Kim and Kanye We Want Prenup!

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have already agreed ... they will keep their assets separate by drawing up a prenup before they tie the knot ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources connected with the couple tell us ... both Kanye and Kim are committed to the marriage and they are NOT signing a prenup because they're worried the relationship might fall apart. But they're both business people and know given their vast wealth it's just the smart thing to do to have a prenup.

Kim especially understands the importance of a prenup because her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian, told her over and over about the necessity of having clear contracts when it came to money.

We're also told ... even though they will keep their assets separate, they will have a fat joint account for living expenses that will probably approach the gross national product of a small country.

As for how much they have ... some reports place Kim's wealth at $40 mil and Kanye's at $90 mil. But we're told Kim's actually worth more than Kanye.

Go figure.

Jon Cryer's Ex-Wife Rich Kids are Humiliating Our Son I Need $88K a Month

Published | Updated

Jon Cryer's ex wife claims their 13-year-old son is becoming the object of scorn and ridicule at his exclusive private school because the other kids have a caviar lifestyle and she's forced to live in the world of spam ... and that's why she's asking a judge to squeeze $88k a month from Jon in child support.

Get ready to throw something at the computer (or mobile device), 'cause this is gonna piss you off.

Sarah Trigger has been getting a measly $8,000 a month in child support since 2010. It galls her that Jon is making a fortune on "Two and a Half Men" -- she claims $2 mil a month!

Sarah says life is awful. She says her son Charlie can't afford the ritzy summer camps his friends attend. She says Charlie's friends go on "exotic vacations in the summer and winter like Europe and Thailand." He can't go.

It gets worse. Sarah says Charlie's friends at The Buckley School have "huge birthday parties at expensive places like Sky High Sports and they invite the entire grade." And worst of all ... the Bar Mitzvahs. Sarah says, "Last year there were multiple Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs all with custom invitations, a dress code and huge private receptions afterward."

Sarah says Charlie is feeling the pain, and so is she. Sarah says when she got child support back in 2010, she only had custody 4% of the time ... and that's why she only got $8,000 a month. Now she has custody 50% of the time, so she wants a cool $88,969 a month.

The 69 is clearly for Jon.

Elin Nordegren The Mansion ADULTERY Built ... Is Almost Complete!

Published | Updated

Elin Nordegren is thiiiis close to moving out of her substandard regular-sized mansion and into her North Palm Beach MEGA-MANSION ... 'cause the home Tiger's infidelity funded is almost finished.

New photos of the place show the property is in the final stages. It was reportedly scheduled to be completed in December, but by the looks of things it might be ahead of schedule.

Elin has been living in a $4.25 million pad across the street ever since she purchased the new property for $12 million back in 2012.

As TMZ previously reported, Elin knocked down the original home on the property so she could build her dream house ... a 21,000 square foot mega-home, complete with 9 bedrooms, a 600 sq. ft. theater, 1,182 sq. ft. kitchen and a 460 sq. ft. "ocean loft."

There’s also plenty of room for her two kids… the mansion comes with a 300-square-foot playroom and a 70 ft. by 40 ft. swimming pool with a 12-foot deep end.

And how does she have the money to fund such a gargantuan project? Simple ... she got $100 million in her divorce from Tiger Woods after learning he was bangin' every skank, skalliwag and skeezer he could get his paws on.

Madonna Sells $20 Million Bev Hills Mansion Don't Worry, I Have Others

Published | Updated

Madonna has rid herself of her massive Beverly Hills estate ... the one she bought during her marriage to Guy Ritchie ... and she pocketed a cool $8 MILLION in the process, TMZ has learned.

Madge had only listed the property back in January for $22.5 mil ... and just 10 months later, real estate guru Kurt Rappaport closed the deal for $20 mil. Not bad considering she bought the place in 2003 for $12 mil.

Real estate sources tell us ... the lucky guy who scooped up the pad is a Wall St. big shot.

The mystery buyer is clearly a fan of privacy ... 'cause the 17,000 square foot property is incredibly secluded -- with a 500 foot tree-lined driveway ... and massive trees covering the perimeter of the estate.

The home is insane -- with 15 bathrooms, 9 bedrooms, a 2-story dining room, pool, movie theater tennis court and a gym -- 'cause as we all know, Madge LOOOVES to pump iron.

So, where's Madonna gonna live now? We're told Madge is on the hunt for a smaller place in L.A. But don't worry about her ... she's still got massive properties in London and New York.

