Teresa Giudice Pleads NOT GUILTY I Never Lied About Being a Realtor

Published | Updated

"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice says she's NOT a dirty, scheming liar who falsely claimed to be a realtor in 2005 just to get a bank loan.

Teresa -- along with her hubby Joe -- just left court in NJ where the couple pled not guilty to 2 new bank fraud charges stemming from allegations they filed a false application to get a $361k mortgage loan.

In the docs, officials say Teresa claimed she was employed as a realtor and made $15k per month. In fact, officials say, Teresa was "not employed outside the home at the time.”

If convicted, T and J could face up to 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine.

The new counts bring the total criminal charges against the couple to 41 -- ranging from conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud to bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud and making false statements.

Chief Keef FINALLY Ponies Up the Dough Still Owes Baby Mama Big

Published | Updated

Chief Keef -- prodigy rapper, horrible parent -- finally paid off some of the $20,900 he owes in child support ... ponying up JUST enough cash to keep his ass from getting arrested ... again.

TMZ has obtained court docs which show on October 21st, the judge in Cook County, IL made Keef an offer he couldn't refuse -- cut a check for $11k to your baby mama and you won't go to jail.

Keef (smartly) forked over the dough ... which means cops won't be ordered to arrest him on sight.

But Keef ain't exactly out of the woods yet -- the rapper is due back in court on December 10 to face the music for blowing off mandatory child support hearings earlier this year.

If the judge finds Keef to be in contempt, he could be sent back to the slammer ... where he's already been this year (twice!) for drug-related offenses.

Stay tuned ...

Gucci Mane Waka Flocka and his Momma Ruined My Career

Published | Updated

Gucci Mane’s career is RUINED after Waka Flocka Flame – and his MOM – spent years sabotaging and stealing money from the Ice Cream faced rapper … according to a new lawsuit.

In the docs, Gucci claims he hired Debra Antney – Waka’s momma – to be his manager in 2006 … and says she and Waka have been robbing him blind ever since.

Gucci claims Antney regularly took more than the usual manager's fee of 20%.

As a result, Gucci says he’s lost money, his reputation … and all he's got left are some serious tax issues.

The Ice Cream Man is suing for fraud, racketeering, and conspiracy … and wants the courts to freeze Waka and his mom’s assets. Oh, and he wants a ring and chain returned that he claims Waka's mom stole from him.

Waka and Mama Waka haven't returned our calls for comment.

Published | Updated

Levi Johnston has his priorities screwed up ... he's buying cars, dropping serious cash on hunting and taking fancy trips, instead of forking over child support ... this according to legal docs filed by Bristol Palin.

In the new docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Bristol claims Levi isn't a suitable parent on many levels to get what he's after -- 50/50 custody. She says aside from the fact that he's $67K behind in child support, he doesn't even visit Tripp on a regular basis.

In fact, Bristol believes Levi is so deep in the red, it constitutes a felony under Alaskan law.

And this is the best part ... Bristol wants the judge to say out loud that Levi is voluntarily underemployed -- translation ... LOSER.

Justin Bieber Party Naked Girls Everywhere

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber's Gatsby party on Friday was FILLED with naked chicks ... as far as the eye could see ... this according to sources inside the party -- and all Justin's celebrity friends were there, including Floyd Mayweather and Chris Brown.

Sources at the party tell us, there were at least 20 "big booty" strippers there -- and the girls who weren't strippers felt self-conscious wearing clothes, so they stripped down too. Basically, every man's dream.

And Bieber was tipping like a pro -- we're told he had stacks of ones and made it rain all night, dumping more than $10,000 in cash on the girls. One dancer tells us she made $1,300 alone.

According to sources, Breezy, Floyd, T.I., Trey Songz, and Snoop were there too. We're told Snoop had his priorities straight though, spending most of his time playing strip beer pong with some ladies.

As for booze and weed ... we're told there were 3 open bars and plenty of kush to go around.

TMZ broke the story ... Bieber's party was a rager and Bieber's neighbors weren't happy -- one even filed a police report, claiming Bieber was disturbing the peace.

Justin Bieber to Guests This Party Will Cost You $3 Mil ... If You Blab!

Published | Updated

Justin Bieber's Gatsby party Friday night was free of charge to guests, but if they utter a word about what went on inside they'll be socked for $3 million --- and get this ... it's a DISCOUNTED RATE!

Guests and workers signed a confidentiality agreement -- obtained by TMZ -- in which they agreed not to tweet, text, phone, Facebook, record, write or in any other manner spill the beans on what went on inside.

Apparently a lot went on ... Sheriff's deputies were called 3 times for noise complaints, and a neighbor tells us one deputy told him when the front door opened he caught a strong whiff of weed.

The document provides ... anyone who violates the confidentiality agreement will automatically be on the hook for $3 mil ... no trial, no arguing, just pay up.

People who worked the party were also required to sign the document.

For some reason, the Biebs reduced the penalty ... by a lot. TMZ obtained a similar confidentiality agreement he made people sign for a prior shindig, and the penalty clause was $5 million.

