DMX I Don't Open for 'Real Housewives' ... Especially at Gay Clubs!
DMX is pissed off he's getting billed as the opener for 'RHBH' star Erika Jayne at a gay club -- even though he is set to perform before her in a Miami club that does cater to gay crowds on some nights.
Here's the deal ... X has a gig at HOUSE Nightclub on Saturday -- but so does Erika. There have been reports describing her as the headliner, which doesn't sit well with the legendary rapper.
Mark Lowe, the owner of HOUSE, says it's all a misunderstanding. He tells TMZ ... DMX and Erika's shows are 2 separate events, requiring different tickets for admission. X has the club from 5-11 PM -- and once his crowd exits, Erika takes over from 11-5 AM.
Lowe says it's "insulting" anyone would make it seem like DMX is an opening act.
For the record, Erika has a lot of gay fans, but her show is not being promoted as a gay event. HOUSE has LGBT nights, but Saturday isn't one of them. BTW, X's show is sold out -- Erika's isn't yet.
And DMX ... he gets to keep his streak going ...

Kim Richards Jail Bound For Shoplifting Case
1:55 PM PST -- A rep for Kim showed up in court and conceded Kim had no proof she'd made progress in completing her AA classes or community service. The judge withdrew the warrant and set a probation violation hearing for June 3. The judge could throw Kim in jail after the hearing if he determines she didn't make a sufficient dent in the classes or community service.
9:40 AM PST -- The bench warrant has now been signed by a judge. Bail was set at $26,000.
Kim Richards is staring down an arrest warrant in her shoplifting case because she's ditching her AA classes ... as far as the court is concerned, anyway.
TMZ has learned the judge is about to issue a warrant for the 'RHOBH' star. Our sources say Kim never turned in documentation to prove she's attended the number of AA classes ordered in her plea deal.
Kim's been struggling in all her cases. As we've reported ... the judge in her Beverly Hills arrest already scolded her for not doing community labor, and shot down her foot injury excuse.
She's supposed to do a total of 52 AA classes and 30 days community labor for the shoplifting arrest -- but if she doesn't present some proof, STAT ... she'll be doing jail time.

'O.C. Housewives' Vicki I Learned My Lesson ... I'll Never ATV Again
"O.C. Housewives" star Vicki Gunvalson is just fine staying on two feet and off of four wheels after a serious ATV crash.
Vicki spoke with our photog Friday at LAX and made one thing VERY clear ... she has no plans to hop back on a bike any time soon. In fact, Vicki says the ride was only a bucket list item ... so there's probably no chance she'll fall back on her word to stay off the things.
TMZ broke the story, Vicki and Tamra Barney were ATV'ing in California earlier this month when they lost control of the vehicle they were driving. Both women were hospitalized.
Glad to see she's OK.

Former 'Real Housewives' star James Marchese got busted for domestic violence after allegedly getting into a fight with his wife Amber on a plane, but he swears the cops and the airline got it all wrong.
Law enforcement sources tell us the ex-'RHONJ' stars had just boarded their Virgin America red-eye flight at LAX, and before they took off the airline called cops to report James for grabbing Amber by the throat and threatening to hurt her.
LAX PD officers responded and yanked James off the plane. He was booked for felony domestic violence, but Amber immediately showed up at the police station to help bail him out.
We got video of the couple leaving the station ... walking hand in hand. James played it off like nothing happened on the plane, and more than hinted he's taking legal action -- "I guess Virgin Atlantic wanted to take care of my kid's scholarship fund."

Mohamed Hadid Lisa Vanderpump Is Dead To Me!!!
Lisa Vanderpump's calling BS on Mohamed Hadid's kids suffering from Lyme disease, and her accusation is having major repercussions for the 'Real Housewives' shoots.
Sources tell TMZ Lisa and Mohamed's 20 year friendship came to an abrupt end when Vanderpump, for the umpteenth time, asked about his kids, Bella and Anwar, and their Lyme disease. We're told Hadid was embarrassed because Lisa asked while taping at dinner with friends.
Sources close to the situation tell us Hadid will be cordial during shoots, but ANY attempt to renew the friendship -- even for the show -- is out of the question, as far as he's concerned.
We're told Lisa's husband, Ken, even tried to patch things up, but Hadid's not budging ... and hasn't even been to any of Lisa's 3 restaurants since the drama.
Lucky for him it's a big city.
Kim Zolciak and Nene Leakes We'll Ride Before We Die on Reality TV
Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes are determined to take a road trip even if it kills them ... which is why they aren't giving up on their new reality TV project, and it looks like it's back on track.
We're told Kim and NeNe are back in talks with Bravo, trying to work out a concept and scheduling for their "Road to Riches" project. The title is not set in stone, but the idea is the 2 of them on an Oprah/Gayle King-type journey.
One of the sticking points ... Kim doesn't want to be away from her 4 youngest kids for long stretches of time.
The project's been on the back burner for months but now both are close to wrapping their other projects, so they're ready to roll.
The big question ... who drives?

