Justin Bieber was all about the Washingtons when he rolled into a famous Miami strip club -- spraying down the ladies with crazy stacks of one dollar bills ... $75,000 worth to be exact!!

Think of all the nursing school tuition he just covered. What a giver ...

Justin Bieber didn't just make it rain ... he made it pour in Miami ... first hitting up a famous nightclub -- and then dropping $75K in a strip club ... this according to a rep from the strip club.

Justin flew from Colorado to Miami Beach -- where he was spotted going into Mansion (above). A few hours later he went to King of Diamonds ... we believe to attend Lil Scrappy's birthday party.

A KOD rep confirms to TMZ ... Justin got $75K in 1 dollar bills, and went wild.

And get this ... the club was also celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

As for what Bieber was dreaming about -- check out this video from inside KOD last night.

An L.A. County Sheriff's spokesperson says their deputies saw no drugs when they raided Justin Bieber's house and there was no smoking room as we previously reported ... well then check this out.

First let's deal with the smoking room. Here's a picture of that room. Justin and his pals call it the Bob Marley Room. There are lots of bongs, and they were in plain veiw when deputies descended on the property. (The photo above shows Lil Twist -- who's not connected to Lil Za's drug bust.)

As for other drugs ... as we said, Justin had 2 big cookie jars of weed displayed in the house. And as we said there were 4 to 5 empty codeine bottles laying around ... as well as the styrofoam cups used for sizzurp (lean).

It's unclear why the spokesperson is going on record when we know the stuff was inside the house (not to mention the smoking room pic). But, as we said, deputies did nothing wrong. The search warrant was for video equipment, and as one top law enforcement official told us ... they weren't looking for drugs.

Period.

Amy Adams proved she can belt out showtunes with the best of 'em ... and by best of 'em, we mean the crowd at a gay karaoke bar in L.A. ... and TMZ has the footage.

Just days before winning the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a musical or comedy ... Adams hit up a gay bar and belted out a stellar rendition of "Defying Gravity" from "Wicked."

The performance may have been loud ... but we're told everyone in attendance was pretty impressed (and not just 'cause they were drunk.)

Jennifer Lawrence is a GREAT actress ... 'cause she ACTED like she wasn't hungover at the Golden Globes -- despite getting TRASHED the night before.

The 23-year-old -- who won Best Supporting Actress -- was actually TOO sober for her own good during her acceptance speech. She said afterwords she wished she had boozed it up beforehand to calm her nerves.

If award shows were actually awesome ... Emma Thompson would be the totally boozed up presenter at all of 'em -- just like she appeared to be at the Golden Globes tonight.

Emma lazily carried her shoes on stage, along with a martini, while doling out the award for "Best Screenplay" -- and the 54-year-old celeb struggled to keep to it together through her rambling ... yet entertaining presentation.

The champagne she downed on the red carpet probably helped too.

Beyonce's mom and sister Solange made a grand entrance at Tina Knowles' 60th birthday party in New Orleans Saturday night ... while boring big sis Beyonce snuck in through the side.

A marching band led the way as Solange and Tina showed up to tons of fanfare outside the masquerade bash on elaborate horse-drawn carriages.

Lots of celebs showed ... including Kelly Rowland, Monica, Jennifer Hudson and of course Jay Z. The shindig was thrown at Muriel's Jackson Square ... which cost Bey and Solange $100k minimum.

Beyonce was even elusive inside, but we got this pic of Kris Jenner posing with her ... of course.

We got a bunch of stars who were doing some pretty serious pre-Golden Globe partying, but it seems they all made a pact --- mum's the word.

Lots of stars were partying at Chateau Marmont and RivaBella in West Hollywood, including (in order on video) Leonardo Dicaprio, Demi Moore, Benedict Cumberbatch, Kate Mara, Amy Adams, Bob Saget, Rob Lowe, Garrett Hedlund, Jim Carrey, Michelle Dockery and Chris Hemsworth.

Almost to a person ... they smiled and practically said nothing.

Beyonce and her sis Solange are shutting down a fancy restaurant in New Orleans Saturday night to throw their mom Tina an epic 60th birthday party -- we're told costing at LEAST $100,000 -- but the hilarious part ... Bey got second-billing on the invite!

It's a black tie masquerade-themed event, and Beyonce and Solange are hosting it at the pricey Muriel's Jackson Square in the Big Easy (we hear the turtle soup is beyond).

And under the category "Charity begins at home" -- Beyonce allowed Solange to get TOP BILLING!

Beyonce and Jay Z celebrated Blue Ivy's 2nd birthday in spectacular fashion ... closing down an entire theme park -- for a celebration that the kid will never remember.

Blue Ivy spent the day Tuesday with lemurs, orangutans, kangaroos and penguins at Jungle Island -- a wildlife park and botanical garden in Miami.

Park officials are keeping the cost under wraps ... but it's gotta be pricey to close the entire park. Put it this way ... a VIP safari tour for just one person costs $240.
