Nash Grier -- the most followed person on Vine -- billowed out a homophobic slur so loud and angry it is truly shocking.

The 16-year-old posted the video in April -- then quickly deleted it. It features a snippet from a TV commercial about HIV. Grier clearly took issue with the message.

The reason it just surfaced -- Tyler Oakley, another social media star, got his hands on it and was appalled enough to blast it out.

Grier has since taken to Twitter to apologize.

Former legendary news helicopter pilot, Bob Tur, can officially roar like a woman ... because she's completed gender reassignment surgery.

Bob ... who now goes by Zoey ... famously covered the O.J. Bronco chase and captured the Reginald Denny beating for KCBS in L.A.

Zoey tells TMZ she finished the sexual reassignment surgery last week, and is recovering in the hospital. We're also told she had "major cranial facial surgery."

Zoey called in to TMZ Live while she was in the early stages of becoming a woman ... and explained her experience with gender dysphoria ... and how happy she was with the transformation process.

One of the things that worried her was the ability to fly with the same expertise ... which she admitted had become difficult.

As we previously reported ... Tur's rival helo-pilot, Dirk Vahle, underwent the same transformation to become Dana two years ago, and the two are now close friends.

R. Kelly can't accept the fact he has a transgender child -- a daughter who chooses to live as a male -- and at least one very close relative is attacking the singer as heartless.

Andrea Kelly says R still refers to 14-year-old Jaya as his daughter ... even though Jaya came out as transgender earlier this month and now calls himself Jay. She tells TMZ, "That's like calling him [R. Kelly] a background singer, not the king of R&B."

The "Bump N' Grind" singer made his feelings clear last weekend ... when a Chicago radio host dared to ask about Jay. It's apparent, Kelly not only can't handle it ... he doesn't believe it.

Dr. Phil played a supporting role at a wedding over the weekend ... proudly walking the groom down the aisle at a same-sex ceremony.

Neal Wagner and Thomas Piscitello exchanged vows Saturday at Vibiana -- formerly a Catholic church in downtown L.A. -- the guests included Dr. Phil, his wife and his sons.

Sources tells us Phil is both a friend and a client of the couple -- both interior designers. We're told he happily stepped in for Neal's father, who passed away, and agreed to escort Neal down the aisle.

The transsexual woman who allegedly had an affair with Hank Baskett is threatening to sue a magazine company she claims is spreading lies about their alleged encounter.

As TMZ first reported, Ava London claims In Touch and Life & Style lied when they said they interviewed her and their reporters harassed her to the point she had to call the cops.

Now London's lawyer has fired off a cease and desist letter to Bauer Media, writing, "You must be delusional ... You must be living in a land of strawberry fields where nothing is real and nothing to get hung about."

London wants the stories in question removed from the Internet. She also says if the mags continue to write these stories ... she'll sue.

The bad news for Baskett ... London acknowledges she did give an interview to another outlet in which she claimed to have hooked up with Baskett. She says the two of them simply engaged in a little fun with their hands, nothing more.

Two L.A. helicopter pilots who went mano a mano during the O.J. Simpson saga are no longer mano -- they're both women.

TMZ broke the story ... former KCBS pilot Bob Tur -- who famously shot the Reginald Denny beating and covered the O.J. slow speed Bronco chase -- underwent sexual reassignment surgery and is now Zoey Tur.

Former KNBC chopper pilot Dirk Vahle was a fierce competitor of Bob's during O.J. ... she's now Dana Vahle.

Tur and Vahle were the first 2 chopper pilots to spot the O.J. Bronco ... and they fought publicly over who saw O.J. first.

The 2 hated each other back in the day, but now they're bosom buddies.

Tur was on TMZ Live not too long ago and talked about his transition. It's pretty interesting.

B. Scott -- the transgender host who went to war with BET -- turned down the network's offer to settle their ongoing lawsuit ... and the gamble could end up costing him 6 figures.

As TMZ first reported, Scott lost his lawsuit against BET after suing for discrimination. He claimed network execs forced him to change into men's clothes at the BET Awards last year.

Losing the case left Scott on the hook for BET's attorney's fees ... which, according to court docs obtained by TMZ, totaled $279,000! But in a letter to Scott, his former employer offered to let him off easy for a mere $15,000 ... IF he promised to drop any appeals.

Scott opted to roll the dice -- he rejected the offer, filed an appeal, and now BET is going after him for the fees again ... demanding at least $150K.

Scott's not backing down, telling us ... "No one will tell me who I should be, how I should present myself, or what I do with my life."