Alexa Curtin from 'RHOC' I Was Raped By an O.C. Cop
6:25 PM PT -- The O.C. Sheriff's Department tells us the officer Alexa names in her lawsuit, Deputy Epson ... is not one of their employees. Nor has he ever been. However, a Sheriff rep tells us they take the allegations seriously and they are investigating.
The daughter of 'Real Housewives' star Lynne Curtin says an O.C. Sheriff's deputy raped her after a bizarre traffic stop and search of her vehicle ... and now she wants the county to pay.
Alexa Curtin says she was leaving her boyfriend's Dana Point home in April 2014 when she got pulled over by a man she believes to be an O.C. deputy. In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Curtin says the deputy searched her car and found underwear. She says he grilled her, saying things like ... how many pairs of underwear she had and why she needed them.
Alexa, who used to make frequent appearances on 'Real Housewives of Orange County,' never says why he pulled her over in the first place.
After the search, she says the deputy abruptly announced he had to tend to another call, but told her to stay put on the side of the road -- only to return 20 minutes later in his personal vehicle, and in plain clothes.
Curtin says he jumped in the passenger seat of her car and said, "Since you are still here, I am going to f**k the s**t out of you." She says he groped her, digitally penetrated her and then told her to straddle him. She describes the encounter as "nonconsensual sexual intercourse."
She says he ejaculated inside her and on her seat.
In the suit, Curtin says she was afraid to report the alleged rape to authorities out of fear the deputy would harm her again. She's suing Orange County for violating her civil rights and for an illegal search and seizure.
The O.C. Sheriff's Department had no comment.
'RHOC' Star Squad Not Down with Racism From Possible New Cast Member
3:04 PM PT -- Kelly Meza-Dodd tells TMZ, "I am truly embarrassed. There is no excuse for bad behavior or comments that offend anyone. That video does not represent who I really am and I apologize for acting irresponsibly."
'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Heather Dubrow is drawing a line -- she will NOT hang with rumored new cast member Kelly Meza-Dodd after some racist comments Kelly made on camera.
We caught Heather at LAX and showed her Kelly's racist rant Tuesday night outside The Nice Guy. For those who missed it, Kelly -- who seemed like she'd knocked back one too many -- told a camera guy point blank she didn't like black guys.
Dubrow has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to racism.

Apollo Nida Feds Want My '64 Skylark!!!
'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Apollo Nida can't get the feds off his back -- due to a more than $1 million tab -- and now they're targeting another one of his prized possessions.
Court docs show the government wants him to put his 1964 Buick Skylark on the auction block to help pay down the nearly $1.94 million in restitution he owes.
Nida -- who is in the can serving 8 years for money laundering and bank fraud -- already got his 2014 Ducati and Yamaha Raptor ATV seized.
A '64 Skylark in mint condition fetches $25k ... which is barely a dent in that debt.
'RHOA' Star Cynthia Bailey My Breakup Isn't Just About the Show
'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Cynthia Bailey is desperately trying to save her marriage ... or she's completely given up hope -- depending on your take of this video.

But watch what happens when our photog asked if there's a reconciliation in the works. Either Peter's still got a shot ... or he can start making permanent moving plans.

'RHOA' Star Porsha Williams Blindsided By Beatdown Video
'Real Housewives of Atlanta' producers let a giant skeleton out of Porsha Williams' closet at the final reunion show taping ... raw footage of her dark alley assault on pal Jami Ziegler.
We broke the story ... Porsha allegedly attacked Jami at a party in December while being filmed ... all because she didn't like the person Jami brought as her plus one.
Producers told the ladies the cameras didn't capture the fight ... since Jami ran out of the house and down a dark alley where the beatdown occurred ... but turns out it wasn't true.
Our sources say the whole thing was captured on a camera ... notably Porsha throwing some pretty mean punches, and the footage will air in April.
We're told several women on the show want her kicked off since it was her third fight with castmates ... Cynthia, Kenya and now Jami, if you're keeping score.
Porsha knows how to keep the paychecks coming.

'RHOA' Cynthia Bailey Separated from Peter ... Living Miles Apart
Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas' marriage has been torn apart by 'RHOA' ... at least that's how Peter sees it, now that he's moved out of their Atlanta home.
TMZ has learned the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' stars are now living in separate states -- CB's in their ATL home, while Peter's in their Charlotte crib.
We're told it's been this way for months, because Peter decided he doesn't want to do 'Housewives' anymore. He thinks the show drama -- which has focused on their marital issues -- is making it too hard to patch things up when cameras are off.
Despite promos for the upcoming reunion that mention cheating rumors ... we're told Cynthia doesn't think Peter's stepping out on her. No one's filed separation or divorce docs yet, but we're told it's just a matter of time.

Teresa Giudice Day 1 ... So Lonely
Teresa Giudice has a ton of lonely nights and days ahead, and kicked off her ME time with a pensive, solo walk.
The 'Real Housewives' star took the stroll Thursday near her home in NJ ... no doubt, thinking about the next 3 plus years. Hubby, Joe Giudice, shipped off to prison on Wednesday to begin his 41 month sentence.
It won't be a walk in the park for her, and definitely NOT for Joe.
We don't wanna say Teresa's posing or staging these pics, but ... "Show me, SAD!"

Joe Giudice Checks Into Prison Kisses Teresa's Ass G'bye
9:40 AM PT-- Joe's lawyer, James Leonard, tells TMZ Joe Giudice surrendered himself around noon. He was surrounded by his brother, sister, Teresa and several family members. "It was obviously a very emotional day, but this is a very strong family with a tremendous support system and they will get through this, just as they did when Teresa was away."
Joe and Teresa Giudice said their last goodbyes -- in public -- before Joe headed to the slammer for the next 41 months ... and shared one final kiss on the way out.
Joe got in a car headed to Fort Dix, a low security prison in New Jersey -- where he'll serve time for conspiracy to commit wire and bankruptcy fraud.
It's kinda like a passing of the baton -- Teresa already served 11 months for the same charges.
