Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner went on a double non-date Sunday night with the guys who everyone says they're dating but they insist they're not.

Khloe and French Montana hit The Forum Sunday night in Inglewood to see the Chris Brown/Tyga concert. And wouldn't you know it ... Tyga arrived to the show with Kylie in tow.

Kylie and Tyga's relationship is the worst kept secret in town ... especially after Kanye West went on the radio last month and said they were in love.

As for Khloe and French ... as TMZ first reported, the two spent a few days last week in Key West. They arrived back in town Sunday morning and were met at the airport by a slew of paps.

Scott Disick ended his failed European meet-and-greet tour and returned to L.A. with lots of baggage.

Disick -- who was with the rest of the Kardashian brood at the Paris Fashion Show for part of the trip -- blew into town in Unabomber chic duds.

Scott did not do much for our relations with the Brits. He was grudgingly present for one meet-and-greet in London and bailed entirely on another, leaving the promotors and fans fuming.

Scott Disick continues to piss people off all over the U.K. -- this time by bailing on two club appearances at the very last minute ... and the clubs only found out by checking Twitter.

Disick was supposed to appear at Southampton's Switch night club and Bournemouth’s Cameo club, but instead jetted off to Paris to hang at Fashion Week with Kim Kardashian, Kanye West, Kris Jenner and Kendall Jenner.

Switch night club blasted him, saying ... "Scott Disick has let us know via his manager's Twitter at 9.30pm that he cannot come tonight due to 'unforeseen circumstances.' The real truth is he's gone to Paris to party and ignore his fans."

Switch continued, "These famous for nothing celebs have too much money and don't realise [sic] they are letting down venues, ruining peoples reputations and livelihood, and their fans."

Disick has two more club appearances scheduled in the U.K. for Friday night -- and both clubs say Disick's people have assured them he'll be back from Paris in time.

Disick is already in hot water for his behavior at an appearance earlier this week. The organizers plan to sue him, claiming his poor attitude and general disinterest cost them a lot of money.

Kendall Jenner drew crowds in Paris that rivaled Charles Lindbergh ... well, maybe not exactly, but pretty close.

Kendall was leaving the Balmain Fashion Show where she had just walked the runway and when she left it was next to impossible to traverse the hundreds of crazed fans.

Kendall was with a bodyguard who was way too small for the task.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's bodyguard launched himself into the crowd outside a Paris Fashion Week event when fans and photogs got way too close for Kanye's comfort.

Kimye was heading into the Balmain show Thursday morning -- entering through the back door -- to go see Kendall Jenner walk the runway. But the instant they stepped out of their car ... the crowd started to swarm and Kanye barked at security to clear a path for Kim ... which they did on her side of the car.

But on his side, things started to get hairy -- and that's when the hired muscle sprung into action.

Kim Kardashian said hey baby, take a walk on the bright side -- debuting an ultra blonde hairdo in Paris.

Kim and Kanye West walked out of Le Royal Monceau Hotel, and -- it might just be the new 'do -- but she had a disturbingly distant look on her face ... maybe thinking if change is a good thing.

Scott Disick could not have been less interested in chatting up his fans during an appearance in the U.K. ... that according to the company that hired him, and is now reportedly suing him.

Disick showed up late to the event in Manchester and complained about the travel during a chat with the MC. According to people at the event, Scott was lethargic and seemed out of it the whole time.

We're told he didn't take questions from fans and the VIP ticket holders (who paid $145 per ticket) were instructed not to touch or speak to Disick. In the video ... he does seem totally over posing for photos.

The PR company behind the event tells TMZ the whole ordeal could bankrupt them (not sure how, but that's what they said) ... and they have begun legal proceedings against Disick for breach of contract.

Khloe Kardashian is in the midst of a very wet reunion with French Montana ... and there's a good chance banging is in the forecast.

The exes are in Key West this week ... with her BFF Malika and French's homie, Chinx ... doing typical Keys stuff like jet skiing.

However, our sources tell us French greeted Khloe with a bouquet of red roses when she arrived at the resort over the weekend.

No one's saying they're totally back on yet -- but as one source put it, "I wouldn't be surprised if they fall back into old habits" while they're down there.

Kim Kardashian hasn't tried to impress a pianist this much since ... well, ever ... because she's taking lessons from a classically trained musician -- and no, she's not only playing the black keys.

