No word on exactly when their latest production will drop.

The "other stuff" is Grammer's wife --Camille Donatacci Grammer-- who just filed for divorce from the actor last month after 13 years of marriage.

But today, Grammer -- who was super chatty with photogs -- said he's "very happy" with the situation and joked, "we wanna keep the baby."

Looking like she's ready to pop, the expectant 36-year-old took a long walk around a golf course in L.A. on Wednesday.

Kelly Kapowski is due any second now.

While the 37-year-old reality star is a board certified dermatologist, Dr. Will played OB/GYN and delivered his adorable, healthy son Cash Kirby on Monday. We're told lil' Cash weighed in at 7 lbs 3.9 oz and measured 21.25 inches.

By the looks of this cute pic, you really can't have enough Cash.

TMZ has obtained photos of Miles -- born on March 9, 2010 -- with Scott and his husband Thomas (who, like Scott, was born a woman).

Alexsandra Wright -- who claims she had an 18 month affair with Knowles -- filed a paternity suit against him back in October and gave birth on February 4. Wright's lawyers are in court today, trying to get Knowles to pony up child support -- so far, sources say, he hasn't paid a cent.

For his part, Mathew has skirted the issue, telling TMZ, "We are not aware of the birth of a child. Mr. Knowles has never had a DNA test. These rumors are untrue."

The stripper who reportedly said she was pregnant with Josh Duhamel's baby is lashing out against the reports -- claiming there's definitely no bun in her oven.

The woman, Nicole Forrester, claims she's been bombarded with questions since the story surfaced earlier this week -- but Forrester insists, "I am not pregnant."

Forrester adds, "Apparently, because of mistakes I made in the past they feel I'm fair game and can print whatever lies they want just to sell magazines – I want this to stop now."

She continues, "This has not only hurt me but other innocent parties, including my children, who have to deal with the bully tactics of other children – that is not fair."

Duhamel has previously denied having any sort of relationship with Forrester.

Wright -- who filed a paternity suit against Mathew Knowles back in October -- gave birth last Thursday to a baby boy. The name ... Nixon. Priceless.

Wright -- who once appeared on "Scrubs" -- claims she had a relationship with Knowles that lasted 18 months. And, sources say, Wright claims she and Mathew picked out the baby name together. We're guessing they were watching "Frost/Nixon."

Sources tell us Wright has a court date next week in an attempt to dislodge some support money from Mathew. We're told Alexsandra hasn't gotten a penny from Mathew for the baby.

The rapper hasn't confirmed if he's responsible for the fetus in there ... and we don't blame him.

TMZ has obtained a first look at 15-weeks-premature Josie getting wheeled into Michelle Duggar's hospital room for the first time after the delivery ... as it went down in front of the "18 Kids and Counting" TV cameras.

She looks tiny, but the Duggars tell TMZ "Josie is 7-weeks old today and absolutely beautiful ...she is growing and getting stronger each day ... she has a long road ahead, we are encouraged about her progress to date."

Her progress will be chronicled on the show's new season -- which starts with a special Sunday night.

Tila Tequila says she's pregnant and she's willing to confirm it -- for a price.

We've learned Tila is shopping an ultrasound around she says proves she's having a baby.

As for who the father is ... God only knows.

UPDATE: Tila tells TMZ, "I hope it's a boy but I'm not gonna find out 'cause I don't wanna know. But if it's a boy the name is Jayden. A girl - it's Violet."

She says the baby daddy is "a Swedish man - gorgeous."

Yesterday, as the couple left Jimmy Au's -- a store for men 5'8" and under -- Bill revealed they're "still working on" having a kid, but due to health concerns they "just don't know how yet."
