Senator Marco Rubio -- a huge Miami Heat fan -- says he's genuinely happy LeBron James won another NBA championship ... because, "I'm not a hater like that."

"I'm happy for him, I'm happy for Cleveland," the junior senator from Florida told us at Reagan National Airport.

LeBron James is channeling his inner-Birdman ... telling his haters straight up, "Put some respeck on my name!"

Bron just issued a love letter to his critics ... putting 'em all on blast for doubting his ability and insinuating he's a crap stirrer behind the scenes.

"They said u lost a step, wasn't explosive as once was, the best days was in the real view, questioned your drive, your leadership, your commitment, you don't have killer instinct, going back home is the worst mistake in your career, he got the coach fired, players traded, won't work between him and Kyrie, Him and Kev won't work, love your teammates to much, there's no way he can deliver a championship in his hometown, etc etc etc.... But guess what THATS NONE OF MY BUSINESS."

Thousands of Cavs fans have packed the I-X Center next to the airport in Cleveland ... waiting to greet LeBron and company the second the champs step off the team jet!

The scene is crazy ... people decked out in Cavs gear, holding signs, chanting -- and the traffic to get anywhere close to the action is reportedly insane.

The Cavs plane is supposed to land around 12:30 PM ET -- and it should an epic welcoming party.

The Oakland PD says it's on the hunt for the person who allegedly pushed a fan off the 2nd deck at Oracle Arena during Game 7 Sunday night ... in an incident that left the victim in critical condition.

Cops say they believe the victim and the suspect were fighting in the stands -- unclear why -- with a man in his early 20s getting shoved over the rail ... and suffering serious injuries in the process.

One witness tweeted that she saw blood coming out of the victim's ears.

The man was transported to the hospital -- and officials say he's now in critical but stable condition.

Didn't take RiRi long to go in on Steph Curry after Game 7 -- throwin' a little shade at the NBA's regular season MVP on Instagram.

Rihanna's a HUUUGE LeBron James fan -- and overloaded her social media with tributes to King James after the Cavs took the title ... even calling him "Bae" at one point.

It's good to be the champ.

The Cavaliersmade a pit stop on their way back to Cleveland -- landing the team jet in VEGAS for a wild Sin City championship celebration ... complete with insane champagne showers!

LeBron, J.R. Smith, Kyrie Irving and the rest of the squad rolled into XS nightclub at the Wynn -- and were greeted like they just won the Larry O'Brien trophy ... 'cause they did!

J.R. Smith even took his shirt off at one point ... because ... well, why the hell not?

Didn't take long for President Obama to weigh in on the NBA Finals -- with POTUS taking to Twitter to dap up LeBron and the Cavs for shocking the Warriors in Game 7.

"What a game and what a series for the @Cavs," Obama tweeted roughly an hour after the game ... "Happy to see @KingJames bring it home for Cleveland!"

LeBron reacted to the tweet live on NBA TV.

Iggy Azalea and Nick Young are done ... engagement off ... broken up ... for good.

Iggy took to social media to announce the breakup ... saying, "Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild trust in him - It's become apparent in the last few weeks that I'm unable to."

Of course, Young was secretly recorded on video a few months back by Lakers teammate D'Angelo Russell seemingly admitting to cheating on Azalea.

At the time, Azalea said she was furious ... but decided to give Young one last chance.

FYI -- the two have dated for several years ... and were engaged to be married.

It might be time for Steph Curry to have a Twitter boundaries talk with wife -- at least according to NFL safety Dashon Goldson who says that's what he would do if his lady pulled an Ayesha.

Dashon -- who spent 9 years in the NFL -- says he likes that Ayesha does her thing on social media ... but if he was in Steph's shoes, he'd try to explain why calling out the NBA is a HUGE distraction during the NBA playoffs.

BTW, Goldson was leaving Barney's in Bev Hills where he dropped $5k on his dad for Father's Day, which is THIS SUNDAY.

As if the Cavs needed another reason to clinch Game 7 ... a Cleveland bar is offering LeBron and co. FREE FOOD FOR LIFE if they bring home the title this Sunday!!

Red Bar and Lounge -- about a 20 minute drive from Quicken Loans Arena -- is pumped about the potential victory and said, if they win, they will hook up every single player on the roster with free grub for life.

One of Red Bar's owners, Maha Metri, tells TMZ Sports, "Cleveland has been waiting for over 50 years for a championship. With one game away LeBron and the team can make the city's dream come true."

"The refs were just bad last night ... they had no idea how to control the flow of that game."

Here's Bill Simmons giving his take on Game 6 -- and calling out the refs for sucking out loud.

The NBA has hit Steph Curry with a $25,000 fine for throwing his mouthpiece into the stands -- hitting a fan -- during Game 6 of the NBA Finals ... but it appears he will NOT be suspended.

The NBA's office just issued a statement saying, "Curry has been fined $25,000 for throwing his mouthpiece into the spectator stands."

"The incident, which resulted in a technical foul and subsequent ejection for Curry, occurred with 4:22 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Warriors’ 115-101 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers during Game 6 of The Finals on June 16 at Quicken Loans Arena."

Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was also hit with a heavy fine.

"Kerr has been fined $25,000 for public criticism of the officiating during his press conference following the same game."

Steph Curry and his wife, Ayesha, claim her father was "profiled" and "almost arrested" by NBA security at Game 6 in Cleveland Thursday night ... in a case of mistaken identity.

Ayesha first went public about the situation after the game -- tweeting, "Police racial profiled my father and told him to remove credentials and tried to arrest him."

Steph echoed her comments to ESPN on his way out of the stadium -- after the Warriors lost to the Cavs.

But NBA security says it can explain ... telling ESPN Ayesha's father bared a resemblance to a con artist named David Aminzadeh who had been using fake credentials to sneak into major sporting events.

Security spoke with Ayesha's dad -- and eventually determined he was NOT Aminzadeh.

ScHoolboy Q just revealed he's using the famous Crying Jordan shot as cover art for his upcoming album ... but he could be playing with fire.

The "Man Of The Year" rapper just dropped the art on his Twitter page -- saying the album "Blank Face LP" will come out on July 8th.

It's a cool shot ... but there's just one small problem.

When we reached out to MJ's rep back in February to see how the NBA legend felt about the meme -- we were told straight up:

"Everyone seems to be having fun with the meme ... We haven’t seen anyone using it to promote their commercial interests, which is something that we’re monitoring."

Well, this would probably count as commercial interests.

Ex-NBA star Nate Robinson was "impressive" in his tryout with the Seattle Seahawks on Monday ... this according to Nate's agent.

TMZ Sports spoke with Aaron Goodwin who confirmed 32-year-old Nate worked out for the NFL team as a defensive back ... the same position he played back at the Univ. of Washington.

"Nate's tryout with the Seahawks went well and was impressive," Goodwin says.

The two sides have not struck any sort of a deal but we're told, "[Nate] may go back later. He's going to focus on being ready for that opportunity should it occur again or an NBA opportunity."

When asked which sport Nate would prefer if offered a shot in the NFL and NBA -- Goodwin replied, "He wants to play basketball but will play football if the opportunity presents itself."
