Ciara Miller isn't holding back and she’s making it crystal clear where she stands on loyalty.

The "Summer House" star hit Instagram Saturday after a Sephora run, posting a pic with a shopping bag but it was her caption that did the talking ... "@sephora actually rewards loyalty."

The timing raised eyebrows, coming just after her ex, West Wilson, and former bestie, Amanda Batula, were spotted getting very cozy in NYC. The pair were seen making out during a double date, with a witness saying they kissed at the table before Amanda tried to duck under her sweater.

Amanda Batula said she wants to get back to normal after apologizing for "Scamanda" ... and, she tried to do just that in New York City Friday.

The "Summer House" star bravely stepped out into the Big Apple ... wearing a striped shirt with brown sleeves and a bag slung over her left arm.

Batula had a stern expression on her face ... almost certainly the product of a couple difficult weeks which culminated in her apology.

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's relationship and messy split played out in front of the whole world ... but, the sale of their house apparently won't -- because the property's been bought off-market, TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ ... the cozy Valley Village, California farmhouse is currently in escrow.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Kyle filed a lawsuit against Kim in January 2025, seeking to have her older sister vacate her 2-bedroom, 3-bath, 1,633-square-foot condominium in Encino.

Kyle claimed Kim had been living in the condo for years, but she'd told her to pack up in late 2024. In her suit, Kyle sought possession of the place and wanted damages against Kim of $140 per day, beginning in November 2024, for every day she stayed past her welcome.

Controversial "Summer House" star West Wilson is planning on showing face at the show's upcoming reunion ... despite his recent backlash, TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ … West will be in attendance for the taping -- which is set to be filmed within the next couple weeks -- amid the swirling drama involving him and costar Amanda Batula confirming their rumored relationship ... leaving fans of his ex, Ciara Miller, pretty peeved.

TMZ broke the story ... when they bought the property in May 2023, they plunked down $60,850,000 CASH. On top of that, they spent millions of dollars on improvements. They've been trying to sell the house publicly since July 2024 -- a month before Jen filed for divorce -- but so far, no takers.

They initially asked for $68M, but lowered the price to $52M back in September, still with no luck.

It's a small world ... TMZ has learned "Age of Attraction" star Derrick Fleming dated Tiffany Gomas -- yes, the one who went viral for her 2023 airplane meltdown.

Derrick tells TMZ ... they dated a bit over a year back in 2021, and she was very inspirational during that time for him ... providing support for him and his family when his father passed away.

They ended on good terms and they reconnected a few times over the years, the last of which being about a year before he was cast on "Age of Attraction."
