The Situation I'm So Broke I'm Selling My Car Tires

Published | Updated

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino -- who was once rolling in cash -- is now so desperate for money he's literally selling the tires off his car.

Sitch is auctioning off the custom wheels on his Ferrari on eBay. There's a good reason he needs the money ... he owes millions in taxes and is being criminally prosecuted for tax fraud.

Under the category "every little bit counts," there have been 67 bids at the time of this post and the frontrunner is willing to shell out $4,050.

He wants more than that before he parts with the rubber, but unclear how much.

It has not been a very Goodyear.

Teresa Giudice Sues Lawyer He's the Reason I'm Going to Prison

Published | Updated

Teresa Giudice can't even do bankruptcy right ... and she blames it on her lawyer whom she is now suing.

Teresa claims in her new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he was a slacker who never even met with her prior to filing bankruptcy docs.

She also says he was sloppy as hell, not bothering to list key assets such as her cars, her rental property income and various bank accounts.

Giudice claims he's the reason she got nailed with bankruptcy fraud and that's why she's going to prison for 15 months.

Teresa says it's a classic case of malpractice, and she wants minimum 5 mil. By the way ... if you see any stories later today saying she's suing for $15 mil ... that's wrong. She makes the same claim 3 times.

We reached out to Teresa's lawyer, Jim Kridel ... so far no word back.

Cuba Gooding Sr. I Got Your $7K Right Here ... But I Didn't Steal It

Published | Updated

Cuba Gooding Sr. didn't run off with a $7,000 fee to perform at a charity concert ... he's simply holding onto the cash juuust in case the failed event is ever reorganized in the future.

As we first told you ... the '70s soul singer got sued by Reginald Lewis -- who claims he paid Gooding Sr. to play a benefit at a Maryland children's hospital. The concert ended up getting scrubbed -- but Cuba tells us he and Lewis agreed ... the singer should keep the $7K.

Gooding -- who sang the '70s hit "Everybody Plays the Fool" -- claims they decided to do the concert at a later date, but there was "no time table" for when it would go down.

The Oscar winner's dad denies stealing, and claims Lewis is only suing to get publicity. Still, Cuba says he'd be happy to perform in 2015.

Best of all ... they won't have to show him the money.

Moby Radically Downsizes Life But It's Still Better than Yours

Published | Updated

Moby picked up a sweet new house in L.A. for just under 3 million dollars ... which has a bonus ... Don Draper is now his neighbor!

The music legend snagged the 4,006 square foot home in The Oaks area of Los Feliz ... where Zac Efron, Alexander Skarsgard, Naya Rivera and Jon Hamm all call home.

The house was recently remodeled and has four bedrooms, five baths and a guesthouse. Moby paid about $2.9 million for the home, which was listed in July for $3.295 million.

Moby's been seriously downsizing over the last few months. He sold his tiny NYC apartment in June for $2 mil ... and two weeks ago, he unloaded his Hollywood Hills home for a reported $12.4 mil.

Webbie THREATENS 50 CENT Pay Off $1 Million Boxing Bet or Else!

Published | Updated

Well, this will end well ... Webbie is CALLING OUT 50 Cent in a new song, saying if Fif doesn't cough up the million bucks they bet on a boxing match earlier this year ... Webbie's gonna come take it.

We broke the story ... Webbie claims he and 50 made a not-so-friendly ONE MILLION DOLLAR wager on the Terrence Crawford vs. Yuriorkis Gamboa fight back in June.

Crawford -- Webbie's BFF -- ko'd Gamboa, who is managed by 50. But when it was time to pay up, Webbie says 5-0 was a no show.

Now its seems Webbie has had enough of 50's Aaron Rodgers routine, and is lashing against the G Unit general in a new song called "What I Been Thru."

During the track Webbie attacks 50, calling him a "b*tch" and adding "You owe me a million, don't make me come get it, I'm telling you I'm serious."

