Khloe Kardashian wants to divorce Lamar Odom -- even though she hasn't pulled the trigger -- and there will be NO disputes because everything is predetermined by their prenup ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... Khloe is "anxious" to end the marriage but, as we first reported, she hasn't had papers drawn up because she fears it could push Lamar over the edge -- she's worried he'll OD or commit suicide.

But we're told Khloe is waiting for the right time to make her move, and when she does the divorce will go without a hitch. That's because the prenup keeps the assets of Khloe and Lamar separate ... sources familiar with the document tell TMZ.

In fact, we're told Lamar is so deep into the world of drugs, he's in no position to start haggling, even if there were something over which to haggle. As we reported, Lamar has been using crack off and on for months, among other drugs, and is probably legally incompetent to negotiate anything.

One more thing. There are stories floating around that there's an "infidelity clause" in the prenup, giving Khloe more money if Lamar had cheated. All of our sources make it clear -- NO SUCH CLAUSE is in the prenup.

Kris and Bruce Jenner may have split, but hey, business is business -- we've learned not only will they continue shooting "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," the separation will become a major plot line of season 9.

Sources connected with the show tell TMZ ... on Tuesday, after announcing the separation, Bruce went off to shoot scenes with Kylie and Kendall.

We're told the upcoming season will show Bruce and Kris living separately but coming together at various points for family events ... and there will be a lot of them.

What's more ... we're told the family is very conscious of the fact that they can make more in syndication.

And that's why it's called Show Business.

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian finally came back together in public -- for the first time in months -- and all it took for them to reunite was Kris Jenner getting separated.

Khloe and Lamar were photographed driving together -- she had the wheel, he rode shotgun -- near her mom's home in Calabasas ... right around the time news broke about Kris and Bruce Jenner's split on Tuesday.

Nothing too warm and fuzzy about the look on their faces in the SUV ... but it is the first time KK and LO did anything together -- besides discussing his drug addiction -- since early summer.

Despite the fact they appear to be rallying for Kris ... our sources say Khloe and Lamar's marriage is still much closer to being over than reconciled.

4:01 PM PT Sources say Bruce and Kris have been separated since June and they are reiterating what we are told from others -- that there is no plan to divorce.

3:39 PM PT Sources connected to Kris and Bruce tell TMZ ... Kris -- who is the moving force in the separation -- has NOT contacted a divorce lawyer. We're told as of now she's fine with the status quo. Fact is ... they've been separated for awhile, and Kris and Bruce don't want to screw up their reality show ... which is raking in $40 mil for the family.

The couple issued a statement saying, "We are living separately and we are much happier this way."

Sources connected with the family tell TMZ ... Bruce has been living in Malibu full-time and spending a lot of time with his sons Brody and Brandon. Kris is firmly planted in Calabasas with her daughters.

We're told Bruce has privately told his sons living away from Kris was just the way the relationship evolved.

In their statement, they say they will continue to have love and respect for each other.

It's unclear how the split will impact their reality show.

Shortly before news of the split came out, Kris was spotted cruising solo through Calabasas ... or as she and Bruce now call it -- her side of town.

Bruce Jenner told people at an event over the weekend, "I'm finally free to do what I want and live life the way I want."

Bruce and his sons were at Virginia International Raceway -- Bruce was racing a Lamborghini during the events. Bruce was hanging at the Lamborghini tent with a bunch of girls.

Bruce made it clear to several people in the tent ... his life is now different from the way it had been for years. He said he was getting closer to his sons -- something he hadn't done when they were growing up, which caused a major problem in their relationship.

Bruce did not reveal he was separated from Kris, but the people present said it was shocking how open he was about how different his life was now, and how open he was in "flirting" with the girls.

The photog Kanye West attacked at LAX is NOT willing to commit to staying away from the rapper, as the judge requested ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... the judge in the criminal battery case told the prosecutor Monday to get in touch with the alleged victim -- Daniel Ramos -- and ask him to stay clear of Kanye and not provoke him. The judge also ordered Kanye to stay 10 yards away from Ramos.

Kanye's lawyer, Blair Berk, told the judge Ramos had been "stalking" and harassing Kanye in the past, and she had great concern he would continue doing it ... and that appears to be why the judge asked the prosecutor to reach out to Ramos.

