.

The parents of Nolan Wells want a thorough investigation after their teenage son was found dead following a boating trip to a Fourth of July party spot.

Christine and Elmore Wonsley went on "Good Morning America" Friday and told host Michael Strahan they have a lot of questions and are demanding answers in a case that has captivated the nation.

As TMZ reported, Nolan's body was found Monday after he disappeared during a Fourth of July trip to Horn Island in Mississippi.

You may want to keep your Johnson tucked away ... because Christopher Peden -- the Indiana man cops say sliced off his man part and lit it on fire in a garage -- is out on bail.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Peden was charged with felony arson but then released on $10,000 bond with certain strict conditions ... including not leaving the state of Indiana without permission.

Court docs also say the evidence collected on the scene included the remains of a red plastic gasoline container and four BIC lighters. Investigators say they also recovered a knife.  The penis, however, was not mentioned in the officer's affidavit as part of the collected evidence.

Here's one way of firing up the kitchen ... a Florida man decided to get the burners going by incinerating a Tampa restaurant with a propane tank ... and it's all on video.

Law enforcement says 53-year-old Rubiel Maceo Castillo is the man seen wielding a burning propane tank in surveillance video from inside the restaurant.

Hillsborough County deputies responded to a call Tuesday about a man charging at people inside the eatery ... and they say body camera footage shows Castillo standing in the middle of the flames, armed with two knives.

Deputies came in with their guns drawn, ordering the man to drop his weapons immediately ... then they make the arrest and take a fire extinguisher to the flames.

Mackenzie Shirilla was under review by Ohio prison authorities after a glammed-up picture of the convicted killer in prison recently appeared on Instagram, but she won't face any punishment, TMZ has learned.

Shirilla, who shot to infamy with her Netflix documentary "The Crash," apparently sent the dolled-up photo of herself from Ohio Reformatory for Women to a family member through a tablet called ViaPeth, which is used by inmates to stay connected to loved ones, according to JoEllen Smith, chief spokesperson for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction. 

Smith said the Office of Victim Services and the Office of the Chief Inspector reviewed the matter and determined that Shirilla did not post the pic herself because "Incarcerated individuals do not have access to social media platforms on the ViaPath tablets."

Disgraced former Prince Andrew can't seem to shake the Jeffrey Epstein curse ... police in the United Kingdom are now reportedly flying to the U.S. to interview Virginia Giuffre's family. 

Investigators from Thames Valley Police are scheduled to travel across the pond to sit down for an informal chat with Giuffre’s brother and sister-in-law, Sky and Amanda Roberts, according to The Times of London. The two are reportedly not direct witnesses, so they will not be formally interviewed.

As you know, Andrew has been under scrutiny by Thames Valley Police for alleged sexual offenses in connection with the Epstein case. Andrew has long faced allegations that he had sex with Giuffre at least 3 times beginning when she was 17, although he has never been criminally charged.

Giuffre, perhaps one of Epstein's most well-known victims, died by suicide last year. 

The Times of London reports that Giuffre’s family credits the police with being “very proactive” in their investigation of Andrew, who was stripped of his royal titles by King Charles following association with Epstein, as seen in the Epstein files.

According to The Times article, police are also gathering case files and looking to speak with Andrew's security team.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the OG star is suing Gary Vyneman and his financial management company, alleging that he badmouthed her to a mutual client, Diane Field, screwing Vicki out of a ton of money and causing Vicki to be sued for millions more! 

Vicki says Gary convinced Diane that Vicki had given her suss financial advice and encouraged Diane to sue the OG Bravolebrity. Vicki claims everything Gary said to Diane was a lie. Vicki denied the claims of wrongdoing.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the scandalized sports star has to pay up for the $500K loan he never repaid to Preferred Bank ... and then some.

In the filing from Monday, Marcellus has to pay back the full amount of the loan plus interests, attorney fees, late fees and other costs ... coming out to $549,429.82.

The Supreme Court in Puerto Rico has tossed some claims Bad Bunny's ex made against him ... TMZ has learned.

A source with direct knowledge tells TMZ … the court's decision Wednesday "affirms in part and reverses in part" the dismissal of claims made by former girlfriend Carliz De La Cruz Hernández.

Carliz claimed she recorded the phrase "Bad Bunny, baby" on her phone in a bathroom in 2015 ... which was ultimately included in his 2017 single "Pa Ti."

Dwyane Wade's eldest child, Zaire Wade, has been charged with a felony related to domestic violence after his recent arrest.

Zaire faces one felony charge, according to NBC4 in Los Angeles ... though he was booked on 3 different charges when he was arrested last month in Burbank.

As we told you ... Zaire was taken into custody last month after cops were called to a Burbank home around 5:30 AM on June 21 after receiving a call about a woman screaming. Cops say they found Zaire and a woman with lacerations all over her face.

Fatal Flooding at Camp Mystic Parents Still Want To Send Their Girls

Camp Mystic -- the Texas camp where more than 2 dozen people died last year -- plans to reopen next year ... and it's still holding on to some deposits from parents who seemingly have no problem trusting the camp with their girls ... according to a new filing connected to its bankruptcy case.

Here's the deal ... Camp Mystic's proposed chief restructuring officer, Karen Nicolaou -- the authorized rep for the camp in the bankruptcy proceedings -- filed a document asking a judge to allow Camp Mystic officials authority to use existing cash management systems in order to facilitate an orderly transition in the early bankruptcy proceedings.

In the docs, Nicolaou notes that Camp Mystic currently holds "over $1 million in camper deposits and prepaid tuition" ... which she says some camper families have agreed to allow the camp to hold on to for a "hoped-for 2027 season" because the camp isn't open this year.

That's a bit shocking ... considering 28 people, including 25 young campers, died last year amid serious flooding in the area.

2:44 PM PT -- Prosecutors showed fragments of the alleged bullet jacket that killed Charlie Kirk.

10:29 AM PT -- Tyler Robinson said he regretted killing Charlie Kirk, even crying in the aftermath of the controversial commentator's shocking death ... according to Robinson's romantic partner, Lance Twiggs.

After 4 days of arguing in court, a Utah judge has ruled that confessional videos of Charlie Kirk's alleged assassin -- 23-year-old Tyler Robinson -- as well as alleged text messages, will be shown publicly today ... and TMZ is streaming live from the courtroom where the exhibits will be shown.

While some video will be redacted ... the public will now be privy to what Tyler admitted to police upon arrest ... as well as what his roommate -- Lance Twiggs -- said in an interview.

The ruling comes after Charlie's widow, Erika Kirk, urged the court to make the evidence public.
