Luyendyk Jr., the 27-year-old son of Indy 500 winner Arie Luyendyk Sr., just got popped twice in Scottsdale, Ariz. within a six-day span ... once for driving on a suspended license, the second time for not having a valid registration.

Wacked out crazy comedian Andy Dick was arrested early this morning in Murrieta, Calif. on suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery.

Cops busted the 42-year-old Dick just before 2 AM this morning in the parking lot near a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.

Dick is still being held, his bail set at $5,000.

UPDATE: Around 1:15 AM this morning cops tell us they responded to a report of a person peeing in the parking lot outside the wing joint, causing a disturbance. Several witnesses told officers Dick approached two women as he left the restaurant. He allegedly walked up to a 17-year-old girl, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down, exposing her breasts.

Apparently a crew member of the movie was arrested for public intoxication and resisting arrest. That's when police say Brolin, Wright and the others interfered. According to the Shreveport Times, the actors allegedly put up such a fuss that the police at the nightclub had to call for backup.

Brolin and Wright were both arrested during the melee.

Matt Jones, a former number one draft pick for the Jacksonville Jaguars, was popped early this morning in Fayetteville, Ark. after cops found him sitting in a parked car, "cutting up" a white substance. Wonder what that was??

Cops say they approached the car and found the wide receiver inside, using a credit card to chop up what appeared to be cocaine. Cops drew their guns at Jones after he did not immediately put his hands up.

Also inside the car, police say they found a jar containing possible pot residue and another baggie with a white substance. Jones allegedly admitted that it was cocaine.

Madness really does have a name -- it's DMX.

DMX was arrested in Arizona this morning, as he exited a flight from Fort Lauderdale. The rapper currently has two outstanding warrants in Phoenix. Three-peat!

Sheriff Joe Arpaio -- aka America's Toughest Sheriff -- tells TMZ that DMX "never learns his lesson" and hopes to get the rapper into a pair of pink underwear in his Tent City jail. Lovely thought.

NFL superstar defensive end Jevon "The Freak" Kearse was arrested and charged with a DUI near the Vanderbilt University campus in Nashville, Tenn. early this morning.

We're told Vandy police pulled over Jevon's Escalade at 4:42 AM CT after it was spotted "swerving at a high rate of speed." After Jevon failed field sobriety tests, he refused to take a breathalyzer.

Cops immediately booked the six-foot-four, 265 lb. Tennessee Titans star into the Criminal Justice Center in downtown Nashville.

He was released on $1,000 bond.

The Titans have yet to return our call.

Andrew Martin, who wrestled under the name Test (boring!), was arrested early Sunday morning for DUI and driving with a suspended license.

Martin was pulled over Sunday morning by the Florida Highway Patrol on State Road 54 after an off-duty officer spotted him driving recklessly. He failed a field sobriety test (get it?) and refused to take a urine test (you get it by now). He posted $500 bail and was released Sunday night.

The wacktress was busted by LAX Airport police yesterday after allegedly stealing two magazines and a pack of batteries from a gift shop.

That's just 84 minutes, two more minutes than Nicole Richie!

The time served was related to her wild DUI escapades this past July, when she commandeered a car in Santa Monica and took three young men on a wild high-speed chase.

Jose Lambiet of the Palm Beach Post broke the story this morning. Lambiet says a local paparazzo was on the lookout for Jennifer Lopez, who was in town for her concert when he bumped into Rourke and an unidentified woman around 2:00 AM walking into a nightclub.

"They came back out two hours later and crossed Washington Avenue to go to his scooter," the photog said. "They both got on it, and he did a U-turn to go north. He was pulled over within a block. "The cop says to him: 'You swerved right in front of me.' And Mickey answered: 'No, no, dude, I'm all right.'"

According to the police report, Rourke asked the cop, "What the f*** did I do?!" Cops say the actor's "face" was flushed, his eyes were bloodshot and watery and his speech was slurred. "I'm not drunk, I didn't even drink that much," Rourke said, according to the report. Barfly!

He was booked into the Miami-Dade Pre-trial Detention Center around 9:30 AM and is being held on $1,000 bond.

Let's hope he doesn't get sentenced to 9 1/2 weeks!

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Brat (real name: Shawntae Harris) got into an altercation with the waitress after she bumped into the rapper. The two began pushing and shoving each other until she walked away. That's when Brat allegedly assaulted her with a bottle.

Lane Garrison was taken into L.A. County Sheriff's custody at the Beverly Hills Courthouse and booked.
