Tragedy has struck the set of "Emily in Paris" ... Diego Borella, an assistant director, has died during a reported medical incident while filming in Venice.

Borella collapsed while filming the hit Netflix show's 5th season around 7:00 PM on Friday and was pronounced dead at the scene by medical staff, several Italian news outlets report.

Life-saving measures were performed, and local outlet La Repubblica quotes a doctor saying he likely died of a "sudden heart attack."

Loni Anderson’s cause of death has been revealed ... and she died from an aggressive form of cancer, TMZ has learned.

According to Anderson's death certificate, obtained by TMZ, the veteran actress passed away from metastatic uterine leiomyosarcoma ... a rare cancer that often starts in the uterus and can spread to other parts of the body. It is an extremely rare form of cancer.

Loni died Sunday at a Los Angeles hospital following what her longtime publicist, Cheryl J. Kagan, described as a "prolonged" illness.

The cast of "Home Improvement" just reunited -- and they certainly nailed down their promo video!

Tristan Rogers -- an actor known for his work in soap operas and animation -- has died ... according to a report.

ABC7 Los Angeles -- citing Rogers' longtime manager, Meryl Soodak -- reports Rogers passed away Friday morning after a long battle with lung cancer. Despite the cause of death, Soodak told the outlet Rogers didn't smoke.

Rogers got his start in acting way back in the late 1960s with an appearance on the Australian science-fiction adventure series "Delta."

American actress and beauty pageant title-holder Mary-Margaret Humes was in her mid 40s when she played Gale Leery -- Dawson's mother and the wife of Mitch Leery -- on the popular TV show "Dawson's Creek" (back in the 90s-early 2000s).

Humes was part of an ensemble cast including James Van Der Beek as the aspiring filmmaker who looks up to Steven Spielberg, Dawson, Joshua Jackson as the sarcastic, unmotivated teen struggling with his home life, Pacey, and Katie Holmes as the tomboy whose mother died of cancer, Joey.
