Dolly Parton made a shocking appearance at an awards show Wednesday night ... speaking to the audience weeks after her death.

In the video, the late singer showed off her iconic charm, telling the crowd, "Well, hey, it’s Dolly. I’m honored to be receiving a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Americana Music Association.”

"It’s a great honor, truly, and just know that I will always love you," she added, referencing her iconic hit song.

Ed Sheeran fans in Ireland had better head to Spotify if they want to listen to his tracks ... because a major radio station says he's persona non grata at the moment.

Classic Hits Radio -- a Dublin-based station with a reach into other major cities like Cork, Limerick and Galway -- confirmed it will not play Ed's songs for the "foreseeable future" after widespread backlash amid the Macklemore controversy.

Dave Kelly, the program director for Classic Hits' parent company Bay Broadcasting, told The Independent this is not meant to be a personal judgment of Ed ... but the company believes "it is important to listen to our audience and to stand alongside Irish artists who have made what is undoubtedly a significant professional decision based on their own convictions."

Kim Kardashian's children are getting court-ordered protection against the man she says sent her Plan B and has previously shown up outside their house ... and he can't get near them for half a decade.

Kim asked a judge back in July for her permanent restraining order against Nicholas Costanza to include protections for North West, Saint West, Chicago West and Psalm West ... and now we've learned her request was granted in a Sept. 10 court hearing.

The restraining order is set to expire at midnight on Aug. 3, 2031 -- a five-year window.

TMZ obtained evidence submitted as part of the ongoing legal battle between 24/7 Productions and Nicki Minaj. The company is suing the rapper and her company, claiming it spent over $275K on hotels and travel under a pre-approved budget but never got reimbursed.

In an alleged email dated November 29, 2023, a member of Nicki’s team wrote to 24/7 Productions about the scheduled promo. The team member, speaking about the week in New York, wrote “The $250K allowance from Republic [Records] is extremely low. It will cost her at least double that” ... and added that "hotels and transportation alone will eat up the whole amount.”

Taylor Frankie Paul's parenting time has been reduced after she allegedly failed multiple court-ordered drug tests amid custody disputes with ex-husband Tate Paul and ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ ... Taylor allegedly failed multiple drug tests in the last 60 days. As a result, we're told the court ordered that she be limited to 8 hours of parenting time each week -- four with her 2 kids with Tate, and four with her child with Dakota.

The alleged substances involved remain unclear ... however, we're told at least one of them is not commonly available as a prescription med.

Sources close to Taylor tell TMZ ... there's been a strict gag order in the case, so they view any information leaked to the media as a continuation of the harassment and intimidation Taylor's experienced throughout the custody battle.

NFL owners were allegedly assured Macklemore wouldn't mention Palestine during the second night of Ed Sheeran's tour stop at MetLife Stadium ... but he did anyway, according to a new report.

According to The Wall Street Journal, several NFL team owners complained about Macklemore's pro-Palestinian messaging following the first night of the New Jersey shows. WSJ sources say the owners were assured he would remove all references to Palestine from his second night performance ... but he ultimately kept them in.

The report does not identify who made that promise to the owners. Macklemore later blamed New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft for drawing a line in the sand and getting him removed from the tour.

"Barely Breathing" singer Duncan Sheik has been hospitalized in New York ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter is currently receiving care at a New York City hospital.

It's currently unclear what led to his hospitalization, and details about his condition remain unknown.

His team posted a statement on his Instagram late Wednesday saying he remains in critical but stable condition.

Lamar Odom’s girlfriend, Rachel Bradley, is fighting her ex-husband and former MLB star Milton Bradley over the NBA star in court, TMZ has learned.

Rachel filed court docs firing back at Milton’s request for Lamar to stay away from their 7-year-old son Matteo due to the NBA star's past issues with drugs and alcohol.

In her filing, Rachel asked for legal custody of Matteo. She claimed to have had issues communicating with Milton, who she says she has been separated from since November 2025.
