That's not a hand he's got out! The man who claims to have the smallest penis in the world is looking to extend his 15 minutes -- and his meat -- IF he can score financial aid from the public.

Michael Phillips ... the 38-year-old North Carolina man who claims to have a penny-sized pecker, tells TMZ he's seeking crowdsourced cash to get a penis-enlarging procedure done in the next couple months.

He says it'll cost a whopping $6K ... no word on if he's paying by the inch.

Michael, who's been medically diagnosed with a micropenis, claims he struggles to use the bathroom with his .38 inch penis and hopes the procedure can help a wee bit when urinating.

Alannah Keyser's time on "Love Island USA" has come to an end.

Peacock confirmed to TMZ ... Keyser will no longer be on the show after Thursday night's episode. The news comes after a video resurfaced allegedly showing her saying the N-word while singing Roddy Ricch's "The Box."

An alleged past Instagram comment attributed to Keyser also appeared to include the racial slur and began circulating online as backlash quickly mounted.

TMZ has learned the celebratory Knicks trash can was returned to New York City's Department of Sanitation Wednesday morning ... and, the trash bandit behind the ordeal was issued two summonses ... including a $75 littering ticket and a $100 ticket for impeding DSNY operations.

We're told the fines are the maximum allowed by law for first offenses.

We covered the wild story -- a woman, later identified as 40-year-old Angie Báez, was so happy about the Knicks' NBA Championship, she emptied a themed garbage can onto the street and then walked away with it.

The woman caught dumping garbage onto a New York City street in order to swipe a Knicks-themed public trash bin might get away scot-free ... at least in the eyes of the law.

Now that the trash bandit has been identified as 40-year-old Angie Báez ... TMZ reached back out to NYPD to see if they plan on charging or citing her. Their response -- there's "no complaint report on file with the information provided" ... meaning they ain't pursuing her!

But, Angie did have to face the consequences of her own actions at work -- she was employed as a senior director at JPMorgan Chase before being canned Tuesday over the incident.

This Amazon delivery wasn't exactly Prime service ... unless driving over a customer's neatly manicured front lawn is now part of the membership perks.

Footage out of Corydon, Indiana, shows an Amazon delivery driver completely bypassing the driveway and instead taking a direct route straight across a freshly cut lawn to the front porch, leaving huge tire tracks carved through the well-manicured grass.

What's even wilder is how unfazed the driver appears -- casually hopping out, dropping off the package at the front door, then reversing right back across the lawn like it's no big deal.

Tiffany Score and Steven Mills -- the couple that gave birth to a baby who isn't theirs after an IVF mix-up in Florida -- are looking like a happy family ... at least in a new photo.

JPMorgan Chase gave the ax to a senior executive caught on video dumping garbage onto an NYC sidewalk at the Knicks' championship parade and then stealing the trash receptacle, TMZ has learned.

A spokesperson for the Manhattan-based bank told TMZ that it fired Angie Baez after reviewing footage posted online showing the bizarre incident during last Thursday's parade in the Big Apple. As you know, the Knicks beat the Spurs 4-1 to take home the NBA Championship.

Videos uploaded to X show Baez decked out in Knicks gear as she dumps the contents of the trash bin onto the sidewalk and then walks away with it in front of stunned pedestrians.   

The SkyScreamer ride at Six Flags Over Georgia is living up to its name for all the wrong reasons ... passengers wanted to scream in terror while getting stuck in mid-air, roughly 260 feet above the ground.

The horrifying incident reportedly occurred on June 14 at the Six Flags amusement park in Mableton, GA, and it was partially caught on video.
