Kelly Osbourne is speaking out for the first time publicly about her father Ozzy Osbourne's death ... and she's using some Black Sabbath lyrics to express herself.

Ozzy's daughter just posted on social media for the first time since he died Tuesday and she's quoting the Black Sabbath song "Changes."

Kelly's post reads ... "I feel unhappy I am so sad. I've lost the best friend I ever had." She includes a broken heart emoji.

Lou Diamond Phillips is remembering Malcolm-Jamal Warner as a dear friend ... telling us the late 'Cosby Show' star was a kind and sweet man.

We got Lou in New York City on Thursday and our photog asked him about Ozzy Osbourne's death ... and after praising the late Black Sabbath rocker for being on the cutting edge of media, he revealed his friendship with Malcolm-Jamal.

Lou says he and MJW used to hang out ... telling us the guy "just generated love" and characterizing his death as a big shock and a huge loss.

Travis Kelce is finally giving his six-million-plus Instagram followers a glimpse into his relationship with Taylor Swift ... sharing for the first time a bunch of sweet photos of him and his boo.

Ozzy Osbourne's fanbase was left shocked when his death was announced in July 2025, and his family issued a statement at the time to let the fans know they were experiencing "more sadness than mere words can convey."

What's even more poignant is the fact that the late singer's death happened just 17 days after his final concert ... which he undertook with the other original members of Black Sabbath, 20 years after all four had last been on stage together.

We're going to check out what the band's surviving members have had to say about the frontman's death and see what they have been up to in the years since the Prince of Darkness left the band following their set at Ozzfest 2005.

Black Sabbath's guitarist and longest serving member, Tony Iommi, remained with the band throughout all of its lineup changes over nearly six decades.

In addition to his work with the seminal heavy metal outfit, Iommi released three solo albums, and he recorded the Black Sabbath album, "Heaven and Hell," which featured Osbourne's replacement singer, Ronnie James Dio, after Ozzy left the band.

Iommi shared a post on his Instagram shortly after Ozzy's passing and confessed he was unable to "really find the words" to portray how sad he was about the singer's death.

The guitarist affectionately referred to the singer as his "brother," and described the experience of finding out he'd died as "heartbreaking."

Geezer Butler stuck with Black Sabbath for much of its run, barring departures from the band throughout the mid-'80s and early 1990s.

The bassist released three solo albums through his work with GZR, which went through several name changes, and he also laid down bass parts on Osbourne's 1995 solo album "Ozzmosis."

Butler's tribute to Ozzy, which he shared on his Instagram, was short and sweet, and he referred to the late singer as his "dear friend" in the post's caption.

The musician also summed up the band's members as "4 kids from Aston" and said he was "glad we got to do it one last time."

Drummer Bill Ward co-founded Black Sabbath in 1968 and remained with the band until 1980, after which he was intermittently involved with the group over the next few decades.

The musician was originally set to reunite with the band in 2011 in preparation of the recording of their final album, titled "13," and although he ended up not participating due to contract disputes, he eventually reconciled with his bandmates and performed at their final concert.

Ward shared a throwback photo on his Instagram after Ozzy had passed away and opened up about the loss he felt after the singer's death, saying the singer was "forever in my heart."

We broke the story of GloRilla being arrested in Georgia for felony drug possession earlier today, and her legal team is calling the charges a total outrage of justice -- the rapper wasn't even at home!!!

As we told you, GloRilla's house was broken into this weekend ... by the time cops arrived, the suspects were gone -- but investigators say they encountered weed in their search for the burglars, and the rapper was then charged with felony drug possession.

The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... deputies responded to a report of a burglary in progress Saturday around 1:30 AM at a residence in the Atlanta suburbs. The sheriff's office says three suspects entered the house when an "armed occupant fired at the intruders."

3:21 PM PT --  GloRilla is sharing her account of the events that led to her felony drug arrest, much which align with her attorneys' statement to TMZ.

The rapper says she was performing out of town in Indianapolis during WNBA All-Star Weekend when her home was invaded but the cops chose to pursue her reefer opposed to the robbers.

She claims she wasn't busted and we agree ... that's a great-looking mug shot photo!!!

GloRilla -- legal name Gloria Woods -- was arrested in Georgia on two serious drug charges ... TMZ has learned.

According to jail records obtained by TMZ, the rapper was booked Tuesday in Forsyth County for possession of a scheduled controlled substance and possession of marijuana over one ounce -- both felony offenses under Georgia law.

Details surrounding the arrest remain unclear, but police confirm she was taken into custody and released later that day after posting $22,000 bond.

We've reached out to her reps for comment ... so far, no word back.

Ozzy Osbourne was cheerful as he enjoyed breakfast with his family at home in England in what appears to be the last publicly posted footage of him just days before his death.

His daughter Kelly Osbourne shared the clip on her Instagram Story on Sunday -- the Black Sabbath icon can be seen sitting at a table scrolling on his iPad at his mansion in Buckinghamshire as Kelly playfully commands him to greet everyone.

Ozzy -- dressed in a black tee and headphones -- dutifully responds with an enthusiastic "Good morning!"
