Chris Brown and his ex, Karrueche Tran, both showed up at Kylie Jenner's birthday party, and judging by the look on Karrueche's face ... it will be a looong time before it happens again.

We got video of Chris showing up with Scott Disick and cruising into the party. Everyone seemed happy.

The exit shot ... not so much. Karrueche walked out with girlfriends and when we asked how it was hanging out with Chris -- well ... you really just have to see her facial expression. Kinda says it all.

Karrueche dumped Chris more than a year ago after finding out he'd knocked up Nia Guzman.

Kylie Jenner got her birthday party started early -- and she did it partially nude ... naturally.

The soon-to-be 19-year-old rolled deep Sunday night with her whole 'KUWTK' krew into The Nice Guy for a huge party ... 10 days before her actual born day.

Kim Kardashian showed up with a new short 'do ... and Tyga also showed up, but the birthday girl could not be upstaged.

KJ was the sheer winner.

Kylie Jenner had an unwanted, slithering guest at her house Friday ... and to get rid of it, she called in L.A.'s finest to literally chop it's head off.

It appears the rattlesnake was found while someone was doing yard work at Kylie's Hidden Hills crib. Her BFF Jordyn Woods shot the whole thing as the LAFD came out to take care of the snake ... with a ceremonial beheading.

No word on if Kylie was there to witness the surgical strike, but the takeaway here is -- not ALL long dark things are welcome in Kardashian-Jenner households.

Kylie Jenner's new booty ink is insane -- at least if you're taking it literally. Kylie now has the words "before sanity" inked in red across her buttcheek ... TMZ has learned.

Our sources tell us Kylie got the urge to add some new meaning to an old tattoo Saturday, so she rang up celebrity tattoo artist Rafael Valdez. He added the word "before" in front of the "sanity" tattoo Kylie got last year.

Valdez gave Ky her first tattoo, a tiny red heart. He's also Tyga's personal tattoo artist and has inked everyone from Iggy Azalea to Johnny Manziel.

The tiny tat didn't come cheap ... Valdez charges $200/hour with a $600 minimum, according to his site.

It's unclear exactly what the meaning behind Kylie's behind tattoo is -- but considering the placement -- maybe it's a metaphor?

Kim Kardashian and Blac Chyna look to be back to BFF status as they came together for business and family pleasure in San Diego.

BC joined Kim, Kris, Khloe and Kourtney Tuesday night for the opening of a new DASH store. There were rumors she was on the outs with Rob, but this video should kill all that talk.

There was no sign of Rob at the store, but let's face it ... DASH has never been his thing. The fam also celebrated Grandma MJ's birthday.

Kourtney Kardashian's got her brood a crazy Nantucket estate for July ... and Scott's there too!

Kourtney's rented out a 7 bedroom, 8 bath Cape Cod pad, and it's pretty spectacular. The pics were enticing enough for Scott to ask if he could tag along, and Kourt obliged.

The house goes for $6,600 a night, but we're told Airbnb hooked Kourtney up.

The Kardashians have every right to trash the beauty company they once promoted, because they got royally stiffed ... this according to a judge no less.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney were hauled into court by Haven Beauty, which had a deal with the girls to promote its makeup line. The product line was called "Kardashian Beauty" and everything was just fine, until the girls decided to pull the plug on the deal just before the product launch.

The 3 Ks went ham on the company, claiming they had no affiliation with the company anymore and the company was trying to deceive consumers.

Haven wanted $10 million in damages and an injunction muzzling the girls. But the judge just ruled Kim, Khloe and Kourtney had every right to talk trash, because Haven didn't pay them what was owed. So the injunction was denied.

Kendall Jenner got sky-high with a bunch of celebs and athletes ... 1,000 ft above downtown Los Angeles.

Kendall hosted a party Thursday night at OUE Skyspace, the new observation deck atop the U.S. Bank Tower. Sister Kim showed up as well as Floyd Mayweather, Usher, Calvin Harris, Jaden Smith, Russell Westbrook, AnnaLynne McCord, Von Miller and Chuck Liddell.

Travis Scott performed, and everyone got a chance to try the outdoor Skyslide between the 69th and 70th floors ... including Kendall. Wheeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

The Kardashian girls aren't gonna get blasted by some beauty company sitting down ... they've just fired off a lawsuit saying the outfit has screwed them over.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney claim in a new lawsuit Haven Beauty has stiffed them after the company cashed in on perfume, makeup and other stuff using the girls' names and faces.

Haven has sued the famous trio for more than $10 mil, claiming they backed out of their deal and then had the nerve to badmouth the company.