Clint Eastwood's Wife FILES FOR DIVORCE

Published | Updated

Clint Eastwood's wife, Dina, has filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Dina -- for some reason -- withdrew the legal docs she filed last month, asking for a formal separation. But on Tuesday, Dina filed for divorce based on irreconcilable differences.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Dina is asking for full physical custody of their 16-year-old daughter Morgan.

Dina wants spousal support. And, of course, Dina wants Clint to foot the bill for attorney's fees.

The couple was married in 1996. Clint has 8 children, but 7 are from previous relationships.

Pauly D Wants Custody War Decided By Vegas Judge

Published | Updated

Pauly D got famous in New Jersey, but he wants to stay as far away from The Garden State as possible when it comes to deciding who gets custody of his kid.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Pauly and his baby mama, Amanda, are in a dogfight over which state should handle their custody case.

Pauly wants Nevada to handle it, but the former Hooters waitress wants a Jersey judge to pass judgment ... and we know why.

Nevada judges are more likely to give the father custodial rights than Jersey jurists. In Nevada, there's a presumption that both parents should get joint custody. There is no such presumption in Jersey. Now as we reported, Pauly wants FULL custody, but having joint custody as a fall back is better than nothing.

There's also an issue of convenience. Pauly lives in Vegas and he doesn't want to have to make the trek to Jersey every time there's a court hearing.

Here's what's ironic: If Pauly gets his way and the case is handled in Nevada and the judge awards joint custody, he'll probably end up paying MORE child support than if the case was handled in Jersey -- that's just the way the law works. But sources tell TMZ ... he knows he'll end up paying more child support but getting custody is way more important to him.

Simon Cowell Sings 'Go Go Power Rangers' ... For $1 MILLION

Published | Updated

Simon Cowell's dignity has a price -- $1 million -- because that's how much someone paid to get him to sing the "Power Rangers" theme song ... in front of a giant crowd of rich people ... and TMZ has the hilarious video.

Here's what happened: Simon was attending a fundraiser for Friends of the Israel Defense Forces in Beverly Hills last night, and billionaire "Power Rangers" creator Haim Saban offered to donate $1 million if Simon sang the show's theme song.

And Simon actually did it. It's epic.

There's a pretty great twist at the end as well, resulting in Simon paying $250,000 of his own money. Watch the video to see what happens.

Jermaine Jackson Pay Child Support Or Go Directly to Jail

Published | Updated

Jermaine Jackson could be playing to 5,000 people soon ... the inmates at a L.A. County Jail ... a place he may be calling home soon if he doesn't ante up back child support.

Jermaine is falling farther and farther behind .... he's required to pay baby mama Alejandra Jackson $3K a month for 13-year-old Jermajesty and 17-year-old Jaafar … but the mailbox has been empty for months.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show … of the $12K that he owes in back payments … he’s only coughed up a measly 85 bucks.

The L.A. County Child Support Services Dept. has filed papers asking a judge to hold Jermaine in contempt ... which could put him behind bars for 20 days.

BTW, this isn’t the first time Jermaine has slacked off. He belatedly paid $80,000 back in March 2011 … and anted up another $33K in back support this past May. He's also had his wages garnished.

If the current case goes before a judge, Jermaine is gonna have a hard time explaining how he dropped $160K last month for a Ferrari.

'Vampire Diaries' Star I Got Custody of My Kid From Jailbird Baby Mama

Published | Updated

"The Vampire Diaries" star Zach Roerig just won sole custody of his 2-year old daughter -- from the jailed woman he wanted to pay him child support.

Roerig was awarded custody last month in Georgia ... and a judge signed off on Zach making all future decisions for his daughter -- according to court docs.

We broke the story -- Roerig told the court he wanted child support from his ex back in July ... but it looks like he has since backed off the request.

Maybe it's cause he makes 30k a month from the TV show -- and she makes, well ... nothing.

'Cause she's in jail.

Wayne Newton 65-ft. Luxury Yacht Mysteriously Sinks

Published | Updated

Wayne Newton's fancy boat is almost entirely underwater on Lake Mead, AZ ... and TMZ has the first pic of the sunken vessel.

Newton wasn't on board the 65-foot yacht when it went down while moored in a marina. The bow of the "Rendezvous" is all that's left above water right now.

It's a total mystery how the yacht suddenly sunk -- but a rep for the National Park Service tells TMZ the initial assessment is some sort of equipment failure.

This is the latest financial catastrophe for Newton ... who was sued last year by an ex-business partner over failed plans to turn his former home into a museum.

