"Mob Wives" star Drita D'Avanzo is off the hook for kicking her neighbor's ass over a parking spot ... all because the neighbor refused to snitch.

Drita was supposed to appear in a NYC courtroom Wednesday morning in the case, but we've learned the D.A. has declined to prosecute her. We're told the the D.A.'s office dropped the matter because Drita's neighbor, Mary Bratti, refused to cooperate.

It's an interesting twist ... considering there's clear video of Drita and Bratti brawling on Bratti's doorstep.

Drita was arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault after the brawl, but now she's been spared, thanks to mob rules -- not ratting to cops.

'Mob Wives' Big Ang Remodeled House Already for Sale

Big Ang's Staten Island palace, frequently featured on "Mob Wives," is available for purchase for a cool million bucks.

Big Ang passed away from cancer earlier this week and her longtime friend and real estate broker, Laird Klein, is helping with the deal. He says it was listed 2 months ago right before she got her last diagnosis ... that the cancer had returned.

Ang made a lot of renovations to the home -- as seen on the show -- and Laird says it now "reflects her personality, her level of style, her persona for life.”

There is a potential buyer in the mix, but Laird says he's going to give the family a week or two to mourn before dealing with the sale.

'Mob Wives' Big Ang Cameras Off During Final Days

"Mob Wives" fans won't see Big Ang and her family during her final days ... TMZ has learned cameras weren't rolling to capture the end of her battle.

Big Ang Final Wish A Disco Send-Off

Big Ang had a dying wish -- a disco party in Brooklyn.

Ang loved a discotheque in her hood called Pastels. She wanted her family and friends to have a hard-drinking night where the music would reign supreme. Ang felt this was more appropriate to celebrate her life than a stodgy memorial service.

Here's the problem. Pastels has been shut down for a while. It's unclear if the family will find another venue.

As for a final resting place, we're told one thing's for sure -- no cremation, because Ang was freaked out by fire. She'll be buried, but as of this moment the family hasn't chosen a site.

Ang passed away Thursday morning after battling cancer. She was 55.

On Tuesday's episode of 'Oz,' she also said doctors have given her a 30 percent chance of survival.

'Mob Wife' Sues My Lawyer's a Screwup Who Cost Me My Jewels

"Mob Wives" star Ramona Rizzo can't get $154,000 worth of jewelry back from the feds because her lawyer's an "incompetent" idiot ... according to the lawsuit she just filed.

Rizzo says federal agents were gunning for her bf Joseph Sclafani in 2011 when they raided their home and took 42 pieces of her jewelry. Rizzo insists all of her stuff was legally obtained and the feds have no reason to hold it.

She hired Tim Parlatore to help her get the goods back, but says he bungled the mission by turning in paperwork late, and failing to tell her when the feds requested documentation to prove the jewelry wasn't ill gotten.

Rizzo says she could have recovered "a significant portion" of the jewelry had she known.

She's suing Parlatore for the $154k value of her jewelry, plus damages for the "sentimental" loss. BTW ... Sclafani eventually got 15 years for dealing drugs.

Unclear if she's sentimental about that loss.

THE FRONT PORCH BRAWL

Lee is an alleged mob associate (hence Drita's TV gig) who's done time for bank robberies and other crimes.

We've reached out to Drita, but no word back.

Big Ang Chemo Not Working Trying Cannabis Oil

"Mob Wives" star Big Ang is in dire straits in her fight against stage 4 lung and brain cancer so her family is turning to marijuana as a last resort.

Ang didn't respond to the chemo treatments she started after the New Year, in fact her family says one of the tumors got bigger. Her sister Janine tells us Ang isn't on her deathbed, but her breathing is labored and she's in a lot of pain.

They've decided to try managing her pain with cannabis oil. Some patients believe the alternative treatment can even shrink tumors (that hasn't been scientifically proven) -- but it ain't cheap, going for as much as $60 per gram. The family is raising money via a GoFundMe page.

Ang is too tired to do anything, but Janine is hoping the cannabis oil will at least keep her pain-free.

Big Ang Please, Take My Husband … I’ll Take Your Divorcee

Big Ang isn't going to let throat cancer surgery get in the way of her yucking it up with George Hamilton for the new season of "Wife Swap."

We got a pic of the "Mob Wives" star enjoying a polo match with her fellow swapee over the weekend. Weird thing is George is being shipped off by his ex-wife Alana Stewart ... to whom he hasn't been married for nearly 40 years. But reality TV beggars can’t be choosers.

While Big Ang's husband hit up the Big Apple with Alana, George and Ang enjoyed champagne and strawberries in the L.A. area.

As for the polo match ... we're sure Ang tried her best to humor George and learn the sport -- or at least to give a crap for one afternoon.
