"Mike & Molly" star Billy Gardell will be an out of work actor when his show goes off the air soon ... but for Billy, it just means more free time to spend with puppies!

Gardell -- who plays Mike -- and his fam adopted a puppy this weekend from Wylder's Holistic Pet Center in Studio City, CA. Billy and his wife stopped by Sunday to just look but their son fell in love with a pup and they caved.

They named the cocker mix Buzz and dropped around a grand on the pooch and dog supplies.

CBS announced last month "Mike & Molly" has been cancelled after six seasons. The first episode of the last season aired Wednesday night.

Andrea Constand, the accuser in the first criminal case against Bill Cosby, was out walking her dogs in Toronto -- the first time she's been seen since Cosby's arrest last week.

The 42-year-old massage therapist and former Temple University employee first went to police in 2004 ... claiming she was drugged and assaulted by Cosby. He's now free on $1 million bail after getting charged with aggravated indecent assault.

Lexy Panterra is so damn hot, but she needed a companion ... and the one she found cost her a fortune.

Panterra scooped up six-month-old Lila from Betty's Teacup Yorkies ... a frou frou dog shop that boasts Paris Hilton among its celeb clients.

We're told Panterra spotted the dog on Instagram, fell in love, and forked over $4,500 for the three pound poodle.

Panterra tells us she'd been thinking about getting a new dog since her old one died. And she's been itching for some company, since she's single and all.

How's that possible?

Brandi Glanville is having an anger-fueled XMAS, basking in the glow of a death in Lisa Vanderpump's family and calling Lisa a "c***."

Lisa's dog Daddio, the father of Giggy, died last weekend and Lisa's been having a hard time.

Vanderpump rebounded Saturday night by rescuing 2 dogs that were on the brink of being killed at the Yulin festival and was celebrating the arrival of the pooches at her restaurant Pump in Bev Hills. At around 9 PM, as she partied with Lance Bass and others, she got a grotesque text from Brandi.

The text read, "Merry Christmas vanderC*** and yes i am having my moment :) AND it's amazing!!! How is yours???? hahahahah #karmasabitch Or is it a c***?? Hahahaha."

Lisa, who passed her phone around to guests, tells us, "It's sad to have that much hatred in your heart especially at this time of year. Our lil Daddio meant the world to us. Anyway, happy Christmas."

Ray J and Princess Love's time as puppy parents has been anything but easy ... their pooch almost died a week after they brought it home.

We're told the couple rushed Louie the Chihuahua to a NY animal hospital Thursday morning with a 105 degree fever. Louie had pneumonia and almost didn't make it through the night. Ray J dropped $6k on emergency treatment.

A worker at the pet store says the dog got a clean bill of health from a vet before the sale, and blames the illness on the stress of moving to a new home.

Lucky for Ray J and the dog ... Louie's expected to make a full recovery.

Floyd Mayweather is ANGRY that Chrissy Teigen would dare insult his decision to get a pet tiger -- and now he's lashing out at the supermodel over it.

After Mayweather revealed his new pet -- Teigen went to Twitter and wrote, "I'm okay with people having pet tigers because it increases their chances of being eaten by a tiger."

Well, Floyd no likey -- 'cause he just appeared on FightHype.com and fired off some not-so-subtle insults right back at her.

"John Legend's wife said something? I've never had anything negative to say about John Legend. I really don't even know what his wife does."

Mandy Moore's divorce has hit a hiccup thanks to her house full of cats and dogs.

Mandy filed to divorce singer Ryan Adams back in January, and she just filed new docs saying they've been unable to agree on a settlement because Ryan won't pay spousal support, beyond splitting their mortgage.

In the docs, she says Ryan earns $151k per month while she rakes in less than a quarter of that.

Her other issue ... their EIGHT pets -- 6 cats, 2 dogs -- that she says she's been taking care of on her own since they separated. Mandy says Ryan promised to take at least 2 of the cats, but didn't.

Translation: He p**sied out.

Now Mandy wants Ryan to pay her $37k per month until they sort out the divorce terms -- and she's insisting he take 4 of the pets immediately. Sounds like someone's gonna be shoveling s**t.

Mike Vick is crusading to protect animals in Pennsylvania -- campaigning to pass a bill that would allow cops to rescue pets from hot cars -- and saying, "I know I'm an unlikely advocate."

Ray J and Princess Love welcomed a new baby boy of their own to the family this weekend ... and he's got four legs.

Sources at the Chelsea Kennel Club in NY tell TMZ the two came in with some friends Friday looking for another maltese. However, PL locked eyes with a chihuahua one of the shop's employees was holding and fell in love.

