Porsha Williams must be bucking for a promotion on RHOA -- because the chick who got demoted for having boring story lines ... just got arrested for blazing down an Atlanta highway.

TMZ has learned the "Real Housewives" star was pulled over today for allegedly speeding -- cops say 78 mph in a 55 zone -- and they claim she was driving on a suspended license.

Cops hauled Porsha off to jail ... where she was booked. We're told she posted $1,726 to bond out.

Still, she did some time. Hear that 'Housewives' producers? Porsha's gangsta now.

Dustin Diamond has finally been released from jail ... after he spent the weekend behind bars for allegedly stabbing someone.

Screech posted bail Monday afternoon before appearing in court with his girlfriend.

We broke the story ... the "Saved by the Bell" star left the bar after allegedly stabbing someone -- but cops caught up with him down the road and took him into custody. Dustin says it was just self defense.

In case you're wondering ... Screech didn't go hungry in the slammer -- we're told he had a sloppy joe, beans, and coleslaw and a peanut butter bar for dinner.

And his tears for dessert.

Police in Wisconsin are on the hunt for video that would prove "Saved By the Bell" star Dustin Diamond stabbed someone ... starting with surveillance footage from the scene of the crime.

Grand Avenue Saloon owner Randy Buser tells us he was contacted Friday evening by authorities looking to review the bar's video footage ... and they agreed to meet today.

Law enforcement officials tell us they requested the video to see if Screech was the stabber ... and to figure out what everyone's involvement in the brawl was.

However, the bar owner tells us the cops should lower their expectations -- he says his surveillance footage is very jumpy.

Dustin Diamond a.k.a. Screech is behind bars ... after he was arrested in Wisconsin for allegedly stabbing a man with a switchblade -- TMZ has learned.

The Port Washington Police Department says Diamond was arrested early Friday morning for possession of a switchblade, reckless endangerment and carrying a concealed weapon.

Cops tell us Screech allegedly stabbed a guy after getting into an argument late Christmas evening that quickly escalated-- the bar owner says it was over pics they were taking of Diamond -- and then the actor bailed from the bar.

According to court docs ... the victim suffered a 1/2 inch wound under his armpit and bled heavily -- but he didn't notice it had even happened until moments later.

Officers located Dustin and his girlfriend in his car not long after ... and the knife was in his ride. Dustin's girlfriend was booked on a disorderly conduct charge.

Cops tell us the victim suffered non-life threatening wounds ... and he's already home recovering.

Diamond is claiming self defense ... saying he and his girlfriend were attacked in the bar. The actor appeared in court Friday morning and his bail was set at $10K.

We got video moments before the stabbing ... and you can clearly hear people freaking out.

TMZ just got the two police reports. As for Kevin's arrest ... the report says he told cops his son came home wasted and belligerent toward him and Kevin's wife, then spit in his face and elbow-checked him. Kevin told cops he pinned Tristen to the ground and that's when Tristen scratched his face.

But Tristen said Kevin was berating him over his relationship with his girlfriend. He says Kevin then choke-slammed him to the ground and, just like Kevin's signature move, Tristen says he hit is head so hard on the ground he blacked out.

Cops arrested Kevin because they felt he was the "primary aggressor."

As for Tristen's arrest two hours later ... Tristen's uncle told cops the young man -- who is 6'5" and 200 lbs -- was drunk and had "slung his mom around the kitchen" and tried attacking him as well.

Wrestling superstar Kevin Nash was arrested early Christmas Eve morning -- after getting into a bloody fight with his teenage son Tristen ... TMZ has learned.

The 55-year-old legend -- who is currently under contract with the WWE -- was taken into custody in Volusia County, Florida after cops received a call about a domestic incident just after midnight.

When cops arrived to the scene ... they noticed blood on Kevin's face and arrested Nash.

Two hours later, cops received another 911 call from a person claiming 18-year-old Tristen attacked his mother. He was also arrested for battery.

Cops tell TMZ alcohol may have been a factor.

Both men were hauled to a nearby jail where they were booked and are currently being held without bond.

FYI -- Nash (6'10" and 277 pounds) is one of of the biggest stars in wrestling ... he's won titles in the WWE, WCW and TNA ... by using his signature move, the jackknife powerbomb.

Nash has also had a decent film career. He appeared in "Magic Mike" and will be in the sequel as well. He's also appeared in "John Wick," "Rock of Ages," "The Longest Yard" ... and as Super Shredder in "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze."

Tristen is an aspiring singer in a band.

Just four years ago, Kevin fiercely defended Tristen when Internet trolls blasted the music he posted in YouTube. Kevin wrote, "or those that are just haters because he is my kid, f**k you and I hope you wake up with a brain tumor tomorrow."

Ray Rice and then fiancee Janay Palmer were handcuffed the night of the Atlantic City elevator fight ... and even kissed each other in an elevator as police escorted them out of the casino.

The surveillance video posted by ABC News shows cops seated with Ray and Janay at separate tables in the Revel Hotel and Casino.

About 1 minute into the video police start to walk Ray and Janay out, they put them both together in the same elevator. Remember this isn't long after Ray knocked out Janay in an elevator.

Rapper Bobby Shmurda was arrested Tuesday night during a sting involving multiple shootings and drug trafficking ... TMZ has confirmed.

The indictment is sealed and the specific charges have not been disclosed, but we know it's part of a long-term investigation conducted by the NYPD and a special narcotics prosecutor.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Shmurda was under surveillance by police and was arrested while he sat in a car outside a NYC recording studio.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday.

Shumurda was arrested in October for smoking a joint with two friends while double parked on a Brooklyn street ... and in June for possession of a weapon.