Kardashian family sources tell TMZ ... Kim recently reached out to classical pianist Oksana Kolesnikova after a recommendation from no less an authority than Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds.

We're told Kim's been laser focused on her lessons with Oksana -- who, by the way, might be the hottest piano teacher in L.A. ... not that it matters.

You might think Kanye West is her musical inspiration -- but we're told Kim's interest in piano goes back to watching her father play when she was a child. She also played violin in grade school, and plans to pick that up again ... since Kourtney just gave her one for Christmas.

Kim could make her debut in May -- Oksana tells us she's invited her to perform at a recital where her students show off their skills. We're told Kim has a special song planned to surprise her family.

Kelly Osbourne is out and Khloe Kardashian is in at "Fashion Police" ... maybe ... depending on how you view this clip.

It didn't take long for rumors to start flying that Khloe -- who covered Oscars red carpet fashions for E! --might fill Kelly's shoes over at 'FP.' So, Sunday at LAX a photog asked her straight up about joining Kathy Griffin and Melissa River's team.

Kris Jenner welcomed her granddaughter into the family biz ... of shameless promotion -- and North West's game is strong.

Kris was walking through Heathrow Airport in London with Kim and Kanye West's toddler over the weekend ... and had her decked out in a Yeezus tour jacket. Not to be outdone ... Grandma Jenner was wearing a pair of the new Yeezus shoes.

Bonus points to 21-month-old North for that classic Kanye-esque sneer.

Bruce Jenner isn't helping his cause any ... as authorities mull over whether to prosecute him for vehicular manslaughter, he was tooling around L.A. Friday driving around and talking on his phone.

Bruce finished a round of golf, jumped in his Porsche and took off. The later model Porsche's all have built-in bluetooth capabilities, but Bruce had phone to ear ... which is illegal.

Law enforcement has been telling us it's unlikely Jenner will be charged with vehicular manslaughter in the fatal car crash that occurred 3 weeks ago. One of the reasons he might skate -- he wasn't texting when he plowed into the Lexus.

Reports the Kardashians have scored $100 million from E! for 4 more seasons are NOT true ... they're only getting a measly $80 mil ... TMZ has learned.

NBCUniversal called the $100 mil story "grossly inaccurate." But our sources connected with the network say the word "grossly" may be grossly inaccurate, because we're told best case scenario they could earn in the $80 million range (with ratings bonuses) for 3 seasons with an option for a 4th.

We're also told the deal is all-encompassing and includes all of the work the family and individuals do for the network.

And get this ... Y chromosomes are personae non gratea for the new deal. We're told Scott Disick has his own deal outside the Kardashians and Rob will only get paid per episode if he ends up on the show at all. As for Bruce -- he'll only look like a double X -- but we're told his X and Y chromosomes are not part of the deal either.

Major props to Kim Kardashian's Instagram minions -- because without them ... you wouldn't be staring at her bare ass cheeks right now.

Kim uploaded a shot of herself sporting a thong -- ass-side up, of course -- to her Instagram account to celebrate reaching 27 million followers.

For what it's worth ... it appears to be a throwback pic, since Kim was in London Wednesday night (for the Brit Awards) -- we're doubting she packed swimwear.

There. Don't say she never did anything for you.

With most of the country still suffering through a brutal winter, Khloe Kardashian ushered in Kardashian butt season Wednesday in Beverly Hills by sporting a pair of see-through yoga pants.

If the past is any indication, you can expect Kim, Kendall, Kourtney and even young Kylie to follow suit ... because one Kardashian butt is like a signal to all Kardashian butts to come out and play.

If you're a gambler, you should bet that Bruce Jenner will NOT be prosecuted for vehicular manslaughter, because his screw up was driving HUA ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Sources familiar with investigating the fatal crash on PCH earlier this month tell us ... conventional wisdom is 60/40 AGAINST criminal prosecution. One source says it's more like 70/30.

As for why it's looking like Bruce will not be prosecuted, our law enforcement sources say there are a variety of factors:

-- He was not under the influence

-- He was not speeding

-- He was not texting

As one source put it, "It's more a case of HUA" ... that's cop talk for driving while head up ass. That we're told is the view shared by cops familiar with the investigation.

The underlying offense could be following too closely or driving at a speed that isn't prudent given driving conditions.