He then invites 50 to engage in an adult activity involving his genitals.

As for 50, he's not usually one to back down from a feud -- just ask Floyd Mayweather -- so, keep a close eye on this one.

Pittsburgh Steelers Partying with Louis XIII ... $3,000 Per Bottle!

Published | Updated

Nothing heals the pain of a loss like a $3,000 bottle of cognac ... just ask the Pittsburgh Steelers linebackers who busted out TWO bottles of Louis XIII at a Pittsburgh casino last night.

James Harrison, along with the rest of the LB crew, hit up Andrew's Steak and Seafood Restaurant at the Rivers Casino ... where they poured the cognac into fancy glasses engraved with their names.

Louis XIII is some of the most expensive cognac in the world -- right now, BevMo is selling the stuff for $3,000 per bottle (if you're a ClubBev member).

Seems the guys polished off the booze ... at least judging by the way they were singing and goofing around at the end of the meal.

Expensive hangovers ... still hurt.

Drake It's Johnny Football Time

Published | Updated

Drake wants Johnny Manziel to start in Cleveland this weekend.

How do we know? He told us ... with his hands.

The rapper was leaving Hakkasan restaurant in Beverly Hills Monday when we asked about the QB controversy in Cleveland -- Manziel or Hoyer?

Drake flashed the money sign. Duh.

Of course, Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine says he won't announce the starters until later this week ... but it feels like Manziel's got the edge ... especially with LeBron telling the media he's "ready to go."

Stay tuned ...

'Honey Boo Boo' Star Buy My Potion to Prevent Ebola

Published | Updated

"Honey Boo Boo" star Chickadee is turning into a snake oil salesman, literally ... she's now hawking potions that claim to prevent Ebola.

Chickadee needs some pocket change in a bad way now that "Honey Boo Boo" has been cancelled. So she's signed up with a company called Young Living Essential Oils.

Anna now has a link on her Facebook page promoting the company's product line, which includes the Ebola-blocking oil. The FDA has warned Young Living Oils not to make the Ebola claim. The company says the oil is multi-purpose -- it can also help prevent cancer.

And this is fun ... one of the products is called Thieves.

Chickadee got BLASTED this weekend for asking fans on GoFundMe to donate to what is essentially her pocket change fund.

She's not as bad as Bernie Madoff ... but she's young.

50 Cent Bank Account FROZEN

Published | Updated

50 Cent can't get 50 cents out of his ATM, because his personal bank account is now off limits.

It seems 50 didn't pay a whopping $17.2 million judgment over a deal he made to market headphones for a company called Sleek Audio. Sleek claimed 50 stole its design and then tried marketing it on his own. The law sided with Sleek, and 50 got hit with the massive judgment.

Legal Lesson: If you don't pay a judgment, the winner can garnish your wages and freeze your bank accounts.

A source connected to 50 tells TMZ the rapper has complete access to his business bank accounts ... the only account affected by the judgment is his personal.

And it's not like he's broke. Forbes estimates 50's worth at $140 million.

An attorney for 50 tells us they are appealing the Sleek Audio judgment, and the company has been "desperately attempting" to hold money from any accounts it can locate. He added ... don't worry about 50 because his assets are "appropriately protected."

Snooki Prenup with Jionni?? FUGGEDABOUTIT!

Published | Updated

Snooki laid down a huge bet when she tied the knot WITHOUT a prenup -- essentially leaving her sizable earnings in the hands of a judge ... IF things don't work out.

Of course, Snooks married baby daddy Jionni LaValle in New Jersey this weekend, and sources close to the couple tell us they did NOT sign a prenuptial agreement because Snooki didn't want one. We're told Nicole was advised it would be safer to put something in writing ... but the "Jersey Shore" star was adamant about her decision.

Here's the thing ... Snooki's worth several million -- based on reality show cash, and her popular lines of apparel and tanning products. Jionni's got a bunch of gigs (ATM owner, wrestling coach, T-shirt line) ... but we're told she's still the bread winner.

