Brittany Cartwright's transformation journey just took a major turn ... cause TMZ has learned she recently went under the knife for a full-on mommy makeover.

"The Valley" star dropped the bombshell over the weekend, posting a post-op selfie showing her midsection wrapped in compression bandages with two visible surgical drains filled with red fluid attached.

"When they said 'remove what no longer serves you,' I took it literally," Brittany wrote on Instagram Saturday. "In all seriousness, y'all know I always keep it real and sooo...I did a thing. Something I've wanted to do for years and I finally took the step for me. I couldn’t be happier."

Kimberly Hébert Gregory, best known for her scene stealing roles in "Vice Principals", "The Chi" and "Five Feet Apart", has died.

Her ex-husband, Chester Gregory, confirmed the news Saturday on Instagram, sharing a heartfelt tribute to Kimberly. He reflected on their bond, calling her "so much more than an ex-wife" and describing their son as a living reminder of her light, laughter, and brilliance.

Gregory went on to thank Kimberly for the time they shared, saying her life was defined not by struggle but by the grace and beauty she carried. He ended his message with ... "Rest in power, rest in peace ... you are deeply loved. Kim, you did good."

Tributes from Hollywood quickly poured in. Walton Goggins, who worked alongside Kimberly on HBO's "Vice Principals," remembered her as one of the most talented people he'd ever collaborated with ... praising her professionalism, humor, and unmatched energy. He called her "a true powerhouse" who will be deeply missed.

Fellow stars like Leslie Jones, Yvette Nicole Brown and Busy Philipps also shared their heartbreak calling Kimberly a "light," a "force," and "a loss to the entire community."

Over her decades long career, Kimberly built an impressive resume ... appearing in hit TV shows like "Gossip Girl," "Grey's Anatomy," "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," "Shameless," and "The Big Bang Theory."

On the big screen, she stared in "I Think I Love My Wife," Spike Lee's "Red Hook Summer," "Five Feet Apart" and "Miss Virginia."

Kimberly was 52.

Dave Chappelle's been taking his act on the road for decades ... and it looks like he might be open to booking more dates in the Middle East in the future.

The comedian appeared at the controversial Riyadh Comedy Festival on Saturday and declared it's "easier to talk" in Saudi Arabia than it is back home in the United States, according to The New York Times.

Dave, who headlined the festival, also touched on the murder of Charlie Kirk during his set, and joked he'd likely be "canceled" for speaking about the late right-wing media figure if he did so Stateside.

He admitted he wasn't sure how his comments would be received back home ... before adding he was probably going to "find out."

Dave ended his set expressing his fears about going back to the United States, and he brought up his concern about being silenced over what he's said ... he said his fans would know whether he was in distress if he ended up publicly expressing his support for Israel.

The festival hasn't been intensely criticized by some fellow comics ... others have spoken out about contract restrictions on jokes about royals and religion, among other topics.

Festival organizers were still reportedly able to sway a solid roster of high-profile comedians ... by offering big sums of cash.

The devastating news was shared on the family's Instagram page, and they revealed "Papa, Neenee and Aunt Megan" have passed. While they did not say Papa's real name -- the family's patriarch, Bill Putman, was referred to as "Papa." His wife, Barb, was known as "Neenee."

Meanwhile, several family members -- Uncle Blake, Lulu, Alena, Noah, and Gia -- remain hospitalized.

2 PM PT -- Hours after Sinclair's update, Nexstar has also announced the company's ABC affiliate stations will return "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" to the air starting tonight.

The Jimmy Kimmel extended blackout is seeing more daylight ... starting tonight, 'Live!' is storming back onto all of Sinclair Broadcasting Group's 38 ABC affiliate stations, the company declared Friday.

Sinclair said the past week had brought a flood of feedback -- from viewers, advertisers, and community leaders -- all pushing them to decide keeping Kimmel on-air is key to fostering respectful dialogue across a spectrum of differing voices.