Dennis Rodman wants to make one thing clear ... he is 100% heterosexual -- but sober? That's not even 17% clear from this strange video of him out in West Hollywood last night.

Patterson -- who's a WWE exec -- explained that he's been keeping the secret out of the public eye for 5 decades ... and had a partner for roughly 40 years, but he passed away after suffering a heart attack.

Patterson has been Vince McMahon's right hand man for decades ... he also was the company's first Intercontinental champion and helped create the "Royal Rumble."

The 31-year-old man who DROPPED his sexual assault case against former Disney exec David Neuman has now refiled the case with some significant changes ... changes that are just plain weird.

Michael Egan held a news conference in April to publicly skewer Neuman, claiming Neuman repeatedly molested him when he was a teenager, at pool parties in L.A. and on vacation in Hawaii.

Egan's lawyer, Jeff Herman, filed the lawsuit in Hawaii because of a forgiving statute of limitations, but then without explanation dropped the lawsuit last week. It probably had a lot to do with the fact that Neuman busted Egan, who signed a sworn declaration in 2003 saying Neuman NEVER did anything inappropriate with him.

But now Egan has filed another lawsuit -- this time dropping all the Hawaii allegations and focusing on allegations of molestation at L.A. pool parties.

In a bizarre move ... Egan doesn't name Neuman in this lawsuit ... he calls him John Doe. But it's clear he's referring to Neuman. The suit refers to Neuman's position at Disney -- there's no doubt it's him.

And get this ... Egan admits he signed that 2003 declaration saying Neuman did nothing inappropriate, but says he signed it "under fear, threats, and duress." The reason that's so weird -- at the very same time Egan signed it, he was on the attack against 3 other men making the same allegations.

The estranged wife of transsexual porn star Buck Angel has a solid argument on why she shouldn't have to pay spousal support -- under Louisiana law, they can't be married, because "she" never became a "he"-- i.e., no dong.

Angel is an award-winning transsexual porn star who famously appeared on "The Howard Stern Show" in 2006 (Google it, it's amazing).

According to court docs ... Buck's estranged "wife" Elayne claims Buck never sealed the reassignment deal with the proper apparatus. Elayne claims since Buck doesn't have to tuck, the union was never legal because Louisiana does not recognize same sex marriages.

Buck is gunning for $2K a month in spousal support. He's also alleging Elayne secretly moved $500,000 out of their joint account.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch sent a letter to Casper ... asking him to play the lead love interest in an XXX film featuring the transsexual with whom he was rumored to have an online fling.

Hirsch says Sofie Vissa is locked and loaded for a film called, "Sofie on the DownLo" ... and Hirsch wants Casper to get it on with Vissa in the company's first-ever transsexual sex tape.

We're told Casper is being offered around $200,000 -- with big back end potential and the possibility of a sequel, "Casper, the Friendly Host."

Casper has not acknowledged any sort of relationship with Sofie.

Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart have called it quits after nearly 2 1/2 years ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the former couple tell us ... they actually split nearly 2 months ago, but kept it on the down low. We're told the breakup was civil. They're still friendly but simply grew apart.

We're told the breakup had nothing to do with recent stories of Casper's sexual escapades. One source put it this way: "Casper has been a single guy and can text or see whoever he wants, but the idea that he was knowingly texting a transsexual is laughable." The source added, "He's not that guy, but like a lot of single guys online he obviously likes to look at a 'lil T and A."

Casper is in the process of moving out right now. We're told there was no rush because JLo's been on the road promoting her 10th album, AKA.

We're told Casper will be pursuing acting, which is why he took show directing and choreography off his Instagram.

Former Disney Exec David Neuman has been quietly dropped from a sexual molestation case filed by a man who raked him over the coals at a very public news conference.

Michael Egan -- now 31 -- filed the suit against Neuman in April, claiming Neuman was part of a Hollywood sex ring repeatedly preying on Egan at pool parties, who was 15 at the time. Egan's lawyer, Jeff Herman, held a news conference where he and Egan attacked Neuman and others.

But Neuman's lawyer, Patty Glaser, filed legal docs blowing Egan's claim out of the water, producing a sworn declaration from Egan back in 2003 in which Egan said he "never had any kind of physical contact" with Neuman that was sexual and that Neuman "never acted inappropriately."

Egan and Herman did not hold a news conference to announce the dismissal of the lawsuit. We spoke with Herman but he had no comment.

Neuman's lawyer, Patty Glaser, told the Hollywood Reporter, "We will hold accountable those who wrongly created the hurt and damage by making outrageous, unfounded assertions that cannot be undone."
