The heavily armed gunman who popped up at Trump National Golf Course in California has been federally charged -- and he now faces 10 years in The Big House if convicted.

In a federal criminal complaint, prosecutors charged 38-year-old Jeanine John Taele with possession of an unregistered short-barreled rifle, which is a felony that carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in federal prison.

The feds released a photograph of Taele, who looks stone-faced as he stares into the camera. The feds also released a pic of his rifle and a badge that read "Agent" and "Fugitive Recovery Bail Enforcement."

Ian Diaz's best friend Leslie is disgusted by the outcome of "A Toxic Love Story" ... accusing the folks behind the Netflix documentary of pulling a fast one by making her look like a lovesick dope.

Here's the deal ... Leslie became a lightning rod for trolls who say she's blind to Ian's crimes because she's madly in love -- even though he's in the slammer for a cyberstalking plot involving his former wife Angela Connell Diaz and ex-girlfriend Michelle Hadley.

The alleged texts show Rachel suggesting they wait to meet up until after Christmas because she'd need time to line up a babysitter for her children. Then, on January 3 around 5 AM, it appears Wayne reignited the conversation with a simple message -- "want u."

Jeanine John Taele was allegedly taking pictures and walking the grounds when he was spotted by plainclothes federal agents ... multiple outlets report.

When L.A. County Sheriff's Department deputies arrived, they found a loaded magazine in Taele's pocket. They also found a loaded pistol and more ammo in his car at the golf course parking lot.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show prosecutors fired off a search warrant to obtain Anna’s messages and other info from her Snapchat and have now turned over the info to the defense.

The Snapchat messages are important because prosecutors have claimed Anna sent her final message on Snapchat at 8:14 p.m. The investigators say Anna’s brother Timothy Hudson, who was sharing the room with her, left the cabin at 10:13 PM and then returned at 11 PM.

Authorities in Florida say a preacher groomed and sexually abused a 14-year-old boy ... allegedly exposing him to HIV.

In a news conference Tuesday, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said they'd arrested pastor Timothy Chaneyfield of St. James United American Free Will Baptist Church after receiving a tip on social media about his alleged abuse.

Judd called Chaneyfield a "pedophile preacher," saying he started talking to the teen on a dating app, and claims Chaneyfield confessed to picking the boy up, bringing him to his house and sexually abusing him on "at least three different occasions."

According to Judd, the pastor is also HIV-positive and had "unprotected sex" with the boy. He says the boy underwent medical treatment to protect from the alleged exposure.
