Sherri Shepherd I Want The Supreme Court to Back Me ... That Contract Didn't Make Me A Mom
Sherri Shepherd is going all the way to the Supreme Court ... of Pennsylvania to get off the financial hook for the kid she and estranged husband Lamar Sally had last year through a surrogate.
According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Shepherd's asking the highest court in the state to relieve her from paying up to $4,600 a month to Sally until their son turns 18. Her reason? She says the first judge overstepped his boundaries in using a surrogacy contract to make her the mom ... even though she's not biologically related to the child.
Lamar tells TMZ ... it's ridiculous Sherri spent nearly $100k to bring their kid into the world, yet wants nothing to do with him. He says it's unfortunate one day the baby will be able to read the lengths Sherri went to in order to be out of his life.
The Supreme Court has yet to make a decision on whether or not to hear Sherri's appeal.

50 Cent I Want a Reduction in My Sex Tape Judgment
50 Cent says he's cashed strapped, so like any responsible bankrupted rapper he's asking a judge to radically reduce a judgment he's required to pay over a sex tape.
50 was slammed by a jury that concluded he maliciously posted a sex tape featuring Rick Ross' baby mama to needle Rick. Baby mama Lastonia Leviston saw no humor in it, and sued 50, winning a $7 million damage award.
50 wants the judgment slashed to $1.6 mil and possibly even less ... because the $7 million award doubles up the emotional damages and the rest is excessive.
Every $.50 counts when you're in bankruptcy.

Andre Iguodala In Court for Baby Mama Showdown Where's My Money Going?
Golden State Warriors star Andre Iguodala is on the stand in L.A. to testify in his child support battle with baby mama Clayanna Warthen.
Warthen is looking for $58k per month, up from the $16k Iguodala is paying right now to support their 6-year-old daughter London.
Over the last 2 days, Warthen's testified she needs the increase to pay for more extracurricular activities for London, who she says is a genius with a 151 IQ. She says the money will cover horseback riding, piano lessons, and a vocal coach for their daughter.
Andre's lawyer grilled Warthen about receipts -- she says she throws away most of them, and usually pays for things with cash. She also said all the support money is spent on the little girl ... even though some of the expenses include Sephora makeup and Victoria's Secret.
She was also questioned about the $150k she admits investing in a marketing company called LOC. Iguodala's lawyers said that company has been investigated for drug trafficking, but Warthen said she was unaware of that.
Andre's side thinks Warthen is just trying to take him to the cleaners, while she claims Andre's been neglecting their daughter by not spending enough time with her.
We'll see what happens when Andre comes under questioning.

Mary wrote a memoir called 'Fall to Pieces' about life with Scott and his battles with drugs.

'Making A Murderer' Steven Avery The Money's Starting To Roll In
If justice can be bought, "Making A Murderer" convicts Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey are one step closer to getting out of prison.
We've learned the family set up a website soliciting donations to mount a new legal challenge, with the help of the hacker group 'Anonymous,' which created the website Opaverydassey.com.
We're told viewers of the documentary are responding by opening their wallets. So far the family has collected $2,100 through the site and another $1,200 sent to the Avery family home.
The family, we're told, is upset because someone's been setting up fake websites soliciting money, which they believe has discouraged people from contributing. But they're starting to see a steady flow.
We're told the money is going for legal fees, mostly for Brendan, because he's the only one with an attorney. Steven is repping himself. They're hoping to get more so they can hire a PI.

Sean Kingston Case Closed in Crazy Kidnapping Caper
Sean Kingston's claims he was kidnapped in a jewelry dispute have fallen on deaf ears, because the LAPD is chalking it up to a simple business disagreement.
Law enforcement sources tell us, Kingston's story just doesn't ring true ... that he met a jeweler in downtown L.A. in the middle of the night to settle a dispute over a $185k watch. Kingston claims the jeweler and his goons took the watch, locked him in a car at gunpoint and drove off, eventually dumping him in the street.
Our sources say the story didn't make a whole lot of sense ... why would Sean be making business deals in the middle of the night in a desolate area? It seems unclear so cops are calling it a civil business dispute.
Frankly, the whole story is too confusing for words, so just let Raquel explain it you.