Now the girls admit they ended their deal, but did it because Haven was not paying them the royalties they earned. They also say Haven went rogue and tried launching a mobile app and other products that were not approved by the girls.

The Kardashians need to seal their beesting lips, and if they won't a judge will seal them for the girls ... at least that's the goal in a new lawsuit against the brood.

Haven Beauty is outraged the klan has publicly bashed them. As we first reported, the Kardashians claim the company has falsely represented that Kim, Kourtney and Khloe are behind the makeup line.

Haven insists, in new legal docs, the girls are just trying to weasel out of the deal they made, so they're asking a judge for 2 things.

First ... an order prohibiting them from talking smack against the company.

Kourtney Kardashian poured her little heart out -- into shot glasses -- during a random pit stop in Massachusetts.

Kourtney turned up Wednesday night at local dive bar The Chicken Box on Nantucket Island, and took matters into her own hands ... pouring Don Julio shots!

She did plenty of damage in her half hour visit ... jumping onstage with funk band The Soul Rebels and shooting a little pool.

The Kardashians are calling BS on a new cosmetic line with their namesake ... saying they're pissed cause it's misleading their fans.

"Kardashian Beauty" launched over the weekend plastering the sisters' names and faces on its website. But the sisters want to make it absolutely clear -- they're NOT part of the company in any way, shape or form.

A little backstory ... back in 2012, the Kardashians teamed up with Boldface cosmetics to license and distribute color cosmetics. The sisters claim due to Boldface's mismanagement, the partnership didn't last long ... and Boldface ultimately went belly up. Haven Beauty stepped in 2 years later but that partnership went downhill over disagreements with Haven's owners.

That brings us to now ... the Kardashians and Haven Beauty are locked in a nasty legal war and we're told Haven Beauty's gone rogue and forged ahead anyway, launching "Kardashian Beauty."

A rep for the Kardashians tells TMZ the sisters vigorously reject ANY involvement with the company.

"Over the weekend, new cosmetic products were announced on the Kardashian Beauty cosmetic social media pages with pictures and statements from Kourtney, Kim and Khloe. The three Kardashian sisters are not in business with this cosmetic company."

They go on to say, "The people selling the Kardashian Beauty brand and their predatory owners knew this and are attempting to mislead the Kardashians' fans by stating that the Kardashians are still involved. This outrageous conduct is a legal matter and will be dealt with accordingly."

Kim Kardashian struck the same pose Saturday that made her even more famous in Paper Magazine.

Kim and Kanye took North on a playdate at a nearby mansion in Bel Air, but mom jacked the spotlight.

Lamar Odom just filed his response to Khloe Kardashian's divorce petition ... and it shows the exes are lockstep when it comes to this breakup.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Lamar lists the exact same date of separation as Khloe did -- December 13, 2013. Ditto for court's ability to award spousal support to the other. As we reported, our sources say they have a prenup.

They even agree each will pay for their own attorneys, a rarity in Hollywood divorces.

Kylie Jenner's cosmetic company dropped its "F" business rating in record time ... with a pretty simple fix they could've taken care of long ago.

The Better Business Bureau honcho, Rick Copelan, tells us a rep for Kylie Cosmetics called Monday -- after we posted about its big fat "F" -- asking how to fix it ASAP.

We're told the bad grade came after BBB requested sales numbers from Kylie's company ... so it could figure out the ratio of sales figures vs complaints. But since Kylie's side never responded, BBB had to guesstimate sales numbers ... and that resulted in the "F."

Once the cosmetics company reported its actual sales numbers -- which Copelan called "huge" -- the "F" vanished. Now it has "No Rating" because companies less than a year old don't get grades, unless it's lower than a "C."

Just so Kylie knows -- the BBB says IF it were to rate her company now, it would fall between a "C and B." Also important to note ... she needs at least a "B" to get BBB accredited.

Kylie Jenner's cosmetics co. is a big fat FAILURE ... at least according to the Better Business Bureau.

Kylie Cosmetics' consumer satisfaction rating has plummeted to an all-time low ... it gets an F. The company's racked up 137 customer complaints on BBB in the 9 months since it began operating.

As we've reported, Kylie Cosmetics has had a slew of problems ... from security breaches to packages getting stolen or ransacked. Many people say they've never even heard back from customer service.

BBB confronted the company last month, but problems still persist. In the last week alone, 10 people complained about service or delivery. One customer's kit arrived without the pencil.

Kylie needs a B to get back in BBB's good graces. Better work on some extra credit, KJ.