It's almost a bargain now.

Ying Yang Twin My Music Career Sucks ... I Can't Afford My Child Support

Published | Updated

The Ying Yang Twins haven’t had a hit song in years ... that's why one of the rappers begged a judge to lower his child support payments, and he just got a huge break ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs filed in Georgia, D-Roc -- aka De'Angelo Holmes -- had been paying his ex-wife $2,500 a month in support for their daughter ... an arrangement that was made when he was pulling down more than 19-grand a month.

But the Twins haven’t had a hit since 2005's "Wait (The Whisper Song) --- so D-Roc went back to court ... hat in hand ... and asked for a reduction, claiming he's only making $2,860 a month.

D-Roc hammered out a sweet deal ... 'cause, according to the docs, his child support payments are now just $550 a month -- plus, he got a payment plan for the $45K in back support he owes.

One more reason D-Roc needed a break -- he has 5 other mouths to feed.

Charlie Sheen Drops 10K In Epilepsy Fight

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen ... is juggling his battles -- with one hand he's pulling out a can of whoop-ass to use on Brooke Mueller, and with the other he's writing a $10k check to help finance the war on epilepsy.

Rewind to a week ago Friday ... when Denise threw in the towel, saying she could no longer care for the twins. It's also the day Charlie called the judge in his custody war Judge Anus Brain.

At the very same time another part of Charlie's brain was on the hunt for something charitable. He was on the set of "Anger Management" when a grip named Casey Jones plastered a few posters on the wall seeking donations for The Walk To End Epilepsy. The poster included a pic of Casey's grandson, Dylan, who was diagnosed with pediatric epilepsy when he was 3.

So Charlie did what he often does -- he pulled out his checkbook and scribbled out $10k.

The walk is November 17.

BTW ... Charlie still hates Brooke.

Michael Jackson MJ's People Expose Big Stars as Drug Addicts

Published | Updated

Michael Jackson's people have just thrown Britney Spears, George Michael, Van Halen, Aerosmith and other big names under a big tour bus, because MJ's people have just labeled them hard-core drug abusers just to make a point in a lawsuit.

Here's the deal. Lloyds of London has refused to pay benefits under an insurance policy that AEG took out in case MJ was not able perform for the "This Is It" tour. Lloyds rejected the claim on grounds Michael and AEG defrauded the company by failing to fess up that MJ was a drug abuser.

Now the bus. The Michael Jackson Company (MJC) sued Lloyds, demanding payment. MJC claims in public documents -- obtained by TMZ -- that a number of artists, including Britney, George, Van Halen, Aerosmith, Kings of Leon, AC/DC, Johnny Hallyday and Whitney Houston all were known drug addicts and all of them applied for similar insurance to Lloyds.

MJC wants to see how the other rock stars were treated to determine if Michael is being singled out unfairly.

Short story -- to make their case, they're going to tar and feather every other rock star and act in sight.

Chris Brown Good Riddance Hollywood Hills I'm Going to the Bu!

Published | Updated

Chris Brown has had enough of grumpy neighbors who don't appreciate him or his spray-painted exterior ... so he's selling his $1.5 million Hollywood Hills home and heading for the beach .... TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us .... Chris wrote an offer on a house in Malibu in an exclusive, gated community where a bunch of other high profile celebrities live.

Our sources say ... the last straw for Chris was when he got cited by the City of L.A. for tagging his crib.

So here's the irony. If Chris thinks he's having problems with the neighbors in the Hollywood Hills, wait till he sees what happens in Malibu, where houses are worth between $3 million and $30 million. The city of Malibu comes down hard on anyone who violates the building codes -- which cover graffiti.

And the Malibu neighbors don't like people racing their cars up and down the streets in the middle of the night. And they don't like all-night ragers either.

As for Chris' Hollywood Hills neighbors ... when they heard the news they decided to throw their own celebratory rager.

Simon Cowell Lauren's Divorce Settlement Simon, Stay Away From Her Son ... OR ELSE!

Published | Updated

Simon Cowell's baby mama, Lauren Silverman, signed a divorce settlement agreement which has a shocking penalty -- if Simon goes near her 7-year-old son, she has to pay her ex a $50,000 PENALTY!

TMZ is privy to the unbelievable settlement agreement, which also provides that if Lauren violates the Simon stay-away clause 3 times, she loses all contact with her son, Adam, until a court deals with the violations.

The Simon stay-away clause only lasts until January, 2015. So presumably the kid can be around Simon in a year ... if he's still part of Lauren's life.

But the plot thickens. The settlement agreement also provides Andrew Silverman, Lauren's ex, cannot trash Simon to Adam and has a legal obligation to make sure no one else around him talks smack.

And there's a clause in the settlement that provides Lauren and Andrew both agree to prevent Adam from calling anyone other than them "mother" or "father." Translation: Simon is not your daddy.

Andrew agrees to pay Lauren $3k a month in child support ... a modest amount and it goes to what TMZ has been reporting ... that Simon will become the cash cow.

Finally, Lauren and Andrew agreed to change the cause of divorce from adultery to "broken down irretrievably."
