Master P Cut Me a Break, Judge ... My Ex Wants to Be a Stripper
Master P's got his own set of 99 problems and wants the judge to know about ALL of them -- including his sick attorney, his freeloading ex and her plans to start stripping.
P's divorce war with Sonya Miller is still dragging on, and he recently filed a laundry list of excuses for missing a recent hearing. In the docs, Master P includes an email from his attorney's office informing him his lawyer was laid up in a hospital with an unspecified "medical emergency."
He's also dealing with his wife's landlord, who says Sonya jacked some furniture when she bolted out of the house. Master P's stuck in the middle because he's footing the bill, but he agrees with the landlord that Sonya's "actions are irresponsible, disrespectful and unacceptable."
And then there's Sonya's potential new job. In the handwritten docs Master P says, "My ex needs help, she told the kids she want to be a stripper."
It's unclear if the judge bought any of this, but it's more entertaining than the dog eating his homework.

Ex-U.S. Olympian Paralyzed In Training Incident Lolo Jones Leads Fundraising Campaign
A former U.S. Olympic star was partially paralyzed in a training incident over the weekend ... and now his friend Lolo Jones is spearheading a fundraising campaign to help pay for his medical bills.
TMZ Sports has learned ... Jamie Nieto -- a high jumper who finished 4th at the 2004 Games and 6th in 2012 -- was injured during a backflip training exercise while working with Olympic hopefuls at Azusa Pacific University in California on April 23rd.
Nieto's manager, Paul Doyle, tells us the 39-year-old landed on his head -- and the injury was so bad, a helicopter was called to the scene to transport him to USC Medical Center.
"We were very close to losing him at one stage," Doyle says ... "but thankfully, the MRI came back with no broken neck and the spinal cord remained intact."
"He’s slowly getting better. He’s starting to get feeling in his hands and legs ... doctors are optimistic."
But Nieto has another huge problem -- Doyle says Nieto had financial issues before the incident and had cancelled his health insurance to save money. Bottom line ... he's in trouble.
Enter Lolo Jones ... who trained with Nieto for years and became close with the track star. Now she wants to help raise funds to cover some of the medical costs.
In fact, Jones launched a fundraising page and made a video saying Nieto "has always been a light for me even when I've had some of my toughest moments."
"I just beg of you to please help donate to him now so that we can help him get back on his feet and he can soar to great heights once again."
So far, Jones has raised about $9,000 and counting.

Prince Sister Files Legal Docs Saying There's No Will
Prince's sister Tyka has filed legal docs to open a probate case ... and she says as far as she can tell he left no will.
TMZ has obtained probate documents filed in Minnesota, in which Tyka asks the judge to appoint a "special administrator." Under Minnesota law, a special administrator is someone who is appointed when there is no executor named in a will.
Tyka says in her docs, "I do not know of the existence of a will and have no reason to believe that the decedent executed testamentary documents in any form."
If Prince did indeed die without a will, the estate is divided equally among his siblings.
Tyka lists the people who are potential beneficiaries ... all of whom are half brothers and sisters. They are John, Norrine, Sharon, Alfred and Omarr. They are all living siblings of Prince. She also says she's an heir entitled to her cut.
It's interesting ... Tyka names Lorna as a deceased half sister who left no kids. Under Minnesota law Lorna's out of the game when it comes to getting assets. But Tyka never even mentions Duane, reportedly Prince's half brother, who is also deceased.
There's also a line in the docs in which Tyka says, "The decedent has heirs whose identities and addresses need to be determined."
Tyka then names Bremer Trust, National Association, which she wants to serve as the official administrator of Prince's estate. Tyka says she wants Bremer Bank because they have provided financial services to Prince for years, and they are well versed in his affairs and best suited to protect his assets.

