Kendall Jenner's 18th birthday triggered an onslaught of offers by porn companies for her to follow in her big sis Kim Kardashian's sex tape footsteps.

That's the good news. The bad news -- her family's reaction.

The sun was barely rising on Kendall Jenner's 18th birthday ... when the top porn companies started offering her lucrative deals ... including one for over a million bucks!

Kendall has been showing off her body for years ... and big sister Kim Kardashian became a household name after her sex-tape with Ray J was released.

And now that Kendall's legal, at least SIX COMPANIES are hoping they can convince her to get it on in front of the camera.

One of the companies -- Bangyoulater.com -- is saying it wants to pay K.J. and a partner of her choosing $1.8 MILLION to bump uglies.

Other interested parties include Brazzers, Babes and Digital Playground ... the latter offering the option of a girl-girl encounter with porn star Jesse Jane.

No word on whether Kendall plans to take any seriously.

We're not saying she's going to, but Kendall Jenner can totally do porn now if she wants -- because today marks the reality star's 18th birthday.

Which brings us to our list of other awesome things she can do now that she's 100% legal:

1) Buy cigarettes
2) Vote
3) Strip
4) Get a tattoo
5) Enlist in the military
6) Buy a gun
7) Get tried as an adult

Unfortunately, the one thing she still can't do is drink alcohol ... at least in the U.S. of A.

Lana Del Ray NEVER told Kanye West she wouldn't perform during his proposal to Kim Kardashian ... but it does sounds like she said no to someone else.

Lana was heading into the Sunset Marquis in Hollywood last night when we asked about reports saying she turned Yeezy down.

L.D.R. quickly shot the rumors down saying, "I would never deny HIS request" ... but wouldn't say much more.

Conspiracy theory #1 -- Lana was offended Kanye didn't personally reach out.

Conspiracy theory #2 -- Momager Kris Jenner reached out to make it part of the TV show ... and Lana wasn't having it.

Lamar Odom was drunk -- very drunk -- at Beacher's Madhouse in Hollywood Wednesday night ... eyewitnesses tell TMZ -- and it's a dramatic, depressing turn in his life.

People who were present tell us ... Lamar showed up with several guys. In short order Lamar was hanging at the bar doing shots of Patron. For the next 3 hours, Lamar could not be seen without a glass of champagne.

Our sources say he was "hammered." One witness -- who knows the difference -- says Lamar didn't seem like he was on drugs. It appeared to be alcohol-fueled.

Lamar stayed until closing at 2 AM. By 2:30 AM he was in the valet area talking about where to go for the "after party."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West think private events at major baseball stadiums should stay private ... and that's why they're suing the guy who allegedly leaked Kanye's precious, private proposal to a video-sharing site.

In the lawsuit ... obtained by TMZ ... their lawyer, Eric George, trashes Chad Hurley, the guy who co-founded YouTube and sold it to Google for $1.65 billion. Kim and Kanye claim Hurley is the one who schemed to post the video on his new Internet venture, MixBit.

K & K go for the jugular, saying Hurley was desperate to find a "second act," after 2 flops following his YouTube sale. In the lawsuit, Kim and Kanye claim Hurley wasn't even invited to AT&T Park in San Fran but manipulated his way in.

Kim and Kanye say they let him stay, but only after he signed a confidentiality agreement. And get this ... they even got him to take a pic holding the signed confidentiality agreement, which is attached to the lawsuit (below).

The couple say, "Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else."

Specifically, Kim and Kanye say he posted Kanye's engagement proposal on MixBit and tweeted it to nearly a million followers. He then had the audacity to issue a press release, touting his video trophy.

Kim and Kanye are suing for unspecified damages ... including punitives. Even though Kim and Kanye don't say how much the video was worth, they mention it was destined for MC Cable Television, which is an arm of Bunim/Murray and E!, which produces and broadcasts "Keeping Up with the Kardashians."

Just when you thought Halloween couldn't get any scarier -- Honey Boo Boo and her family decked themselves out like the Kardashian clan ... and the costumes were so convincing, we still can't tell them apart from the real thing.

The photo was snapped today outside the Thompson family house in Georgia, and here's the breakdown:

Kim Kardashian says the negative media coverage surrounding her pregnancy "HURT MY SOUL" ... and now she says she's going to live a "more private life" because of it.

Yeah. Sure.

Look, Kim definitely has a point -- some people were downright mean when she was knocked up (we can recall a tabloid headline that read, "Kim Can't Stop Eating!")

But when Kim went on "The Tonight Show" last night and told Jay Leno that she was so affected by the negative criticism of her pregnancy that she'll be taking the fame-whoring down a notch, we weren't exactly convinced.

Then again, we could be wrong. You buyin' it?

Lamar Odom may have ruined his chances of EVER returning to his beloved Los Angeles Lakers ... so says his ex coach and NBA legend Phil Jackson.

Jackson didn't mince words to TMZ when we asked if he thought Lamar would ever return to the purple and gold. He said, "I think that bridge might have been burned."

