Celine Dion's guest appearance on "The Voice" has been a long time coming, but it's not going down exactly how the show originally wanted it ... TMZ has learned.

Our 'Voice' sources tell us Celine's been approached to do the gig a few times, but politely declined given the demanding schedule of her Las Vegas residency. We're told she was first approached to be a full-time judge in the rotating chair like Adam Levine or Blake Shelton, but since it's a several month-long commitment, Celine declined.

She's accepted an offer to coach since it only requires two days of filming. As for getting in the rotating chair in the future, NBC knows they'd have to cough up a lot of dough since she banks so much off her Vegas shows, so it's probably not going to happen. Regardless, "The Voice" will go on ...

Tarek and Christina El Moussa might be done with their marriage, but they're not ready to break up their hit HGTV show.

Sources close to production tell us ... the ex-couple wants to keep filming "Flip or Flop" beyond this season, and there are talks to make it happen. We're told it's totally in the network's hands though ... not theirs.

Our sources say HGTV execs are closely eyeing ratings on the new season before making a decision ... and so far they're thrilled. Remember, Tarek and Christina crushed the competition last week.

Joanna Krupa has to hand over medical records that could prove whether her vagina is "smelly" ... as Brandi Glanville has alleged.

A judge signed the order in Joanna's defamation case against Brandi, which says she has to release her gynecological records from 2000 to 2005. According to the docs, Joanna also has to produce any correspondence with Lisa Vanderpump, Mohamed Hadid and Andy Cohen that relates to the case.

Apparently, her vagina's been a hot topic among 'Housewives' stars.

You'll recall, Joanna sued Brandi 2 years ago for making the "smelly" comment on 'Watch What Happens Live.'

The original leader of the 'Queer Eye' fab 5 says the new show won't ever have that same old twinkle ... but does know a guy who can help it come close.

We talked to Carson Kressley -- the former star of "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" -- who gave us the straight dope on how he got word about Netflix rebooting the series.

His reaction's not all that surprising, as we've reported, but he's got a good recommendation for who could fill his shoes. At least Ariana Grande would watch.

Netflix's reboot of "Queer Eye for the Straight Guy" won't feature anyone from the original cast -- in fact, Netflix didn't even bother asking them to come back.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ, none of the OG fab 5 cast members were approached, but don't call it a snub. We're told the guys aren't pissed because they get TV, and understand the need to make it fresh for a new generation.

It's going on 10 years since Carson, Jai, Kyan, Ted and Thom went off the air ... after all.

Meanwhile, we're told the new batch of potential hosts has been whittled down to 25.

It's not like "The Bachelor" star Corinne's ever cared about making friends with the other contestants ... but she's officially embraced the role of #1 bad girl now.

After Nick Viall gave her another rose -- much to the chagrin of everyone else -- Corinne gloats and gives a less-than-inspiring speech. Check out the vid ... there's never been more eye rolling.

They started recording on Saturday, and within 24 hours they also wrapped on the music vid. We're told it will debut in the "Mariah's World" season finale this weekend.

"Bachelor in Paradise" star Grant Kemp officially -- and finally -- removed his ex from his life ... with the stroke of a needle.

We're told Grant Kemp on Sunday hit up Black Heart Tattoo in San Fran where artist Moses Saarni inked over the old "Grace" tattoo -- a combination of his and 'BiP' ex Lace Morris' names.

You'll recall Grant and Lace got their tattoos on the show before he proposed in the season finale ... and promptly broke up 3 months later.

Grant's new tat -- a black rose -- sends a clear message: You're dead to me. Also, I made a huge mistake. Far as we know, Lace still has her ink.

Teairra Mari just had her Uber beatdown case dropped ... because the driver refused to take the stand.

Prosecutors moved to dismiss 3 charges against the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star for allegedly beating the hell out of a driver and stealing his charger ... the judge agreed and tossed the case.

More good news for Mari ... according to court docs, her $26k bail money was returned. You'll recall ... Mari was a wanted woman this past summer when she was a no-show in court, but she got her act together and surrendered to cops.

As for why the driver flaked ... Mari's attorney, Lonnie Brandon, tells us the driver knew his story wouldn't hold water.

"Vanderpump Rules" stars Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright are getting their own reality TV spin-off ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Bravo -- which will air the series -- tell us they started filming a new show for Jax and GF Brittany a few months ago in Kentucky ... where her family lives.

We're told the focus of the show will be Brittany's family pressuring her to get hitched to the 'Vanderpump' bad boy ... but he's just not into sealing the deal.

Jax is a notorious player on 'Vanderpump,' and a commitment-phobe ... unclear if he's sold on the idea of marriage.

Bravo has one big fear ... that they won't be together by the time this thing airs in the summer.

'Bachelor' star Corinne Olympios is getting some help in the villain department ... from the show's producers, according to Corinne's mom.

Corinne's mom, Peri, told us the show went all-out to push Corinne into the bad girl role -- and she gave up some specific examples ... including Nick Viall's now infamous run-in with the whipped cream.

Peri also called out all the 'Bachelor' fans taking shots at her daughter. Apparently, they've dug up Peri's phone number ... something she's not going to let slide.

We don't do ratings stories but this is interesting ... "Flip or Flop" -- despite the off-screen drama from its hosts -- annihilated Thursday's cable TV lineup to win the ratings game.

The show snagged more than 2 million viewers. #2 was an NBA game that scored 1.4 million viewers. The other NBA game was #3 at 1.2 mil.

It's definitely good news for Tarek and Christina El Moussa. Lots of people thought their TV gooses were cooked now that they're getting unhitched.

Stevie J either had a big change of heart about suing his baby mama, Joseline Hernandez ... or maybe he's just absentminded about court dates.

Stevie's defamation lawsuit against Joseline was dismissed Wednesday by a Georgia judge, because he was a no-show for a scheduled hearing. You'll recall ... Stevie sued Joseline in October after he says she continued to accuse him of molesting his daughter, which he denied.

At the time she was pregnant with their kid, but since she gave birth he's admitted being gaga over the infant, and attempted to squash all beef with Joseline.

Joseline Hernandez is getting back to work after giving birth a little over 2 weeks ago -- and while the club might be an odd job site -- her baby's definitely not going hungry.

The 'Love & Hip Hop' star -- and Stevie J's latest baby mama -- made her first club appearance at Museum Bar in Atlanta over the weekend, and took home $10k just to dance in the middle of 8 bodyguards.

Correction: we're told she also rapped a few bars and drank some champagne -- and even took a pay cut from her usual $15k appearance fee. Still, not a bad night on the job for a brand new mom.

"The Bachelor" star/villain Corinne Olympios was at it again Monday, wearing a flasher-style trench coat while trying to seduce Nick Viall with whipped cream on her cleavage ... it didn't work at all.
