Natalie tells TMZ, she's fine now -- a doc at Cedars-Sinai in L.A. treated her for extreme exhaustion and sent her home.

According to Natalie, it was a case of all work, no play -- so she has decided to take a week off from her busy schedule to rest up.

Jenelle originally posted a message on her Facebook page, claiming she thought the pain was from her appendix -- saying, "heading to the hospital, i think my appendix are about to rupture. been up since 2am crying."

But according to her rep, the 19-year-old had a cyst on her ovaries -- which isn't that uncommon for a girl her age.

Randy made the strange, random revelation on Twitter, posting the above tweet and then saying, "I went to Tina's house to see my girlfriend. I guess I caught them off guard. Hmmm.... Next question."

Tina's old assistant once wrote about the incident in a book, saying Tina fired a shot through the ceiling and one through the doorway before Randy leapt through a window.

According to U.K. paper The Sun, paramedics found 33-year-old Meyers "slumped on the floor" ... but he refused treatment for 30 minutes before cops arrived and convinced the actor to go to the hospital.

Officials confirm that officers were dispatched to Meyers' home -- but would NOT say if Meyers was trying to take his own life.

Meyers -- who has been in and out of rehab FIVE times -- was released from the hospital early Wednesday morning.

But it could have been a LOT worse -- according to Jeremy, he narrowly missed a razor sharp rain gutter during the accident.

And if all that wasn't badass enough -- Jeremy tells us, he went right back to work after the fall ... no hospital, no stitches ... just a bandage.

UPDATE: A Marvel spokesperson tells TMZ, "[Jeremy] was fine. He slid briefly along the side of the building. He got right back up and did several more takes."

Elliott tells People, she was diagnosed with the disease in 2008 -- and has been receiving radiation treatment to help alleviate symptoms like dizzy spells, lumps in her throat, mood swings, hair loss, and bulging eyes. Missy adds, "You live with it for the rest of your life."

According to Missy, the radiation was a help, but other medication made her pack on the pounds -- which she's been able to counter through exercise.

It must have happened within the last 4 hours too -- because that's when she last tweeted, presumably while she was still intact.

Cops in Anderson, IN tell TMZ, someone called police from Amber's home -- claiming the 21-year-old "was depressed and threatening to end her life."

According to law enforcement, Amber did not appear to be injured when cops arrived -- and she was promptly taken to a nearby medical facility for further evaluation.

A lot ... according to Denise Underhill -- who's filed a lawsuit against Playboy, claiming she suffered a devastating knee injury during a bouncy photo shoot at the mansion back in 2009.

According to the suit, filed in LA Superior Court last month, Denise claims she was "requested to jump on a trampoline ... in order for photographs to be taken of her." We're guessing Denise has a huge smile.

During the jumping session, Denise claims she tore the meniscus in her right knee ... but instead of proper medical assistance, she was merely given crutches and sent on her way.

In the docs, Denise claims "There were no warning signs posted ... as to the dangers posed by the use of the equipment." She has a point, even shampoo has directions.

Denise claims the injury required surgery -- and she's demanding more than $25k for her troubles.

A call to Playboy was not returned.

According to local reports, Montana was not seriously injured -- but the damage to his eye will keep him from appearing in front of the Santa Clara City Council tonight.

Clemons, 69, is "said to be seriously ill after a stroke at his home in Florida," according to Showbiz411.com, who also says members of the E Street Band were "advised to get down to Florida as soon as possible" to see him.

Clemons had suffered from other ailments through the last few years, including double knee surgery -- but recently worked on Lady Gaga's new album and even performed with her on the finale of "American Idol" last month.

As TMZ first reported, Gomez was rushed to the hospital on Thursday after taping an appearance on "The Tonight Show," complaining of nausea and a severe headache.

Sources tell us Gomez has undergone a number of tests for blood pressure issues, but so far ... doctors have not been able to determine what is causing the problem.

No update from the rep on what's wrong.

Dr. Phil made the frantic call on May 19, claiming, "My wife is down on the tennis court. I think someone down there has had a heart attack."

Of course it wasn't as easy as asking for an ambulance -- Phil's house is so big ... the doc had to give the 911 dispatcher special instructions ... just so the ambulance could get inside the Bev Hills compound.
