Simone Biles says she nearly died this week after suffering a health scare that shook her to her very core!

The gymnast, who has snagged 11 Olympic medals and 30 world championship medals, posted a message on Saturday to her Instagram Story, offering scant details on her medical crisis.

While Biles did not go into the nature of the problem, she said she was resting in bed and would explain more sooner or later, adding that "almost dying wasn't on my bingo card earlier this week."

President Trump confirmed he's attending an NBA Finals game at Madison Square Garden next week, begging the question ... how will he be received?? Knicks legend Amar'e Stoudemire says POTUS should receive nothing short of a rousing ovation.

"Oh, man, he's going to get a standing ovation. That's the United States president. He deserves all the respect that we can give him," Stoudemire told TMZ Sports this week.

"It's a tough job to take on to be the President of the United States. And so, you know, he deserved all the respect. So I think the Knicks fans will show respect Monday night to the president if he does come to the game."

FYI, Trump and Knicks owner Jim Dolan have a friendship going back many years ... and DJT has attended many big games over the years.

As for the actual basketball, Amar'e was pumped the Knicks were able to steal game 1.

"I feel great. I think, game 1 is always a tricky game, especially on the road, because you never know how it's going to end up. But for the Knicks to go out there and get game 1, it's a really good sign. That means we're well-prepared, well-coached, rested, and healthy. And so hopefully we can have the same result in game two."

Speaking of Friday night's pivotal game, Stoudemire says New York has to be prepared for a big effort from San Antonio ... should they wish to return to the Big Apple with a commanding 2-0 lead.

"You got to weather the storm," A'mare says. "You know, there's going to be ups and downs. Just stay locked in, stay focused. And when the fourth quarter comes around, then it's time to win."

Jonathon Cooper allegedly threw his girlfriend, lifted her by her neck and punched a wall near her face during the dispute that led to their arrests ... with Jade Fiegen sharing her side of Thursday night's incident in docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

As we reported, Fiegen told police she threw Cooper's phone against the wall during an argument over alleged infidelity at the Denver Broncos star's residence.

She claimed that as she tried to leave the apartment, she took Cooper's phone and unlocked it to read messages he shared with other individuals, but he approached her and grabbed her by the neck with one hand and lifted her off her feet and up against the wall.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will take their vows in front of more than 1,000 people inside Madison Square Garden ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ between 1,100 and 1,200 people will show up at MSG July 3 to watch the couple become husband and wife. We're told Taylor and Travis have gone to great lengths to ensure privacy, and that includes communicating with invitees by text, rather than physical invitations.

As we reported, the advantage of MSG is that there are no windows from which photographers can shoot pictures of the event. There is also underground parking so guests can enter and exit without crowds converging on them.

Emotional moment in Karmelo Anthony's murder trial ... tears started flowing as prosecutors played bodycam footage of paramedics trying to save Austin Metcalf from a fatal stab wound.

The gut-wrenching footage played in court Friday, showed paramedics giving Austin CPR after he was stabbed at a Texas high school track meet. He's unresponsive on the ground as they try to save his life.

It was hard for Austin's parents to watch ... they broke down in tears and were held by family members while the footage played.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' alum Kim Zolciak's estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, recently dated an OnlyFans model named Bri and took her on a family getaway with his kids ... according to new legal docs from their divorce.

The alleged relationship is laid out in a letter written by the mother of a girlfriend of one of Kim and Kroy's sons. The letter, obtained by TMZ, was sent to the court-appointed guardian who makes custody recommendations in Kim and Kroy's divorce. 

In the letter, the woman says her daughter went on a trip with Kroy and his family over spring break. She says Kroy never mentioned his girlfriend, Bri, was going to be there … and she later learned Bri was an OnlyFans model. 

The concerned mother writes ... "This is a concern due to the apparent poor influence of his girlfriend. Although much of her sexual content has been removed from the internet, I did see the photos before their removal."

TMZ is zeroing in on the wedding venue for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce .. and now we know they'll be tying the knot in the heart of New York City's busiest borough.

A source with direct knowledge tells us ... the wedding's going down July 3 in the "middle of Manhattan."

As for the venue ... there's a buzz Taylor and Travis will by tying the knot at Madison Square Garden, but no word yet if that's indeed the place. Reality is ... the bride and groom have lots of iconic options for their big day -- Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, the NYC Public Library ... the list goes on.

Taylor and Trav are, obviously, doing all they can to keep their choice top secret, because our source says she's been reaching out to her guests over text with more info ... though it's unclear if formal invites were ever sent out.

TMZ broke the story ... Taylor hopped on the phone and personally called her famous friends to save the date, but did not, initially, provide details on location.

As we first told you ... Karlie Kloss and Benson Boone have both scored coveted spots on the guest list, but Miles Teller and his wife, Keleigh, might not be so lucky.