Keyshia Cole faces jail time over a DUI she got a decade ago ... and no one would have been the wiser had she not flown into a jealous rage in Birdman's condo.

Cole was in a L.A. County court this week ... trying to explain to a judge that a very old arrest warrant was a gigantic mistake. The warrant was issued in 2004, because Keyshia failed to submit proof to the judge that she completed her alcohol ed class after a 2002 DUI conviction.

Keyshia's lawyer tried explaining the singer completed the course, but the judge was unmoved. There was no paperwork to prove it, so the judge indicated he'd throw her in jail for 30 days.

But the judge also showed some mercy, telling Keyshia's lawyer he would let her skate if they could submit proof she finished the classes. A hearing is set for February.

Now here's the bitch. Authorities had no idea there was a warrant and probably wouldn't know, but when Keyshia was arrested in September for assaulting a woman in Birdman's condo, cops did a warrant check and ... bingo.

Boyfriends cause such trouble.

The Neighbourhood's frontman Jesse Rutherford did the walk of shame through Newark Airport after being nabbed by the cops for drug possession.

According to police, Jesse had already passed through TSA last weekend when cops spotted him trying to ditch a bag of marijuana in the terminal's food court. But officers were hip to his game and he was SOL.

Rutherford was nabbed and booked for possession of a controlled substance ... but apparently it was a very small amount because cops describe it as a lower level offense.

The 23-year-old singer is now just five arrests shy of catching up to Motley Crüe's Vince Neil.

Dan Bilzerian was trying to make a bomb TMZ has learned ... which is why he was arrested when he landed at LAX late Tuesday.

We've learned an arrest warrant was issued in Clark County, Nevada. Bilerzian has been charged with violating a law making it a crime to possess an explosive or incendiary device with the intent to manufacture it.

According to the criminal complaint -- obtained by TMZ -- Bilzerian had ammonium and aluminum powder, along with ammonium nitrate mix -- and when mixed it acts like pure TNT.

The warrant was issued last month but it was confidential ... under seal, presumably because cops were continuing to investigate and they didn't want their cover blown if the warrant became public.

Bilzerian is being held without bail.

Bilzerian is a fan of weapons ... he got washed out of the Navy SEAL program in 1999, 2 days before graduation.

If convicted of the felony charges he faces between 1 and 6 years in prison.

A guy threatened to shoot Mama June and Pumpkin too ... and he's been charged with making terroristic threats ... TMZ has learned.

Cops in McIntyre, GA tell us ... June was threatened on her Facebook page. June tells us he threatened to shoot both her and Pumpkin.

Police got a warrant for Andrew Kurt Summers, who turned himself in Monday. He's been released on $15K bail.

Summers faces the felony charge of making terroristic threats.

Mama June says she takes threats against her and her kids very seriously.

Most people spend a fortune on wedding photogs, but Xzibit got his for free, courtesy of the police who took his mug shot after he got arrested for DUI immediately after his reception.

Xzibit tied the knot Saturday night near Laguna Beach, CA. He and his bride, Krista Joiner, partied hard at the St. Regis Monarch Beach. After getting pelted with rice early Sunday ... he left, presumably with her.

But the coitus got interrupted in Laguna, when cops pulled Xzibit over for speeding. He reeked of booze so cops cuffed him and took him to the station.

It's fitting ... Xzibit was associated with the group, The Alkaholiks.

If Snooki and new hubby Jionni LaValle left their wedding reception in a car with tin cans attached, it's a safe bet he didn't drive ... because we found he was on the heels of a drunk driving arrest.

Jionni spent the first weekday as a married man in court, where he copped a plea in his criminal case. He was arrested August 7 on Interstate 80 in Totowa, NJ at 3:30 AM after cops noticed him driving erratically.

Jionni pled guilty to DUI on Monday and had 2 other charges -- unsafe lane change and careless driving -- dismissed. His license was revoked for 3 months and he has to attend a drug and alcohol education class.

Snooki can relate ... she was arrested in 2010 for public drunkenness on the Jersey Shore.

R&B star Jeremih is about to find out Fuddruckers can be way more expensive than he thought ... because his visit could now cost him thousands of bucks in legal fees, because he's about to get arrested.

TMZ broke the story ... Jeremih was at a Billings, MT Fuddruckers when he and his crew began hurling beer bottles after accusing management of being racist.

Cops in Billings tell us they've reviewed the surveillance video and have gone to prosecutors for an arrest warrant. The likely charges will be criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

The manager of the chain says Jeremih and his posse were hitting on a female employee, and when he asked them to back off they went nuts.

Buddy Valastro put his drunk driving case to bed by making a surprise trip to the courthouse ... to plead guilty to driving while drunk.

As a result of the plea, the "Cake Boss" star's license will be suspended for three months, and he has to enter a drunk driving program. He also got a $300 fine.

Valastro says he told the judge he only had one drink before getting pulled over -- but added he'd learned his lesson ... "If you have even one drink you shouldn't drive."

He wasn't scheduled to be in court until February, but after today's hearing he tweeted he went in early because ... "I wanted to make this right."

As TMZ first reported, Valastro was arrested on November 13 after cops noticed the TLC star's 2014 yellow Corvette weaving on 10th Ave in Manhattan.

The lawyer repping child molester Stephen Collins in his divorce is going to be jumping from courtroom to courtroom, because TMZ has learned he was busted for DUI Friday night.

Mark Vincent Kaplan -- who became famous repping Kevin Federline in his contentious divorce from Britney Spears -- was popped on the Sunset Strip just before midnight.

Kaplan flunked the field sobriety test and was taken to the West Hollywood Sheriff's substation and booked on DUI.
