Kenya Moore just dropped $515k on a fixer upper that may be the most insecure place in the ATL ... because it didn't even have doors.

We're told Kenya paid cash and almost instantly began extensive remodeling. The house was actually under construction but was never completed because the owner ran out of money, so Kenya had her work cut out for her.

Kenya's realtor, Jeremy Smith, tells us she wanted a contemporary and there aren't a lot in the area so she settled on the partially built pad. He says the house when finished would easily go for $1.5 mil. She's spending around $400k on the remodel, so on paper it's a great investment.

The house is 15 minutes outside of Buckhead, which is where she wanted to be, but that's why God invented cars.

Kenya will do a big remodel reveal on her show.

Lisa Rinna is apologizing for her husband Harry Hamlin, stepping out with a giant Swastika across his chest ... but her excuse probably won't sit well with anyone who was offended.

Lisa and Harry dressed up as the Sex Pistols' Sid Vicious and his gf Nancy Spungen for the Casamigos Halloween bash, and as you can imagine ... Harry's getup pissed off a lot of people.

Lisa says they were just trying to be authentic ... recreating a classic 1978 pic of Sid and Nancy. She says they didn't mean to offend anybody. However, when we got them out Saturday night, Harry changed his shirt, but was hardly apologetic for the Swastika.

Interestingly, even the 1986 biopic "Sid and Nancy" avoided this kind of PR nightmare -- replacing the Nazi symbol with the Soviet hammer and sickle.

Kim Richards copped a plea deal in her Target store shoplifting case, and the sentence is going to feel very familiar to her.

Kim appeared in front of an L.A. judge who sentenced her to 300 hours of community service, 3 years probation, and 52 AA meetings.

Kim got precisely the same sentence for a drunken rampage at the Beverly Hills Hotel back in April. The judge decided she won't have to repeat the community service and AA meetings twice ... once will be sufficient.

As TMZ reported, Richards was busted back in August for stealing more than $600 worth of Target merch at a Van Nuys store.

NeNe Leakes is eating her words ... returning to 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' this season, even though she declared there was no chance she'd go back.

Leakes surprised the cast when she showed up to their retreat in Jamaica. We're told none of the ladies knew NeNe was coming back and her surprising entry even left some of the ladies speechless. No small feat.

Our sources say producers phoned NeNe earlier this month, pleading with her to come back because the storylines were lacking excitement so far this season. In a nutshell: We suck, please help.

NeNe agreed to do it because the price was right this time, and it didn't affect the shooting schedule on her new game show.

We're told NeNe's episodes will air toward the end of the season.

Kim Richards has taken at least one step in her 12 step recovery ... she found a place to live.

Kim was practically homeless -- living in her car -- when her family refused to take her in after she bailed on rehab. But now we're told she's living in a somewhat swanky Westwood condo.

Kim's new place is small -- 1 bedroom and 1 bath -- but the building has all sorts of amenities, including a gym. Rent in the building ranges from $3k-$5k a month.

No word on who's footing the bill, since Kim's out of work after getting the ax on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

We're guessing it may be a really wealthy family.

Mauricio Umansky was first shocked and then scoffed at a new report claiming Brandi Glanville is making her triumphant return to "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Mauricio was leaving Craig's in WeHo Wednesday night when our photog clearly surprised Kyle Richards' hubby, and he used all the vocal force he could muster to shoot it down.

Kyle and Brandi hate each other ... at least that's the way it played on the show.

Kris Jenner threw a wedding for her longtime pal and 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Faye Resnick, and even officiated the ceremony.

It went down Sunday at Jenner's Calabasas pad. 'RHOBH' star Kyle Richards was one of the bridesmaids and her daughter Portia was flower girl. Khloe Kardashian even taught her some dance moves.

Kris has married off people before, including her own pastor Brad Johnson.

Faye married lawyer Everett Jack in a small ceremony, and it's hardly her first rodeo. This is marriage #4 for Faye.

BTW ... there's a whole O.J. twist to this wedding. Faye and Kris go way back -- they were both besties with Nicole Brown Simpson, and of course ... Robert Kardashian was O.J.'s pal and attorney.

We doubt any of that came up on Sunday.

Lisa Vanderpump rallied hundreds of people Sunday to protest a barbaric Chinese festival that involves the torture and brutal killing of dogs.

Lisa, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Gretchen Rossi and other celebs were there on Sunday in L.A.'s MacArtuhur Park, protesting the Yulin Festival.

The festival is unbelievably cruel, where dogs are sometimes burned alive and then eaten.

Lisa and crew are trying to put pressure on the Chinese to end it.

Brandi Glanville has another trick up her sleeve to get the smelly vagina lawsuit thrown out ... she claims Joanna Krupa signed away her right to go after Brandi in court.