So we just reached out to Ramos, who told us he had to consult his civil lawyer, Gloria Allred. We called Ramos back a while later and he simply said "no comment."

It's interesting ... because in Ramos' civil suit against Kanye, he claims the attack caused him "physical and nervous pain and suffering."

Doesn't seem that nervous ...

The Game lashed out -- threatening to go all Kanye on paps last night -- and it was all in defense of Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe and Game were getting swarmed as they walked out of Tru Nightclub -- where she was hosting -- and Game put all the paparazzi on notice, shouting ... "Put your cameras down, or there's gonna be 7 broke cameras!"

And just to make sure the paps were paying attention, Game played the Yeezy card, adding ... "You thought Kanye was a problem? I'm a REAL problem!"

As for what set Game off -- the crowd around Khloe was seriously obnoxious (see vid below) ... shouting comments about Lamar Odom's crack addiction, and coming on to her. Problem is ... the photogs weren't the ones yelling that stuff.

Not everyone's impressed with Bruce Jenner's race car driving skills ... especially not Afrojack, who tells TMZ Jenner's a "p**sy" behind the wheel ... 'cause he ONLY did 160mph this weekend.

FYI -- Afrojack is a hardcore speed-aholic ... and while standing next to his new Ferrari in L.A. last night (he crashed his old one), the 26-year-old platinum-selling DJ scoffed at Jenner's achievement and told us he's gone wayyyyy faster in his own cars.

"I did 216 in my RS6 [Audi] and I did 210 in my Aventador [Lambo] ... so Bruce Jenner can kiss my dust."

Two things:

1) LOOOOOVE this guy.

2) Sounds like a challenge to us.

Bruce Jenner got behind the wheel of a $300K Lamborghini this weekend -- and burned rubber during a real life race on a Virginia track ... and while he didn't win, he didn't lose either!

Bruce and his son Brandon teamed up as tag-team drivers for the Lamborghini Super Trofeo at the Virginia International Raceway, taking on 13 other cars at breakneck speeds.

The Jenners competed in two races -- one on Friday, one on Saturday -- and finished with a respectable 10th and 7th place ... not bad, considering they're not exactly seasoned pros.

We're told the Jenners have become obsessed with the sport -- and plan to get back on the track later this month for another race at the Autoclub Speedway in Fontana.

A wise man once said, "If you ain't first, you're last." Then again, that wise man also got into a car with a live cougar ... so take his advice with a grain of salt.

Khloe Kardashian has taken NO steps to divorce Lamar Odom ... because she's afraid he'll die or kill himself if she does ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the couple tell TMZ ... barring a miracle, Khloe thinks divorce is "inevitable." But she's afraid if she files, Lamar will overdose and die or be pushed over the edge and commit suicide.

Our sources say Khloe has put her life on hold, and at some point she has to take care of herself.

Khloe, we're told, is just too afraid to pull the trigger. So for now, no divorce papers have been drawn up and there's no plan for that to happen in the immediate future.

Kanye West was just ordered to stay 10 yards away from the photog he attacked at LAX, but prosecutors got shut down when they asked that Kanye attend anger management classes ... TMZ has learned.

Blair Berk -- considered one the most effective criminal defense lawyers in the country who reps tons of celebs -- appeared in court on Kanye's behalf to ask the judge to make prosecutors fork over all of the info they have in their criminal battery case.

The judge ordered that the info be turned over, and then told prosecutors they should advise the photog -- Daniel Ramos -- to also stay away from Kanye. The judge said everyone involved should NOT use "self-help" -- aka, inciting and ass-whooping.

But then ... prosecutors asked the judge to order Kanye to attend anger management classes as a condition of bail. The judge scoffed, and rejected the request.

Berk is an interesting selection for Kanye because she's known for getting things done under the radar ... something foreign to his baby mama and her relatives.

Kanye needs a Houdini because sources tell us prosecutors have 7 videos showing the attack from virtually every angle.

As far as lawyers who are up to the task ... he chose right.

Crack undertones on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" last night ... when Khloe took a bizarre phone call from a confused Lamar Odom ... and couldn't deny that something was clearly wrong.

