Randy Moss' baby mama is calling BS on the ex-NFL receiver after he claimed she blew $4 MILLION on drugs ... telling TMZ Sports, "I've been clean for years."

Moss called out his ex on Twitter last month ... claiming the mother of his 5 children refused to get treatment for a drug addiction in order to see her kids.

We spoke to Libby Offutt ... who says Moss' allegations are completely untrue and an attempt to keep her from seeing her children.

"I went to rehab TEN years ago and have been clean ever since," Offutt says. "He’s just saying that to keep the kids. I’d be dead if I spent $4 million on drugs. Where’s his proof?”

Offutt -- who provided us with documentation of recently passed drug tests -- says she believes Moss unleashed the Twitter rant because he was upset she tried to connect with the kids around Xmas.

“I drove 4 hours on the 26th to take my kids their Christmas presents and his wife wouldn’t let me see the kids or even leave their presents for them."

"He was mad and acted very immature, saying false things that the children are gonna read eventually, subjecting them to more unnecessary emotional stress. And why bash the woman that brought 5 of your children into this world?!"

Charlie Sheen has no bad blood with Ted Cruz after the Texas Senator took a jab at him and his dad ... in fact, Charlie even has a few nice things to say about the guy.

Charlie was heading into Catch Monday night in L.A. for Crackle's "Mad Families" premiere party and told our photog he was kidding when he tweeted he and Cruz should dethrone Trump on the 2020 presidential ticket.

Ted shot down the suggestion immediately using a pic from Martin Sheen's "West Wing" days, but Charlie was clearly impressed by Cruz's wit and humor.

Can't say the same for his feelings on Trump though.

Donald Trump isn't taking Meryl Streep's Golden Globes attack lying down -- he's dismissing her as a Hillary Clinton "flunky."

Streep used her acceptance speech for the Cecile B. DeMille Award to bash the President-elect for his campaign tactics ... especially his infamous run-in with a disabled reporter. The speech got a huge response in the room ... and, apparently, at Trump Tower.

Trump called her, "One of the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood, doesn't know me but attacked last night at the Golden Globes. She is a Hillary flunky who lost big."

His Twitter reply continued ... "For the 100th time, I never 'mocked' a disabled reporter (would never do that) but simply showed him "groveling" when he totally changed a 16 year old story that he had written in order to make me look bad."

His right hand woman, Kellyanne Conway, has also joined the fray.

Meryl Streep's Golden Globes attack on Donald Trump stirred a lot of emotion, and at least one war -- between Meghan McCain and comedian Billy Eichner.

Billy blasted McCain on Twitter after the Fox News host posted a message disparaging Meryl's harsh critique of Donald Trump, calling her a "f****** moron."

Meghan fired back, saying Billy lived in a "bubble" and was part of the problem between Hollywood and the Republican Party. That only made Billy go off again ...

Billy's known to speak his mind on his game show, "Billy on the Street," where he stops people at random for pop quiz questions ... usually with a celeb in tow. We're guessing Meghan's not a fan.

She never responded after her 2nd tweet, so ... score one for Billy?

Lauren Duca got Martin Shkreli suspended Sunday from Twitter after a simple invite to Trump's inauguration turned into creepy online harassment.

Duca -- a writer for Teen Vogue -- reached out to Twitter's CEO and founder Jack Dorsey after Shkreli initially offered Lauren a +1 to the inauguration last week, which quickly escalated into stalking territory when she shot him down.

Afterward, Shkreli turned his Twitter page into a shrine for Lauren ... insinuating they were a couple, despite her frequent rejections.

Now, it looks like Martin's trolling has gotten him booted from the Twitter-verse.

She brings the point home in our video ... she and Martin will never be a thing, or won't even talk, unless he changes his tune.

Kim Kardashian is up and running again on social media -- and her numbers are pretty astonishing.

Kim jumped back on all platforms Tuesday, blasting out pics, tweets and messages. Our Snapchat sources say in just 24 hours Kim's snaps had 42.8 million views -- nearly setting a record.

Get this ... in a 24 hour span she generated 4 million likes on Instagram.

Most impressive ... her Twitter impressions -- more than 84 million impressions in a single day. To be clear, 84 million people cast their eyes on Kim's Twitter content in 24 hours.

What we really wanted to do was compare Kim's stats to Kylie's, who has been the reigning queen since Kim went MIA. So far, we've been unable to get numbers for Kylie.

Arnold Schwarzenegger just fired back at Donald Trump, calling out his priorities and commitment to making America great again.

Arnold is clearly reacting to Trump's blustery tweet, in which he says Schwarzenegger got creamed in 'Celebrity Apprentice' ratings when you compare them to what the Prez-elect got in his debut.

Schwarzenegger just responded, by tweeting, "I wish you the best of luck and I hope you'll work for ALL of the American people as aggressively as you worked for your ratings."

As we reported, the reality is Trump got huge ratings for his debut, but by his last season his rating for 'Celeb Apprentice' was roughly the same as Arnold's debut.

