12:01 PM PT -- Police investigating Kayo's death tell TMZ all evidence now points to suicide -- a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Henry County P.D. says the body of Kayo -- aka Caodes Scott -- was discovered last night in the Georgia subdivision where he lived. The autopsy will be conducted later today.

Foul play is NOT suspected in the death of Kayo Redd -- younger brother of rapper Waka Flocka Flame -- law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Redd died over the weekend ... and so far the cause of death has not been determined ... but our sources tell us it does not appear to be a homicide. There are unconfirmed reports Redd may have taken his own life.

Waka's mother and hip-hop manager Debra Antney confirmed the death on Twitter ... with the message, "I just lost another son." Antney also had a son who died in a car accident when Waka was 13 years old.

Waka tweeted a message yesterday, saying "Ya Big Brother love you Kayo."

There's a war brewing over the street Paul Walker died on ... one group of fans are trying to pay tribute to the late actor by re-naming the road after him -- while many residents want no such thing.

A petition with several thousand signatures has been circulating online -- asking the city of Santa Clarita to change the street's name to "Walker Rodas Memorial Parkway."

Here's the problem ... most residents are saying no way ... because Paul did nothing for the community.

Regardless ... the petition has managed to rack up almost 2K signatures ... and counting.

City councilman TimBen Boydston tells TMZ ... the street can only be renamed with support of the community ... so it seems like a pipe dream.

Ryan O'Neal shockingly just won a huge lawsuit over who owns an extremely expensive Andy Warhol painting of Farrah Fawcett.

The University of Texas -- Farrah's alma mater -- sued Ryan, claiming the actress had gifted the painting to the school in her will. Ryan, who is in possession of the Warhol, claimed the artist himself gave him the painting to show his appreciation for setting up the portrait sitting with his ex.

The value of the picture could be as high as $12 mil on the open market.

It seemed the will was going to sink Ryan, but the jury sided with Ryan.

Good thing. Last week he told TMZ ... if he didn't win he'd die.

A Marine died in a parachute accident last weekend -- during a trip his wife won on the "Ellen" show.

Cherilyn McGraw won a trip to Australia on "Ellen" last January. Cherilyn and her husband, Gunnery Sgt. Brandon McGraw, took the trip last week. On Saturday, the two of them went skydiving in the same plane. Cherilyn made a tandem jump, but Brandon was experienced and followed by jumping solo.

An employee from the skydiving school tells TMZ ... approximately 300 feet from the ground, Brandon's parachute suddenly caused him to turn radically right and left and he crashed to the ground. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The car shop owned by Paul Walker and Roger Rodas is shutting its doors for good ... after both men were killed in a violent car crash last month, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Rodas tell TMZ, Always Evolving -- the performance and racing shop in Valencia, CA -- is expected to close for business in the next few weeks.

We're told the people who helped run the shop have already left and are looking for new jobs.

The shop itself is being cleaned out, and we're told the cars in-house will be auctioned off.

A new report blaming Paul Walker's fatal car accident on excess speed alone is false -- multiple informed law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The Associated Press is running a story that investigators have already concluded there was NO EVIDENCE Paul's Porsche had mechanical problems at the time of the crash.

According to the report, investigators believe Paul's friend Roger Rodas was simply driving way too fast ... and that's what led to the November 30 crash in Santa Clarita, which killed both Walker and Rodas. The report says the investigation also ruled out debris in the road as a possible cause for the car losing control.

But we've learned that's not true -- multiple law enforcement sources familiar with the investigation tell us, the investigation is ongoing and NO determinations have been made regarding the cause.

We broke the story ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. has summoned Porsche engineers from Germany to come here and examine what's left of the engine, brakes and tires in an effort to determine the cause of the accident.

Katherine Jackson is irate that AEG is asking her to pay more than $1.2 million in costs associated with the Michael Jackson wrongful death trial ... claiming many of the so-called "expenses" are bogus.

AEG -- which won the case -- is asking the judge to sock Katherine with court costs. But according to new docs, obtained by TMZ, Katherine is blanching at a bunch of them, including:

-- $540,000 in models and blow-up court exhibits
-- $20,000 for 1,000 pages of jury instruction paper and other stuff
-- $53,000 for process servers
-- $118,000 unnecessary depositions

Katherine is even grousing about the $9 parking fees tacked on for court reporters to show up for the trial.

The Paul Walker death investigation has taken a new turn -- mechanical experts who work at Porsche in Germany are flying out to L.A. in an attempt to get to the bottom of what caused the fatal crash ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... they want a full analysis of the Carrera GT, including brakes, engine and body. They also want the experts to help determine speed at the time of impact. Our sources say they're also interested in the tires, and at least one is available for analysis because it was not completely destroyed in the fire.

TMZ broke the story, the L.A. County Coroner determined Walker died from a combination of impact and flames.

The Porsche experts will be working with Sheriff investigators to make an attempt to determine a clear cause of the crash.

Paul Walker died from "combined effects of traumatic and thermal injuries"... this according to the death certificate obtained by TMZ.

The official cause of death is significant ... it means Walker wasn't killed from the impact alone. He also burned to death after the crash.