During the scene, Lamar demands to know Khloe's location -- because he was told she was at another location doing something wrong.

But Khloe shoots back -- saying, "You keep calling me at my mom's [house] so you know where I am."

Khloe, clearly annoyed with Lamar, says he's not being "logical" -- and then starts making excuses for him ... saying he seems "tired."

At one point, Khloe tells Lamar ... "Listen, you're buggin' just a little bit."

It's unclear when the scene was shot -- but as we previously reported, Lamar's been struggling with crack for a while ... going out of his mind on multiple binges.

In what could be a significant cost-cutting move, Lamar Odom has added to his obsessions -- but unlike his serious drug problem ... his newly acquired porn pal is free.

Lamar has set his sights on Tube8 -- according to his Twitter page -- a site that touts, "Everything always tastes better when it's free, including porn."

It's unclear when Lamar and Tube8 linked up, but Lamar is very fussy about what he follows. And only follows 50 celebs ... including Justin Bieber, Floyd Mayweather and the Kardashian/Jenner clan.

So for the time being, and clearly not of his own choice, Lamar has replaced Khloe with about a thousand other cool chicks.

The attorney who let Lamar Odom smoke crack in her house is being accused of malpractice for cavorting with a druggie and practicing law at the same time ... TMZ has learned.

Polina Polonsky -- the woman who allowed Lamar to move in with her in June and stay for 6 weeks until Khloe banged on her door and removed her husband -- was representing Tracy Strode Kemp on 8 felony perjury counts.

Kemp -- who has filed a formal complaint with the State Bar of California -- claims Polonsky totally dropped the ball on her case, doing virtually nothing.

According to the docs, Kemp claims Polonsky was "unprofessional," showing up to court in "mini skirts [that were] too, too mini."

Kemp says in the complaint, "I was told and read that she was doing crack cocaine before Lamar Odom, after Lamar Odom, and she was my attorney during the time she was with Lamar Odom ..."

For the record, TMZ broke the story about Polonsky, and we never said she was doing crack. She claimed Lamar was smoking it while she was at work and sometimes in her presence.

Polonsky tells TMZ, "The results in the case speak for themselves." Polonsky says of the 8 criminal counts, 1 was dismissed outright, the jury found Kemp not guilty on 4 counts, and a mistrial was declared on the remaining 3 counts because the jury was hung. Yeah, it seems like a good outcome to us, too.

Khloe Kardashian had a nuclear confrontation with Lamar Odom that could be the last straw in their marriage ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported ... Lamar went to their Tarzana house Tuesday ... to pick up some clothes and speak with Khloe. Now we know what was said ... and what she found.

Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ ... Lamar told her he had been sober for 3 days and planned to stay sober on his own ... without going to rehab. We're told Khloe recoiled in anger, telling Lamar he was in denial and needed rehab. She also said she wanted nothing to do with him until he entered an inpatient program.

Our sources say at some point during the meeting, Khloe found a pipe with a stash that looked like crack in a baggie. It's not clear if she found it on his person or the clothes he was picking up from the house.

Sources close to Lamar tell us Khloe went ballistic, calling Lamar a "liar" and telling him, "I'm done with you." Khloe then threw him out of the house.

Our sources say Lamar seemed "out of it" during the meeting and even accused Khloe of stealing his stash.

As for the marriage ... we're told Khloe has "not done anything legal yet," but, as she put it, finding the stash "was the last straw."

Kanye West is getting on an airplane right now ... bound for the airport that has triggered multiple run-ins with the paparazzi and 2 criminal prosecutions ... TMZ has learned.

Kanye left Milan early this morning and landed in Newark. He's about to board a plane for LAX and our sources say he will leave the terminal and walk right into the always-present paparazzi frenzy -- by his choice.

Kanye has told friends it's too much of a hassle to fly out of his way to avoid LAX. When he left for Paris, he took a private jet to San Francisco and picked up an international flight. As we reported, his reps wanted him to avoid LAX because they didn't want to give prosecutors in his pending criminal case more ammo, in case another confrontation erupts.

Kanye is determined to remain cool, regardless of how the photogs act. But he's also hedging his bets. He's spending a couple of grand for 3 security people to flank him as he leaves the airport.