In case you didn't know, Phil is pretty tight with Lakers execs -- he lives with team Prez Jeanie Buss.

And this is interesting. Phil tells us ... he's not blaming the Kardashian family for Lamar's woes, despite a recent interview in which he hinted that Lamar would have been better off without the K-fam.

He says although the reality show was "a distraction" for Lamar, there's a benefit that outweighed the negative -- "Lamar got a family and a caring unit."

He also said he worries that Bruce Jenner is out of the picture ... because Lamar related to him as an athlete.

As for what caused Lamar to unravel, Jackson said he's been dealing with "too many personal things," although he was not specific.

We've just confirmed ... Lamar Odom WAS with Khloe Kardashian last night at Kanye West's concert ... but sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... she is NOT reconciling with him.

We're told the reason Lamar was invited ... he's been clean and sober for several weeks and the Kardashians are "supporting his recovery and wanted him to have a good time."

Lamar showed up by himself, but joined Khloe inside Staples for the concert. We've also confirmed Bruce Jenner was also there. Kris Jenner was there as well, and she hung out with Bruce -- but again, they're not back together either.

Bruce brought his sons, Brody and Brandon.

The plot thickens with Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian ... they both showed up at Kanye West's concert in Downtown L.A. Monday night ... but just how close they were is up for debate.

We got this pic of Lamar showing up -- ALONE -- at the back of Staples Center. We also got far off shots inside the venue of Kylie waving to someone.

And there's this. Khloe tweeted a pic of the stage and wrote, "Yeezus."

There are multiple people who were tweeting they saw the whole Klan together at the concert -- including Khloe, Lamar and even Bruce.

Lamar Odom just fired back at the paparazzo who sued him for assault ... claiming the whole allegation is B.S.

Lamar claims the photog -- Stefan Saad "provoked [Lamar's] unlawful and wrongful conduct."

TMZ obtained the answer Lamar just filed -- courtesy of his lawyer, Shawn Holley -- and he says it would be unjust for Saad to get a penny from him.

The incident that triggered the lawsuit occurred on July 10, when Lamar confronted Saad who was questioning him about having an alleged affair. Lamar took the photog's equipment from his car and threw it into his own car. Lamar drove a few blocks and then tossed the equipment into the street.

An engagement doesn't get more official than this -- Kanye West dedicated his last song to his new fiancee Kim Kardashian during his Vegas concert on Friday ... and it was romantic as hell.

Kanye was performing at MGM at the time when he launched into his love song "Bound 2" -- but not before calling out Kim in the crowd, saying, "To my fiancee in the building tonight!" FYI, it was Kim's b-day earlier in the week and the couple celebrated together later that night.

It's a great moment ... and to make it even more perfect, the song's got some heart-melting lyrics, like, "One good girl is worth a thousand bitches" and "Maybe we could still make it to the church steps." And "I want to f*** you hard on the sink."

Okay, maybe not that last one.

Kourtney Kardashian is telling the man claiming to be the father of her child to stop extorting her and to shut the f**k up and go away ... or else.

Kourtney's lawyer, Shawn Holley, pulled out a can of whoop ass on Michael Girgenti -- the guy who claims to be the father of her 3-year-old son Mason. Holley fired off a cease and desist letter to Girgenti, making it clear ... Scott Disick is the baby daddy, and he has a DNA test to prove it.

Holley says in her letter -- obtained by TMZ -- that Girgenti had the audacity to tell Kourtney he'd back off his claim IF she paid him some loot. To that Holley threatened that she'd ask the judge to make HIM pay for the alleged extortion.

Holley also says Girgenti knows full well he's not the father, because he flunked a polygraph.

Bruce Jenner will walk Kim Kardashian down the aisle at a lavish wedding, formally presenting her to future hubby Kanye West ... TMZ has learned.

Kim considers Bruce to be her dad, and she always planned on having him give her away ... just like he did when she married Kris Humphries.

Sources tell us as far as Kim is concerned ... it doesn't matter what Bruce's relationship is with Kris ... she would never consider excluding Bruce from such a position of honor.

So let's review the irony. As TMZ first reported ... Bruce was not invited to the surprise engagement -- it's still unclear whether Kanye or Kris made that decision -- although it seems like it was Kris.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have already agreed ... they will keep their assets separate by drawing up a prenup before they tie the knot ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources connected with the couple tell us ... both Kanye and Kim are committed to the marriage and they are NOT signing a prenup because they're worried the relationship might fall apart. But they're both business people and know given their vast wealth it's just the smart thing to do to have a prenup.

Kim especially understands the importance of a prenup because her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian, told her over and over about the necessity of having clear contracts when it came to money.

We're also told ... even though they will keep their assets separate, they will have a fat joint account for living expenses that will probably approach the gross national product of a small country.

As for how much they have ... some reports place Kim's wealth at $40 mil and Kanye's at $90 mil. But we're told Kim's actually worth more than Kanye.

Go figure.
