-
EXCLUSIVE

Hayden Panettiere better think twice the next time she pawns off a couple dogs for 6 years ... at least that's the takeaway after she settled up with her former dog sitter.
You'll recall Tia Brooks sued Hayden back in July in a bizarre case. Hayden got 2 rescues and left them with a dog sitter for 6 YEARS, paying a whopping $119,335.88. Seriously.
But Hayden claimed the dog sitter was a crook, giving the pooches away but pretending she was still caring for them and billing all the while.
Brooks claimed everything she did was kosher and turned around and sued Hayden for the $8,500 balance she said was owed.
We've learned the case quietly settled. They split the doggie in half and Hayden paid Brooks $4,250.
Brooks appeared on "TMZ Live" shortly after filing suit and refused to say where Zander and Xena ended up. As for why Brooks says Hayden left the dogs with her for half a dozen years ... well, it's crazy.
Tokio Hotel Guitarist Run, Run, Run from My Wife ... Files for Scheidung
Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz doesn't want to love the woman who loves him back anymore -- he's calling it quits with his wife ... TMZ has learned.
Tom, the twin brother of lead singer Bill, just filed divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- to part ways with Ria Sommerfeld, with whom he tied the knot a little more than a year ago.
Tom's citing irreconcilable differences, and wants the judge to shut down any request by Ria for spousal support ... we're guessing he's the breadwinner.
Tom and the rest of the Tokio Hotel crew have been making hits in both German and English for years, and it looks like he might have made most of his cash well before getting with Ria last year ... when he toured a bit but didn't put out any new music.
Their letzte tag together before separating was New Year's Eve.

Mary J. Blige My Prenup's WAy More Solid Than My Marriage
Mary J. Blige wants to make it absolutely clear that her prenup is solid as a rock ... but her estranged husband begs to differ.
The singer's lawyer, Gary Fishbein, filed docs asking the judge to give her prenup the stamp of approval. She's worried because the lawyer for Martin "Kendu" Isaacs has made sounds it's not worth the paper it's written on, calling it "immensely invalid, unenforceable and unconscionable."
Mary says they drew up the prenup on December 5th, 2003 and got married 2 days later. She filed for divorce back in July and asked the judge to block Isaacs' bid for spousal support.
It's pretty simple -- she says the prenup clearly lays out who gets what. If it's thrown out ... it'll be an ugly mess.
Stay tuned.

Lil Wayne Bust Out the Receipts, Birdman ... It's Accounting Time!
Lil Wayne just caught a major break in his legal war with Birdman ... a judge is forcing Baby to open his books to account for millions Weezy says he never saw.
Wayne had previously asked to see Birdman's financial records to find out how he burned through $70 mil they were supposed to split from a $100 million advance from Universal.
As we reported ... Birdman's lawyers say they've already forked over more than 20,000 pages of docs to Wayne's legal team. But Wayne's attorneys claim those are useless, and they want a full-on money trail.
Here's the problem for Birdman -- his peeps over at Cash Money weren't keeping very good track of those records ... for 2 whole years. Birdman's lawyer shrugged it off this way ... "It is what it is."
That excuse didn't fly with the judge ... who gave Birdman 30 days to find those records, or get the right person who knows where they are and get 'em to Wayne.
Sounds like he should've listened to Wayne, and held onto his receipts.