We're told the dog weighs less than two pounds and cost right around $2,000.

With the Kobe Bryant goodbye tour in full swing -- the Atlanta Hawks just hooked up a pretty sick retirement gift ... they're naming a REAL black mamba after the Black Mamba.

With the Hawks playing the Lakers on Friday night, the squad announced it teamed up with Zoo Atlanta to pay tribute to Kobe by naming a real live snake "Kobe" after the NBA star.

The zoo even issued a statement saying ... "Mr. Bryant is a legend on the court, and the black mamba is a legend in the wild."

The bad news ... we're told the snake will NOT travel to the game because it's not allowed to travel.

Kylie Jenner could be in the doghouse with Animal Control -- TMZ has learned the agency is looking into whether one of her dogs is being neglected.

A spokesperson for LA County Animal Control tells us they received complaints of possible animal cruelty after Kylie posted a video of her Italian greyhound, Bambi, appearing to be scary thin.

The rep would not say how many complaints were made but said they don't need multiple complaints to launch an investigation, since they investigate ALL complaints of animal neglect.

We're told if they find evidence of neglect charges could be filed, and the dog could be seized.

However, as TMZ first reported ... the Italian greyhounds are naturally lean dogs, and experts we spoke with didn't see anything out of the ordinary in Kylie's Snapchat clip.

The Game and Fetty Wap are related ... through their dogs.

Game just dropped $5k on a male American Bully puppy from Different Breed Kennels, the same Cali breeder where Fetty Wap picked up his little girl pooch, Trap Queen.

Owner Tyrone Carter says Game and Fetty Wap's dogs are from the same litter. He says he approached Game about the pooch when they met in an L.A. strip club.

We're told the name is Makaveli ... an homage to Tupac. Game hasn't picked up the 3-month-old pup yet -- he's still prepping his house. We're guessing that means hiding his Jordans.

All the haters calling out Kylie Jenner for animal cruelty are barking up the wrong tree ... this according to no less an authority than the Italian Greyhound Club of America.

Experts with the club tell us the video Kylie posted of one of her pups is perfectly normal for the breed ... despite the flood of people accusing her of being a crappy pet owner.

A spokesperson for the Club says the pups are supposed to be lean, since they're bred for running -- and, in fact, a healthy Italian greyhound should show a hint of 3 ribs and its hip bones.

The IGCA rep also points out the still photo from Kylie's video could be misleading ... since the dog could be taking a big breath which would exaggerate the rib cage.

Fetty Wap's real life trap queen is a serious bitch ... but a freakin' cute one.

Fetty just got an American Bully, and TMZ has learned the puppy was a gift for his infant daughter. Tyrone Carter owns Different Breed Kennels in CA, and says he first reached out to Fetty months ago when he heard the rapper was in the market for a pooch.

The female pup is almost 3 months old -- born on 9/11 -- and Carter says Fetty handpicked her. Carter took to calling her Trap Queen while she was weaning, and he says Fetty decided to keep the name. He'll call her Queen for short.

Carter's usual price is between $3k and $5k, but he says Fetty got the hook-up ... gratis.

We're told Fetty and his baby mama will share custody. Looks like baby Zaviera and Queen are already BFFs.

20 million people are about to see 7 brand new breeds of sanctioned pooches.

The National Dog Show, sanctioned by the American Kennel Club, will air after the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and viewers will get to see a special Italian hunting dog and a shaggy-haired sheepdog.

Truth be told, the dogs have all been around for years, but they just got thumbs up from the AKC.

The fresh batch includes a Bergamasco, which sports felt-like mats for fur. And there's a Spanish Water dog, a pet ensconced in Spain for centuries which herds, hunts and makes a good companion.

There's also a Lagotto Romagnolo, a centuries old Italian water dog. And there's a Berger Picard, a herding canine.

And get a look at the Cirneco dell'Etna, a dog rooted in Sicily which has graced the earth for 2,500 years.

There's also a Boerboel, a muscular dog in the mastiff family.

A very sick pooch named Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is going to get a life-saving heart operation in the nick of time thanks to his namesake.

Dwayne, the dog, was all fur and bones with his mouth wired shut when L.A. shelter SPOT! found him. Turns out, Dwayne has a grade 6 heart murmur that requires a $4,500 surgery.

Someone started a GoFundMe page for the patient, and the two-legged Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson got wind of it. The actor has a real soft spot for dogs, and dropped $1,500 toward the $5k goal.