The Park Service told us it will begin salvage operations on the yacht this week, and then park service rangers -- and insurance investigators -- will begin their probe.

Danke schoen.

Venus Williams Hey Mom, Here's a House

Published | Updated

Venus is cutting ties with Jupiter -- TMZ has learned tennis star Venus Williams is giving away her fancy Jupiter, Florida home FOR FREE ... to her mother.

According to official records, Venus deeded her mother, Oracene the 2,804 sq. ft. house in September. The only money exchanged -- $10. Clearly, the house is a gift, and the nominal fee just keeps it legal.

Venus originally purchased the 4-bedroom, 3-bath home for $310,000 back in 2000 ... which has to be the greatest year of her career: she won the U.S. Open, Wimbledon, and an Olympic gold medal.

Total prize money for Wimbledon and the Open that year was more than $1.5 million ... so the house purchase would have been a breeze for Venus.

Your move, Serena.

Stephon Marbury Coughs Up $340k to Ex-Mistress Here's Your Damn Hush Money

Published | Updated

Former NBA star Stephon Marbury has officially gotten his bitter ex-mistress off his back -- and all it cost him was nearly a million dollars in hush money payments ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported, Marbury and Thurayyah Mitchell -- the personal chef he banged in 2006 while he was married -- had a legal agreement she would keep quiet about the affair, if he coughed up $900,000.

Problem is ... Marbury stopped paying around the $600,000 mark. So Mitchell dragged him to court earlier this year, and a judge ordered him to pay off his tab, or face losing his assets.

According to new court docs, Marbury has now paid the full outstanding debt of $341,153 and all's square once and for all.

To review: Marbury bought $900k worth of silence over an affair everyone now knows about.

Jenna Jameson Foreclosure Mansion Auctioned Off Enjoy My Sloppy Seconds

Published | Updated

Jenna Jameson has lost her home to foreclosure, TMZ has learned.

The Hollywood Hills mansion -- which Jenna purchased in 2006 for $2.7 million -- hit the auction block earlier this month ... and was sold off for $1.85 million.

According to official docs, Jenna's bank notified her in February that she had defaulted on her mortgage payments to the tune of $56,918.

Jenna subsequently listed the home for $1.899 million but failed to find a buyer. Her bank then obtained a final judgment against her in June for the full amount of her mortgage ... $2,027,816.

Jenna never paid, so the home was foreclosed on and sold at auction.

Sources tell us, Jenna had rented out the home for years -- while she lived in Orange County with her ex Tito Ortiz -- but the home recently sustained significant water damage, and Jenna decided it wasn't worth the expense to fix ... so she let it go into foreclosure.

It's unclear where Jenna is currently living -- she's on the outs with Tito and is definitely not living with him. Attempts to reach Jenna for comment were unsuccessful.

Khloe and Lamar Where There's a Will There's a Fortune

Published | Updated

Khloe Kardashian has been heroic in trying to save Lamar Odom, but there's a cold, hard fact ... there's a financial reason why she shouldn't divorce him just yet ... because she's set to inherit millions if something terrible happens.

Numerous Kardashian family sources tell us ... Lamar has a will which leaves the lion's share of his assets to Khloe. Lamar has made more than $100 million dollars over his13-year career, and unlike other players, we're told he hasn't blown through it.

We're also told he has a life insurance policy that makes Khloe the primary beneficiary.

As we have previously reported, Khloe is ready to file for divorce but hasn't done so because she fears it would push Lamar over the edge.

This is not to say Khloe is motivated by money. Everything points to the fact she is NOT and she really cares about Lamar. But reality is reality.

Mayim Bialik Sues Over Car Accident I Nearly Lost a Hand!

Published | Updated

"Big Bang Theory" actress Mayim Bialik has just sued over her serious car accident last year -- claiming it nearly cost her a hand.

As we reported, Bialik was driving in her white Volvo last August when it was struck by a 2013 Mustang in a Hollywood intersection. The other car was filled with Chilean tourists.

At the time, a source told us there was blood everywhere at the crash scene, stemming from major damage to Mayim's hand. Another source said "her finger was almost completely severed ... it was just hanging there."

Now the former "Blossom" star has filed a lawsuit against the other driver as well as Hertz Rent-a-Car -- presumably because the other car was a rental -- claiming she suffered injuries to her right hand, right thumb, and nerve damage.

She's suing for unspecified damages, but that includes lost wages -- and since she earns a reported 5 figures per episode on "Big Bang," it could really add up.
