Donald Trump tells TMZ Sports ... he's not upset that he wasn't able to strike a deal to buy the Buffalo Bills -- because it would have been a bad investment anyway.

Trump was one of the big names in the hunt for the NFL team -- which ultimately sold to business mogul Terry Pegula for $1.4 BILLION.

But when we asked Trump about the situation Wednesday night, he didn't seem bothered by it at all ... telling us he didn't think it was a great financial move anyway.

Amanda Bynes was accused of shoplifting in New York City TWICE Wednesday -- TMZ has learned she was also caught trying to swipe merch from a women's clothing store ... one hour before the Barneys bust.

According to our sources, employees at Pookie & Sebastian began following Bynes around the store because she was acting suspicious. We're told they didn't recognize it was Amanda, and just thought she was a "half-naked, homeless crackhead."

Customers tell us Bynes was dancing and muttering about plastic surgery -- but eventually she tried to bolt with a shirt stuffed between her arms. When an employee stopped her and asked if she was going to pay, Amanda said ... "Do I really have to buy this?"

The answer, of course, was yes -- and we're told Bynes was actually cooperative ... whipping out a credit card to cover the $128.

As TMZ first reported, Bynes was also nabbed by security at Barneys while trying to walk out with a $200 hat.

Keenan Wayans and his little bro Shawn Wayans owe a bundle of cash to an L.A. law firm -- according to a new lawsuit -- but relax ... they shouldn't have to make a "White Chicks" sequel to pay it off.

According to court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- the Wayans brothers stiffed the firm for more than $63K in legal services they received back in 2008-09.

The firm -- S & E Azriliant -- claims Keenan owes $21,825 ... and Shawn owes $22K. Additionally, they owe another $20,200 together. Grand total -- $63,485, PLUS interest.

The really sad part -- around the time Keenan and Shawn ran up the legal bill, they made the movie "Dance Flick." Classic lose-lose.

Ne-Yo's tradin' hos for hoes ... because we found out he's gonna be a farmer.

Real estate sources tell us ... the R&B superstar dropped $520K on a gated 5-bedroom, 3-bath house that sits on 2 acres of farmland ... in the boondocks outside of Alpharetta, Georgia. The listing calls it a "hobby farm."

Hard to say if he plans on growin' his own crop ... he's been known to provide housing to relatives -- like the $550K crib for his mom he bought a couple years back.

Stephen Collins and Faye Grant had a bizarre living arrangement, with NO designated bedrooms for them and their daughter ... this according to new legal docs.

Grant filed the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- in her divorce case, explaining they have 3 houses on 2 adjoining lots in Brentwood, CA.

Grant says, "Stephen, our daughter and I did not have designated bedrooms in any one house: we would frequently rotate and move around to different bedrooms in the different houses."

The houses came up because Grant wants the home sold and the proceeds divided. As we previously reported, she doesn't want any future financial involvement with Collins in case he's sued by one of the women with whom he had improper sexual contact.

Michael Jackson's son could be the next great boxing prodigy -- because Floyd Mayweather says he is going to PERSONALLY train Prince Jackson ... now that he's apparently joined The Money Team.

Floyd was PUMPED when he saw the pics of Prince rollin' around Calabasas this weekend in a truck covered in "The Money Team" decals -- and yesterday, Mayweather told us he can't wait to train the kid.

"I haven't worked with him yet, but I look forward to working with him when I get back to Las Vegas," Mayweather told TMZ Sports.

The woman who lost a defamation lawsuit to Donald Trump has just anted up more than A MILLION BUCKS ... which makes Donald not that much richer.

It's pretty shocking ... Sheena Monnin -- the former Miss Pennsylvania who lost the Miss USA pageant -- was socked with a $5 million judgment for falsely claiming the contest was rigged. She had said she saw a list of the top 5 before the judges even picked the finalists.

Sheena was royally pissed off because she claims for a variety of reasons her lawyer committed malpractice, so she sued him and settled for somewhere north of a million bucks. We're told Sheena struck a deal to settle up with Donald for more than a million bucks.

Stephen Collins' lawyer is putting his client's estranged wife Faye Grant on blast, claiming she has been trying to use the audiotape for years to extort money out of the actor.