Arnold followed up with, "There's nothing more important than the people's work." Translation -- you shouldn't be involved in a ratings war.

Donald Trump trashed Arnold Schwarzenegger over the debut of the new 'Celebrity Apprentice' ... and it appears to have more to do with the presidential election than the show.

Trump just tweeted Arnold got "swamped (or destroyed) by comparison to the ratings machine, DJT." He goes on, "So much for being a movie star-and that was season 1 compared to season 14. Now compare him to my season 1. But who cares, he supported Kasich & Hillary."

But here's the thing. True enough, Trump scored a rating of around 18 in season 1 of the show, and Arnold's show came in at a 4.9. But what Trump didn't say ... the ratings on his show took a nosedive and in his last season, 2 years ago, he scored right around a 6 rating.

Trump clearly has bad blood ... according to his deal, he actually profits if Arnold's show does well.

Soulja Boy is sorry ... to Chris Brown ... to Lil Yachty ... and to everyone else he's beefing with, because he has something more important to focus on -- his mother's illness.

Soulja posted a video Wednesday morning apologizing for his erratic behavior -- calling out Chris for street fights and such. He says he just got news about his mom being hospitalized and it's the wake-up call he needed.

As we've reported ... Soulja has feuded with A LOT of people in the last year, and even threatened violence. Now he says that's all over.

Good timing. Chris's attorney, Mark Geragos, is now involved, saying he's going to file a lawsuit against Soulja ... most likely for some of the crap he talked about Chris and his daughter, Royalty.

10:32 AM PT -- Now this is interesting ... Kim just restored "Kardashian West" to her Twitter name, around an hour after she began going just as "Kim." Unclear why she did and then undid it.

Kim just made her first real move on Twitter since her robbery back in early October, and she's lost 2 famous monikers ... Kardashian and West. She changed her twitter name to just plain "Kim."

It seems ominous on the surface, but when you look a little deeper it doesn't seem to have anything to do with her fam. She just a posted candid video of her, Kanye and the kids.

The word is ... she's trying to rebrand herself as a one-named celeb, like Oprah and Cher.

Chris Brown wants to go toe-to-toe with Soulja Boy in a boxing ring, and it's all over a photo of Karrueche Tran.

Soulja says the beef all started when he liked a pic of Chris' ex, Karrueche, in a bikini. He says Chris hit him up, and threatened to whoop his ass.

It all sounds like some high school crap, but Chris is actually doubling down now, and reaching out to Adrien Broner to set up a charity boxing match.

His rant is awesome because as pissed off as Chris is, his priority at the moment was hooking up ... but he was way more blunt about it.

For what it's worth -- Soulja's been liking KT's pics for a while now, but she told us ... it ain't happening. Feel better, Chris?

1:23 PM PT -- George Michael's boyfriend, Fadi, issued a statement saying his Twitter account was hacked and he did not post the bizarre set of Tweets. He's since deleted his Twitter and Facebook profiles.

11:22 AM PT -- A spokesperson for George Michael issued a statement about the speculation over his death ... saying his family remains devastated, and does not wish to comment while the coroner's investigation is ongoing. They add ... his death is not considered suspicious.

George Michael wanted to die and tried to kill himself numerous times ... so claims the boyfriend who found him dead.

Fadi Fawaz started bizarrely tweeting on New Year's Eve, saying "he tired numbers of time to kill himself many times ... and finally he managed."

He went on, "the only thing George wanted is to DIE."

It's unclear what prompted Fawaz, but it seems he was in a beef with another friend of Michael's who questioned whether Fawaz was really in a relationship with the singer. Fawaz tweeted, "not sure who that nasty close friend of George but i was in relationship with george michael till i found him dead in bed."

Dez Bryant fired back at Cris Carter on Thursday ... after the NFL Hall of Famer blasted him on "Undisputed" ... but now Dez is now trying to de-escalate this situation.

It started Thursday morning when Cris was VERY critical of Dez -- saying his performance over the weekend was not typical of a #1 receiver. At one point Cris said of the WRs who've been targeted 90 times this season, Dez is "the absolute worst."

Dez responded on Twitter saying, "Man you a puppet ... I'll see you around."

Minutes later he deleted the post and said, "I apologize it's not worth it."

Guessing we haven't heard the last of this ...

Randy Moss is going scorched-earth on the mother of his children -- claiming he retired from the NFL early to take care of his kids while his ex dealt with a $4 million drug addiction ... a claim the woman's family adamantly denies.

The ex-NFL superstar aired it all out on a Twitter rant Tuesday morning -- accusing the mother of his children of blowing $4 million on drugs ... and saying she's abandoned her kids.

He added, "Retired because my kids needed me! im here for the REAL father's tht understand our position in life."

We reached out to the woman targeted in Moss' attack -- and spoke with her mother who tells us the drug allegations are simply untrue. She told us her daughter got help for an issue a few years ago but hasn't had problems since.

She also said it's Moss who's blocking her daughter from seeing the kids.
