Call Rihanna the queen of speed, at least for this weekend, because she and A$AP Rocky are holding court down in Miami as the city is packed with celebs in town for the F1 Grand Prix.

The celeb couple hosted an event Saturday night for Puma ... the athletic gear co. they both rep. The festivities included a stop in a huge arcade, complete with racing simulators and VR goggles ... which A$AP slipped on as RiRi watched.

While A$AP rocked a custom Puma helmet during the event, Rihanna was flaunting her neww pink hairdo.

Both Rihanna and A$AP have deals with PUMA, and his is geared specifically toward the company's F1 collection ... so makes sense they're front and center in the 305.

A$AP kept the party going late into the night when he hit up E11EVEN Miami for an appearance, sharing the stage with Flavor Flav -- but looks like Rihanna decided to call it an early night as she was nowhere to be seen.

Snoop Dogg and T-Pain are doing their part to keep the peace on the Vegas Strip by giving throngs of pissed-off fans something to cheer about after the "Lovers & Friends" festival was canceled last minute.

She proceeded to offer some examples with help from cast members in the audience, which is when Heidi Gardner stood up in a MAGA hat and said, "Hi, I'm South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem" ... opening the door for Dua to cut her off quickly.

The Secret Service is investigating a fatal crash -- a car slamming into a White House barrier sent agents and D.C. police scrambling.

The action went down late Saturday night, around 10:45, as a speeding car collided with one of the outer perimeter gates surrounding the White House grounds.

Metropolitan PD officers responded, but Secret Service agents were also immediately on the scene, surrounding the silver sedan ... which smashed head-on into the concrete barrier.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard has already given back her wedding ring to estranged husband Ryan Anderson ... because the piece of jewelry meant quite a bit to him, TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Gypsy Rose tell TMZ … she felt it was the right thing to give back the ring -- as it was a family heirloom given to Ryan by his mom. We're told Gypsy Rose left the ring with Ryan when she made the decision to end her marriage  ... along with an apology note next to their bed on March 22.

The note read ... "I'm sorry, you and I deserve happiness."

The former Kermit the Frog actor says he's not hurt he's excluded from the upcoming Jim Henson documentary ... he's hurt 'cause he thinks Jim's spirit within The Muppets is dying.

Steve Whitmire -- who took up the role in 1990 after Henson's untimely death -- tells TMZ ... producers contacted him about the forthcoming documentary "Jim Henson Idea Man" all about the iconic puppeteer a few years ago for home movies he shot dating back to 1978.

Whitmire says he happily handed over the tapes and expected the team to come back around when they were ready to interview him -- after all, he voiced the franchise's most iconic character from '90 until his firing in 2017 -- but, he says no one followed up.

Houston Rockets star Jalen Green welcomed a baby girl to the world earlier this year ... but the mother has zero issues with the fact he's expecting another kid with his current girlfriend, Draya Michele -- 'cause TMZ Sports is told there is absolutely no bad blood in the situation.

Our sources tell us Green is, in fact, the father of a baby born on Feb. 12. The mother is 23-year-old California student Myah Iakopo.

We're told Green and Iakopo knew each other for a while ... but they were not ever in a serious relationship. Regardless, the former 2nd overall pick has vowed to be super involved in baby Peace Moira's life ... and is financially supporting the child as needed.

While JJ throws punches at the two individuals, they seem to land on an older man's leg, and he's clearly in a lot of pain when he hits the floor at the bottom of the escalator.