Scott Weiland Sued For Shooting Up Tour Bus
Scott Weiland took a tour bus on the road, and returned it $50,000 worse for wear ... according to the guy who's trying to get the money from the dead rocker's estate.
Daniel Smagacz says he rented the bus to Scott for 20 days in August 2013, but when he got the wheels back the interior walls had been shot up with a BB gun. Also, the electronics were toast.
According to the lawsuit, Scott signed a contract holding himself responsible for the damages, which Smagacz says totaled $50k -- and he wants another $100k in punitive damages.
Smagacz originally sued Scott in 2014, but now he's going after Weiland's estate to get the dough.
Prince No Evidence of Will 6 Stand to Cash In
It appears Prince died without leaving a will ... as a result his 6 siblings -- even the half brothers and sisters -- could split a fortune.
Multiple sources who have worked with Prince as recently as 2014 tell us ... he did not have a will. Of course it's possible in the last year or so Prince had a change of heart and drafted one, but all of our sources say based on his history with them that's highly unlikely.
Our sources say various professionals raised the issue of a will with Prince but he never had an interest in drafting one.
We've contacted various people, including family members, and they all say they have not seen a will and so far no one has come forward with one.
If Prince did indeed die without a will, under Minnesota law his siblings -- the closest living relatives -- would share equally in his estate. Prince had 8 brothers and sisters, and only Tyka was a full sibling.
People have assumed Tyka -- who has taken the reins -- would get everything, but that's not the case. In Minnesota half siblings and full siblings are treated exactly the same when it comes to inheritance without a will ... they all share equally.
Two of Prince's siblings are dead, leaving 6. There's one catch. If the deceased siblings had kids, they would be entitled to the same share as their parent.
As we reported ... our sources say Prince's estate is worth somewhere south of $150 million.

Prince Cash-Strapped During Life
Prince had chronic money problems for years preceding his death ... this according to multiple sources who advised the singer.
Our sources -- all of whom had regular contact with Prince and were intimately familiar with his finances -- tell us, the singer refused to leverage or sell his main asset -- his vast music catalog.
The most common way singers like Prince make a steady flow of income is to sell or license their art. We're told Prince consistently shut down business opportunities that could have fueled his finances. Prince had numerous opportunities to use his music in movies, TV shows and commercials, but with few exceptions, he turned thumbs down.
The primary way Prince made money was concerts, but our sources say the singer was so impulsive he would do shows on the spur of the moment with poor planning and little promotion. Although many were successful, enough of them weren't ... causing him to lose a fortune.
The biggest problem ... Prince spent way more than he made, and our sources say money was always an issue. As we reported, the estimated net worth of $300 million was grossly inflated. We're told it's less than half that. It's still a lot of money, but it could've been so much more if he'd cashed in on his greatest asset ... that catalog.

Andy Cohen Strahan Will Be Sorry He Left Kelly

Andy took a stand for his BFF, Kelly Ripa, during his SiriusXM show Monday morning ... calling out Strahan for taking the 'GMA' gig. The way Andy sees it, it's a numbers game and Strahan's taking a big risk leaving his established spot on 'Live.'
He said, "What happens if the ['GMA'] ratings don't go up? What is going to happen to this sweet man? By then she will have a new co-host."
Andy's already said he doesn't have time to take the job with Kelly -- if it were offered to him -- but he does have another good friend in mind for the job.

Petey Pablo Broke-A-Leek ... Files For Bankruptcy
Petey Pablo's going back to what he seems to know best ... bankruptcy.
According to the docs Pablo recently filed, he's less than $50k in the hole -- so it doesn't look like he's exactly going belly-up.
The "Freak-A-Leek" rapper filed Chapter 13 ... which means he's planning to pay back his creditors, and just wants to set up a payment plan.
Petey's kinda wearing out this path -- he also filed for bankruptcy in 2009 and 2010.
The 2010 filing came right before he was arrested for bringing a stolen, loaded handgun through airport security ... for which he did a little over 2 years.
Maybe that explains bankruptcy #3.

Kelly Ripa She Won't/Can't Leave 'Live' It's a Money Thing
Kelly Ripa may be saber-rattling -- boycotting the show and even threatening to leave -- but sources connected with the production don't believe she's going anywhere, because of her paycheck and her spending habits.
As we reported, Kelly has been beside herself with anger after getting blindsided by ABC's announcement that Michael Strahan is leaving 'Live' for 'GMA.' If she's not back in the chair Thursday, she won't be back until Tuesday at the earliest.
Our sources say ABC brass isn't worried that Ripa will bail on the show. We're told she makes just shy of $15 million a year, and her lifestyle eats up most of it. Kelly and hubby Mark bought a big townhouse on the Upper East Side of NYC a year ago, and they have a mansion in The Hamptons.
As one source put it, "She makes a lot of money, but she spends a lot of money, and so does he."
