Taylor Frankie Paul ain't playing around ... she just filed a civil stalking injunction against Dakota Mortensen's friend who posted the video of her sobbing during a blow-out fight with him on TikTok.

The 'Secret Lives of Mormon Wives' star filed the legal doc against Cru Eaton in Utah's Salt Lake County Friday, and says she has video and/or photographic evidence to support her case. The petition isn't a restraining order, but a request for a judge to force Dakota's close pal to stop stalking or harassing her.

The move comes after Cru took it upon himself to share a wild video of Taylor sobbing as Dakota filmed her during an intense argument in which he accused her of being abusive.

Taylor Frankie Paul questioned her ex, Dakota Mortensen, on whether he was hanging out with other girls following their breakup … in wild text messages he is using in court ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... Dakota submitted a series of texts from a February 2025 conversation where Taylor asks her ex what his plans were for the night. When she didn't get an immediate response, she followed up with multiple question marks ... and then a third text stating, "HELLO."

Dakota explained he was getting food, but Taylor wasn't buying his answer … and started to grill him about his plans and where he was getting food. She asked Dakota why he was ignoring her question about who he was getting pizza with.

Dan tells TMZ ... he was friendly with Darrell for the 15 seasons they appeared on the A&E reality series, but the two men were not close pals ... something he now regrets.

Dan tells us ... "Maybe if I'd been a better friend, I could've helped him. Seems he was going through a lot we didn't know about."

Dan and his wife, Laura -- who also serves as a 'Storage Wars' auctioneer -- were devastated to learn Darrell shot himself.

The couple attended Darrell's celebration of life ... and were shocked by how many people from the series -- including 3 showrunners -- reunited for the service.

Taylor Frankie Paul and Dakota Mortensen's online saga just took another public turn ... this time with Dakota's roommate, Cru, posting a video he says captures the aftermath of a heated argument between the former couple ... and it's emotional.

In the clip, "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star appears visibly upset as Dakota records the interaction. Throughout the video, Taylor repeatedly asks ... "Why are you doing this?" and "Why are you filming me?"

Dakota, the father of one of Taylor's children, responds ... "Now you can get caught," before referencing what he alleges were previous instances in which Taylor had physically assaulted him -- as he hold their child in his arms.

Taylor Frankie Paul is returning to "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" for its turbulent fifth season ... but her participation will be limited, TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ ... TFP will be filming the intro credits over the next two days ... but she's not expected to film anything else ... meaning no final confessional from her.

This is a huge development ... production on season 5 was temporarily halted on the popular Hulu show in mid-March following a heated blow-up between TFP and Dakota Mortensen during filming.

'Storage Wars' Darrell Sheets Alleged Stalker Won't Face Charges After Suicide Probe

Cops in Arizona dug through phones, interviewed witnesses, and chased down bizarre messages after Darrell Sheets' suicide ... but we've learned the investigation ultimately ended without criminal charges.

Newly released police records, obtained by TMZ, show detectives spent months looking into whether the "Storage Wars" star had been cyberbullied before his death. The file reads like a detective's notebook ... complete with eerie messages, mysterious phone calls, and someone who refused to answer key questions from cops.

Detectives interviewed the person accused of harassing Darrell ... they denied cyberbullying him but refused to say where they were when Darrell died, claiming they'd been receiving death threats. Police say the person insisted they had nothing to hide, denied ever entering Darrell's home, and said the two had simply had a falling out. Detectives described them as "completely uncooperative."

Rob Reiner Posthumous Emmy Nom For 'The Bear'

The late and great Rob Reiner is up for a new award ... he's among the nominees for this year's Emmys ... getting a posthumous nomination for his work in "The Bear."

Rob played Albert Schnur in Season 4 of the hit FX series ... appearing in 3 episodes in one of his last roles as an actor ... a franchiser mentoring Edwin Lee Gibson's Ebraheim as he tries to expand The Original Beef sandwich walk-up restaurant.

While Season 5 of "The Bear" just aired ... Season 4 is what is eligible for Emmy noms for this award cycle, and now Rob is in the running for some hardware.