In documents obtained by TMZ ... Brandi says Joanna's defamation suit should be tossed, because Joanna's 'Real Housewives' contract forbids her from suing her fellow 'Housewives' cast members.

It would make sense since the heat on those shows comes from the women sniping at each other.

Joanna was on "The Real Housewives of Miami" back in 2013 -- and, in fact, Brandi's vagina comment came on the heels of the 'Miami' reunion show.

Brandi admits she doesn't have a copy of Joanna's contract ... but considering Brandi was on the Bev Hills edition, it's a good bet she knows what's in the fine print.

Krupa's lawyer thinks Brandi's reaching -- trying everything she can and "hope something sticks."

The 'Real Housewives' shows have a big problem ... they build their seasons around romances that blow up before the shows air.

Porsha Williams is the latest R.H. star who happily filmed burgeoning love that flamed out. She hooked up with Buffalo Bills star Duke Williams and they cavorted for season 6 shows, but when the cameras stopped rolling they stopped too, only after a few months of dating.

The problem ... viewers know the relationship is history, so the storyline doesn't ring true.

Porsha doesn't have a problem scoring a touchdown on the playing field ... she just can't hold out for the win.

It also happened on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," when Brandi Glanville dated a real estate agent but they were dunzo before the shows aired.

Kim Zolciak's mini-stroke was far more serious than anyone thought ... we've learned she had a heart procedure following the TIA and could have died.

As we reported, Kim had the mini-stroke in Atlanta, hours after appearing on "Dancing with the Stars." She had lost feeling on one side and her ability to speak, but it was only temporary.

Kim has told friends that doctors thought she could be released almost immediately, but a test revealed there was a more serious, underlying heart issue. Doctors kept her in the hospital and she told friends the docs performed a procedure Friday. We do not know the nature of the problem or what doctors did to correct it.

We're told Kim would never have known about the heart issue had she not gone into the hospital for the TIA. And doctors told Kim if the heart problem were left untreated, it could have become life-threatening.

Kyle Richards stunned everyone Saturday when she took her estranged sister Kim to dinner for her birthday.

Kyle has put a tough love wall up between her and Kim since she fell off the wagon in Mexico several months ago. Things have not gotten better for Kim ... she was arrested for shoplifting at Target.

But all seemed well outside Ocean Prime in Bev Hills -- at least on the surface.

Cynthia Bailey didn't even make it a full season, and she's already on the verge of following in Porsha Williams' footsteps -- as in, getting demoted.

In the wake of the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" fight -- where Cynthia kicked Porsha -- production sources tell us show honchos are reviewing footage of the incident and weighing their options for discipline.

TMZ broke the story ... Porsha and Cynthia got into it while shooting a scene on a boat -- Porsha called Cynthia a bitch repeatedly ... until CB snapped and unleashed a kick.

We're told producers want to see just how bad (or good, for ratings) the fight was ... and there's a possibility Cynthia could be demoted to the dreaded 'friend of the cast' title -- as opposed to full cast member. And yes, that would mean a cut in pay too.

As for why PW's neck isn't on the line? We're told there's no rule against antagonizing -- hell, that's the meat of the show -- but getting physical crosses the line.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' has figured out a way to replace NeNe Leakes ... with a good old fashioned bitch fight.

We're told Porsha Williams was on a boat in ATL with fellow castmate Cynthia Bailey when things got hot. The 2 women began arguing about nothing and Porsha started calling Cynthia a bitch. Cynthia tried to disengage, walking to the other side of the boat, but in true form Porsha followed.

Porsha got in Cynthia's face, and that's when Cynthia exercised self-defense, kicking Porsha in the stomach. Producers came in before Porsha could react and restrained her.

As for injuries ... Porsha went to the hospital, where she scored pain meds.

No more fab brunches for Kim Richards at the Beverly Hills Hotel -- but she also won't be dining in county jail ... after striking a plea deal for her drunken arrest.

Prosecutors offered the following deal in court this morning: 3 years probation, 52 AA classes, and 30 days community labor. Kim wasn't in court, but her attorney accepted the deal on one condition -- that she instead get community service.

Her attorney says Kim can't do labor tasks -- such as freeway cleanup duty -- due to a foot injury. Kim also has to stay away from the Bev Hills Hotel -- where she was busted back in April for an alleged drunken rampage.

Brandi Glanville may have figured out a way to stave off Joanna Krupa's defamation lawsuit ... by forcing Joanna to come clean about her vaginal odor.

Brandi's lawyer has fired off a series of written questions which Joanna must answer under oath, notably:

"Is it your contention in this lawsuit that your vagina and/or vulva are odorless? If yes, please explain with specificity why your vagina and/or vulva are odorless."

It would seem Brandi and her attorney are going down a path that could lead to some interesting courtroom testimony ... and demonstrations.
