'Deal/No Deal' Model Husband Kills Himself After Rumors She Hooked Up With DiCaprio, Grenier
The husband of "Deal Or No Deal" suitcase model Katie Cleary shot himself to death ... just weeks after she was photographed getting cozy with Leo DiCaprio and Adrian Grenier.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Andrew Stern shot himself in the head Sunday while he was at a shooting range in the San Fernando Valley.
The 40-year-old businessman was married to Katie ... who was also a contestant on "America's Next Top Model." Katie was photographed in Cannes last month with Leo and the two seemed tight. There are also photos of Katie in Cannes with "Entourage" star Adrian Grenier.
We're told law enforcement interviewed various people after the suicide, including Katie, and they were told -- among other things -- he was suffering significant stress over marital problems.
Our sources say Katie told law enforcement she and Andrew -- who appeared on "Millionaire Matchmaker" before he got together with Cleary -- were in the process of getting divorced.
A source close to Leo tells us Katie and the actor never hooked up and he left the club with his GF Toni Garrn.
In addition to marital problems, law enforcement says Andrew had a history of depression and had financial issues.

King Kong Fay Wray Stunt Double Dies at 103
One of the women who co-starred with King Kong in his iconic scene atop the Empire State Building has passed away at age of 103.
Pauline Wagner is the actress who stood in for the legendary Fay Wray during key reshoots for the 1933 classic. Wagner died last month outside Los Angeles. Her manager confirmed the death to the Hollywood Reporter today.
'Kong' producers needed to reshoot the climactic finale, but Fay was already in England working on another film -- and that's when Wagner stepped in ... donning a wig to fight off the giant ape.
Wagner said in a 2011 interview ... "I worked for four hours and that was it." Still, it was a bigger break than most get in Hollywood, and it secured her place in movie history.
Wagner went on to have small roles in several other films like "Lady Killer," "Mr. Deeds Goes To Town," and "King of Jazz." She also helped James Cagney form the Screen Actors Guild.

Jessica Alba Movie Sued 'Honey' Boo Hoo Dancer Claims Movie Jacked Her Life
When Jessica Alba busted out her moves in "Honey" -- a movie universally hailed as horrible -- it was a blatant rip-off of real-life Bronx b-girl Honey Rockwell ... or so claims Rockwell, who's suing the filmmakers.
Rockwell -- a hip hop dancer and teacher -- says she adopted the "Honey" stage name back in '94 -- 10 years before the movie's release ... according to court docs.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Rockwell says the movie's a carbon copy of her life because Alba's character shares her name ("Honey"), ethnicity (Hispanic), occupation (hip hop dancer), and hood (Bronx). She says they even used the same dance studio where she taught.
But she says the filmmakers did one thing wrong -- they never got her permission.
Rockwell faces an uphill battle because she's waited 10 years to sue -- that said, she's demanding her fair share of more than $70 million generated by "Honey" and its sequel.
Yes, there was one.

Aaliyah Family Vows To Torpedo Biopic
Aaliyah's family is on the attack against "Lifetime" ... vowing to stop production on her biopic.

Aaliyah's uncle and former manager, Barry Hankerson, tells us the family is pissed that no one from the network contacted them about the movie.
Hankerson says the family will block any attempt on Lifetime's part to use any of Aaliyah's music. He says the family has hired a lawyer and will do everything they can to block release of the flick.
The family is not opposed to a big, theatrical film, but thinks a TV movie is too small for someone as big as Aaliyah.

'Goodfellas' Actor Frank Sivero Quickie Jail Sesh For Gun Possession
"Goodfellas" actor Frank Sivero must still have friends in high places ... because he was sentenced to 90 days in jail on Wednesday -- but served less than a week.
It's a little sketchy what happened ... Sivero told TMZ at the time of his arrest ... he was escorting a lady friend out of an apartment building and when he got to the lobby -- to his surprise -- cops were there waiting for him, found he was in possession of a gun and arrested him.
According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- part of the plea deal is that Sivero is not allowed to use force or violence against anyone, and the docs single out a woman. The docs don't say for sure if it's the same woman he was escorting out of the building.
Sivero -- known for playing pistol-packing mob guys in movies -- served 3 days this week before his release Friday night. He was also credited with 3 days for time served back in March. The probable reason he was released early ... jail overcrowding.
We're told Sivero cannot possess any deadly weapons for the next 36 months ... and he's required to attend AA meeting a week for 26 weeks. He also had to pay $220 in fines.
Good thing he's popular in jail.

Alec Baldwin Ben Franklin Movie Plans Revealed in Soap Star's Divorce
Alec Baldwin wanted to play Benjamin Franklin in a new movie ... and we didn't find out from an agent, a publicist or a movie studio ... we found out from the divorce docs of a TV soap star.
"The Bold and the Beautiful" star Katherine Kelly Lang finalized her divorce this week from hubby Alex D'Andrea ... and in the docs, she gives up any claim to movie projects D'Andrea was involved with ... including the Franklin flick.
In the section marked Community Property Awarded Transferred to Respondent (Lang's ex), it mentions Walter Isaacson's book about Ben ... which had been optioned by D'Andrea, Alec and William Baldwin for a TV mini-series.
According to the docs, the three pitched the idea as a co-production with Sony, but it never found a home. Their option ran out and the rights reverted back to Isaacson because "Sony could not find a network to co-finance and/or broadcast the project."
We can only assume Alec was slated to actually play Franklin himself ... because who wouldn't want to see him get struck by lightning?
