LaTisha Collier didn't love being locked up ... and she's already back on the streets after filing an appeal in her forgery case, TMZ has learned.
According to Scott County Jail's inmate records, LaTisha was released from prison Wednesday morning ... and she'll be out until a decision's made about her appeal.
As we previously reported, LaTisha was sentenced to 15 years behind bars for allegedly scamming clients of her financial firm.
The man accused of making chilling threats over Nolan Wells' death had a message for the FBI as he was hauled to jail -- justice for Nolan.
According to a newly filed FBI report, obtained by TMZ, Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce was arrested July 29 at a West Sacramento, CA library ... and while FBI agents drove him to jail, one agent told him she wouldn't question him about his federal charges -- but Dumarce apparently started talking anyway.
According to the report, Dumarce said he knew "what this was about" and acknowledged his words got him in trouble ... before adding, "I hope they get justice for that boy."

The senator concludes his updates ... "On the advice of my doctors, I'll maintain an intensive regimen of physical therapy from home during the state work period, and I'll continue to engage with my staff and colleagues on important Senate business."
McConnell's press release did not include a photo of him ... unlike previous health updates -- so that's not going to do much in stopping the relentless conspiracies about his health.
As you know ... the Kentucky senator was in the hospital for 53 days ... and with only a pair of proof of life snaps ... the jokes and skepticism became a whirlwind.