The L.A. County Coroner released Paul's cause of death earlier this month. The man who was driving the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, Roger Rodas, also died from "multiple traumatic injuries," but the Coroner did NOT list burns as a factor in his death.

Both death certificates reveal the men died quickly ... according to the doc, the time interval between the impact and their deaths was "rapid."

Both Walker and Rodas were killed in the November 30th crash in Santa Clarita, CA. The cause of the accident is still under investigation, but as we reported, officials suspect plastic bumps in the road may have caused Rodas to lose control.

Paul Walker's family -- and Tyrese -- said their final goodbye to the actor on a Santa Barbara beach.

Paul's dad, his 15-year-old daughter Meadow, Paul's brother and others were there celebrating Paul's life by enjoying a beautiful SoCal day -- playing football on the sand and hanging out.

Tyrese -- who co-starred with Walker in the "Fast & Furious" franchise -- was also present.

A bunch of people wore Viking hats -- not sure of the significance.

Jesus Christ ain't got nothing on Brian the dog ... as "Family Guy" brought him back from the dead on last night's episode -- 3 weeks after he was left for roadkill.

Here's how Brian Griffin was resurrected -- Stewie cries to a mall Santa that he wants his best friend back -- and then through a wrinkle in the time-space continuum ... steals his broken time machine from another version of himself ... but before it was broken.

Yeah ... time travel is confusing.

Blah, blah, blah ... Stewie goes back in time, and pushes Brian out of the way of the car that ran him over.

Michael Clarke Duncan's body lies in an unmarked cemetery tomb -- more than a year after his death -- because of a ridiculous squabble between his family and former fiancee, Omarosa Manigault ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the fight is over a bronze plaque for Duncan's vault at Forest Lawn Cemetery in L.A.
As of now there's no plaque at all -- it hasn't even been ordered -- even though it's already been paid for (it was included in MCD's funeral bill).

Sources close to Omarosa tell TMZ ... she had planned to order a plaque inscribed with MCD's name and the date of his birth and death ... but was blocked by his family because they wanted to handle it.

But friends of Duncan's family tell us the opposite is true ... Omarosa is the problem. They claim she identified herself as MCD's "wife" on the cemetery paperwork and promised to order the inscription ... but never did.

And neither side wants to talk to the other to work it out.

One family friend tells us the whole thing is outrageous and shameful ... especially since Michael's mother is 95 years old and in poor health ... and would like her son to finally rest in peace.

Walker's ashes were interred at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills Saturday morning ... and we're told the ceremony was brief.

As we previously reported ... the family is planning to hold another memorial in the near future ... this time for more people that were close to Paul.

The daughter of the woman who was the inspiration for the famous Birkin bag is dead, after plunging from her Paris apartment building.

Kate Barry, the daughter of Jane Birkin, fell 4 floors to her death Wednesday night. The circumstances of the fall are unclear.

Jane Birkin is an English actress who had a scandalous affair in the 60s with a French singing dude, but her big claim to fame is the ridiculously expensive purse -- ranging in price from $7K to 150K.

Kate Barry was somewhat famous in her own right ... she was a photographer who was published in Vogue, Elle and other mags.

Kate's dad, John Barry, is a famous composer of numerous movie sound tracks, including 11 James Bond flicks.

The elderly grandpa who won a date with 2 prostitutes on the Howard Stern Show choked and died last night ... just before he was going to have sex for the first time in years ... TMZ has learned.

We've confirmed 86-year-old Johnny Orris died in a Lake Tahoe hospital last night ... after choking on his steak at a local restaurant.

Orris appeared on the Stern show back in October with his grandson ... who had entered him in a contest called "I Want To Get My Grandpa Laid." Orris said his wife had died more than a decade ago ... and he hadn't had sex since. He said he fantasized about big-breasted black women.

On the show, Orris won a date with two prostitutes from the famed Bunny Ranch in Nevada ... and flew to Lake Tahoe to claim his prize.

Bunny Ranch owner Dennis Hof tells us Orris came to the ranch last night and chose 2 gorgeous working girls he wanted to have sex with -- Caressa Kisses and Vanity. But before consummating the date ... Orris went out for a nice dinner with his grandson, Ed.

We're told Orris ordered the steak at Sage Room Steakhouse at Harvey's Lake Tahoe ... and began to choke on it. Ed and the maitre d' immediately began CPR ... and Johnny was transported by ambulance to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Hof tells us, "He just wanted a steak before having sex with Caressa Kisses and Vanity. The bunnies loved him."

Ryan O'Neal is a desperate man ... telling TMZ if he's forced to give up a famous Warhol painting of Farrah Fawcett ... it will kill him.

O'Neal may have been overly dramatic when we saw him Wednesday night outside Palmeri ... but he was clearly anxious about the outcome of his court case involving the portrait.

The University of Texas has sued O'Neal ... claiming it rightfully owns the Warhol ... since Farrah left her entire art collection to the university in her will.

O'Neal -- who was with Farrah for years -- claims the artist gave the painting to him personally ... so he's fighting in court to hang onto it.