In NJ, if you don't have a prenup ... you're gambling on a divorce court judge -- who will decide a "fair" though not necessarily equal split of assets. So, it could work in her benefit or not.

Best advice, Snook -- don't get divorced ... on account of love and stuff ... but mostly because it could cost a fortune.

'RHOA' Star Porsha Williams I Lost My Sugar Daddy Now I'm Losing My Rolls

Published | Updated

Porsha Williams derailed her own gravy train ... and now she has to ditch her $300,000 Rolls-Royce if she wants to keep living in the lap of luxury.

Sources close to Porsha tell TMZ ... the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star has been getting ridiculously expensive gifts -- like the Rolls -- from a mystery sugar daddy. But we're told the dude (who's married) got fed up with her posting pics of the swag, and cut her off.

Our sources say Porsha's selling the RR because she needs a quick cash injection. It's not that she's broke -- she's still pulling in 6-figures from "RHOA" -- but since the BF cash flow has dried up ... she's suddenly gotta pay for more stuff ... like meals.

Porsha's take on losing the Rolls? She told us, "I'm trading up with the new year coming up." Unclear if she's referring to cars, men ... or both.

Cuba Gooding Sr. Allegedly Stole Thousands Played Charity For The Fool

Published | Updated

Cuba Gooding Jr.'s dad put Scrooge and the Grinch to shame by bailing on a Christmas charity concert for a children's hospital, while making off with a bunch of cash ... according to a lawsuit.

Reginald Lewis says he's been trying to track down '70s soul singer Cuba Gooding Sr. ever since he cancelled a benefit gig for the Kennedy Krieger Institute last December in Baltimore. Lewis claims he loaned Gooding $7,000 to promote the event ... and never got the money back.

Lewis is suing for the dough, but says he can't locate Gooding -- whose group The Main Ingredient sang the '72 hit "Everybody Plays the Fool" -- to serve him with papers.

We reached out to one of his reps -- but same result ... radio silence.

'Honey Boo Boo' Star Chickadee Shameful Money Grab Fans Revolt

Published | Updated

"Honey Boo Boo" star Anna Cardwell mistakenly believes charity begins at home.

Chickadee was soliciting money over the weekend on a GoFundMe page. She said she needed help with money and her goal was $20K.

Them's fightin' words for her fans, who immediately went on the FB attack. They were incredulous that someone on TV was asking THEM for loot.

Cardwell finally saw the shame in what she did and deleted the page -- explaining, "I'm deleting my fund me cause everyone thinks I'm money hungry"

Chickadee goes on, "And I have been think about everyone's opinions and I got alot of chooses and I have done there idea and I get the s*** end of the stick."

We would translate ... but we just can't.

Vera Wang opened a boutique for expensive bridal gowns in West Hollywood, but the landlord -- Ah Men, Inc. -- claims she stayed way past the time the lease ran out and just stopped paying rent.

Ah Men claims ... she racked up more than $250K in unpaid rent and then booked it for an expensive new store in Bev Hills.

Ex-'Housewives' Star Makes Promises Hollower Than Her Left Leg ... Ex-Manager Claims

Published | Updated

Fired 'Housewives' star Aviva Drescher got paid $100K to star on another reality show ... then screwed over the manager who got her the gig -- at least that's how the pissed off manager sees it.

The ex-manager claims she booked Drescher and her husband, Reid, on "Marriage Bootcamp" and says the Dreschers promised her a 10% commission -- which amounted to $10K.

In a lawsuit, the ex-manager says Drescher slandered her in interviews ... by calling her "sleazy" and a "wannabe agent."

The ex-manager says she only got $2,500 of her commission, so she is suing for the balance ... and for damages to her reputation. We tried contacting the Dreschers ... but no response so far.

Tip for the ex-manager -- beware of flying limbs.