Collins' lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, tells TMZ, "Over the course of my representation of Stephen in the divorce case, Faye has repeatedly threatened to give this audiotape to the media unless Stephen agreed to pay her millions of dollars more than that to which she was legally entitled."

Kaplan goes on, "When these demands were rebuffed, Faye attempted -- without success -- to peddle the tape in numerous ways to numerous different people. It appears that she has finally found an audience for this tape -- not surprisingly, on the eve of the trial in the divorce case where, again, she is seeking millions of dollars more than that to which she is legally entitled."

Kaplan then says he'd like to address the audio confession but can't, saying, "Though we would like to address the tape itself, the circumstances dictate that we must regrettably refrain from doing so at this time."

And a source close to Collins says the incidents on the audiotape occurred between 20 and 40 years ago.

Lil Wayne is hoarding Young Money's money ... so claims a music producer who says Wayne & Co. screwed him out of tens of thousands of dollars.

Ramon Owen -- aka REO -- claims he produced Lil Wayne's song, "Mirror" for his 2011 album, "Tha Carter IV" ... which sold more than 2 million copies.

REO says in a new lawsuit Young $$$ promised him a cut of the profits. In fact, he says the company actually sent him a statement clearly showing he's entitled to $91K minimum. As for what he got ... zilch.

REO is suing Young Money and Cash Money ... for money.

Sarah Jessica Parker is a real life Kojak ... with better hats ... because she found the guy who lost a $4,700 check on a New York street.

Sarah was walking in the West Village last week when she looked down and saw the check laying on the sidewalk.

She had the name of the payee and did some serious Googling and tracked down their address.

And get this. Sarah's been trying to contact the payee but he or she isn't home. She says she'll keep trying.

Michael J. Fox's foundation is attacking a Parkinson's lab for destroying tens of thousands of critical samples ... and setting back much-needed research in the process.

The Foundation claims in a new lawsuit ... Coriell Institute exposed more than 25,000 specimens to the elements by leaving a freezer door open. The samples were supposed to be kept at negative 80 degrees Celsius but all of the bio-specimens thawed ... ruining them.

-- People who want to break into Hollywood post resumes on various websites. Some of them get an email from people claiming to be major Hollywood players, looking for an assistant.

-- The "players" -- who actually register Gmail accounts using the names of the actual big shots -- offer jobs to the super-eager applicants from all over the country.

-- The "players" give the applicants a start date and a first assignment, to get their feet wet.

-- The "players" actually send the applicants a check to deposit -- usually for $3,000 -- and then purchase pre-loaded debit cards. The applicants are told to send the cards to several charities near and dear to the "players."

-- But since the applicants haven't even had their first day of work, the "players" tell them to snap a photo of the debit cards with the numbers to prove they followed instructions correctly ... kind of a test.

-- The applicants then dutifully send the pics and the "players" then execute the fraud by draining the cards with online shopping.

So, by the time the charity gets the cards the account is dry.

As for the checks ... well, they look like the real deal, but they're fake. So by the time your bank figures out the scam, the money is spent and you're on the hook.

We've confirmed the names of 2 big wigs are being used ... famed director Louis Leterrier and big-time producer Alex Orlovsky -- he made Ryan Gosling.

We're told the feds are investigating the case, and we've learned all of the IP addresses and server information goes to Nigeria. And everyone has a friend who's a prince in Nigeria.

Lena Headey's naked bod was finally unleashed on the "Game of Thrones" set -- sort of -- but producers racked up a $50,000/day tab to shoot the scene ... and keep it under wraps.

According to our GoT spies ... more than 200 security guards were hired to protect the set while shooting the "Walk of Shame" scene -- where Lena's character Cersei walks stark naked out of a church and through town. We're told the 4-day shoot in Croatia got so pricey because of the added crew -- and producers having to pay local shop owners to shut down and leave the area.

Cell phones were banned on set so photos wouldn't get leaked (oops!) -- and everyone signed confidentiality agreements that threatened $250,000 lawsuits for violators.

It's been a bitch to get this far. We broke the story ... the whole scene was nearly called off when church leaders banned any nude shoots. They ended up shooting on the other side of town.
