Katie Holmes has broken out of her frumpy phase in a SERIOUS way ... strutting around the streets of NYC today looking downright sexy.

Of course, Katie has never really been unattractive, but there was a rough period ... right before she broke things off with Tom Cruise.

But after the two split in 2012, Katie began a Tiger Woods-style comeback ... in the hotness department ... going from a 9 back to a 10.

That's Marilyn Manson -- AKA Brian Hugh Warner -- getting all actor-y on the set of the TV show, "Eastbound & Down" ... where he's shooting a cameo role this week. This is his intense look.

Manson is a huge fan of "EB&D" ... and has reportedly been lobbying the producers for the last couple of years to cast him in the show ... and it finally paid off. But he must have seriously confused the makeup people on the set ... since he arrived looking, well ... pretty dang normal.

This is the HBO comedy's 4th and final season. No word on when Manson's episode will air.

But he's ready for his closeup.

Days after being officially renamed to the USA national team, soccer goddesses Alex Morgan and Sydney Leroux celebrated by hitting the beaches in Hawaii this weekend ... in very tiny bikinis.

The Women's World Cup tournament is still 2 years away, but qualifiers begin in Fall 2014 ... and the team is scheduled to take on Australia and New Zealand in some friendly matches later this month.

Suggs spit the venom during an interview with ESPN's "E:60" when Lisa Salters asked T-Sizzle how he truly felt about the Pats superstar. T's response:

“I don’t think it’s appropriate for camera. I don’t like him. He don’t like me. I don’t like his hair.”

Suggs will have a chance to tell Brady how he feels about him in person on Dec. 22 – when the Ravens take on the Pats.

In case you haven't seen the images, 2K14 LeBron is WAYYYYY balder than 2K13 LeBron ... and conspiracy theorists are suggesting the designers are anti-LBJ fans who were just trying to troll the guy.

Don't screw with supermodel Miranda Kerr's schedule ... cuz if you do, she'll tear you apart in public -- like she did today when she ripped her "stupid driver" after he took her to the WRONG fashion show in Paris.

Miranda -- who's in the French capital for Fashion Week -- was already late when she arrived by car at the Louis Vuitton show ... then discovered -- to her horror --- that she was supposed to be at a completely different place ... the Vionnet show.

With no time to lose -- and her rep clearing a path on the sidewalks ... Miranda raced to the Vionnet show -- not easy to do in high-heeled, thigh-high boots.

Watch ... she's clearly not happy about her fashion faux pas ... and blames it on her "stupid driver."

You can't go slapping Tyra Banks' name willy-nilly on wigs -- not without her slapping back with a massive lawsuit for 10 million dollars ... TMZ has learned.

Tyra just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County against 10 companies that make wigs ... and in the suit she claims they're all biting her "name, photograph, image, and identity" -- as well as her trademarks.

We know squat about wigs ... but some quick research revealed several of the companies do have Tyra's photos and Tyra inspired wigs on their websites.

A few examples: The Yaki straight[Tyra-Banks style] wig, the Tyra Banks custom lace wig #046, and our fave -- the Tyra Banks inspired human hair wig. We're guessing it's not actually TB's hair you're buying ... although it does cost $300!

Several pages of the lawsuit are spent on spelling out how valuable her trademark is because she's a huge star ... and to prove it her IMDB profile -- all 11 pages -- are attached to the suit as Exhibit A.

To be fair, the suit also refers to Tyra as a "former supermodel."

TB is suing for an injunction to stop the sale of the infringing products -- and at least $10 million in damages.

Kim Kardashian is determined to move all of her baby weight back into her ass cheeks ... and by the looks of things, she's doing one helluva job.

KK hit the streets in Paris this week ... en route to a workout session at a local gym.

So, we gotta ask ...
