Eight years is a long time to be with someone -- it's an even longer time to be separated from someone.

"30 Rock" star Tracy Morgan and his wife Sabina have finally decided to pull the trigger on their divorce. The couple was married for 23 years -- but spent the last eight living apart, according to the NY Daily News.

Derek Hough and Shannon Elizabeth posted matching Tweets last night announcing their breakup. The couple first met when they were partnered together during season six of "Dancing with the Stars."

Reggie probably won't be spending much time going solo, as there are tons of single ladies hoping to turn the 24-year-old Saint into a sinner.

The 29-year-old Tweeted, "Love my ladies!!! Wish I could be with them everyday of my life. Laughter is wonderful :)"

With no man in her life, Jess can always turn to women.

Romo hit up the Steel Panther show at the Key Club in Hollywood last night with his mantourage -- who tried blocking the dude from every question we threw at him.

For the first time since their big break-up, Doug Reinhardt is finally speaking out on his split with Paris Hilton.

Here's the statement Doug released through his rep:

"Doug refuses to take part of this ridiculous media circus. He wishes Paris and all of her future boyfriends the best of luck."

Guess he doesn't think Ronaldo will be "The One?"

And to add to it all, sources close to Doug told us, "Contrary to reports, Paris is begging him to take her back, she made a mistake and loves him 100%."

We're told Paris and Doug got into a big fight at The Darkroom in L.A. last night -- one that ended with Paris giving her man the old heave-ho before she stormed out of the club (as you can see in the video).

Sources close to the couple say she sealed the deal-breaker by revoking Doug's right to enter her gated community, so early this morning Doug was left boohooing at the barricade when he realized he was locked out for good.

The same source tells us Paris couldn't be happier, because she now realizes "Doug is a douche just like everyone tried to tell her and that he was only dating her for publicity."

Saying "she doesn't know how to quit him" would be sooooo 2005.

John Ratzenberger has filed for a restraining order against his 45-year-old ex girlfriend -- claiming she's capable of violence because she listens to country music.

The former "Cheers" star laid it all out in legal papers filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, saying his ex "indicated that it is common in many country western songs for women to set the cars of their former boyfriends on fire."

He continues, "That statement insinuates that she may have the capacity to perpetuate this act or similar violent conduct."

Ratz also claims he is "deeply disturbed by the harrassing and intimidating phone calls, emails and text messages."

John also accuses his ex of contacting his friends, family and business associates and making "false and defamatory statements" about him.

The DJ booked it out of Lohan's place at 6am on Friday morning.

Marg Helgenberger, the star of "CSI," is going back on the singles market -- the actress officially filed for divorce from her husband, Alan Rosenberg.

In divorce papers filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, Helgenberger cited irreconcilable differences with Rosenberg, who happens to be the president of the Screen Actors Guild -- S.A.G.

The two were married back in 1989, but separated last December.

According to several reports, Sarah Palin's unwed-teenage-mother daughter Bristol has officially kicked Levi Johnston -- the man they shamelessly paraded around the campaign trail -- to the cold Alaskan curb.

He's got the best track record in Hollywood, having previously dated hotties like Tiffani Amber Thiessen and knocking up Vanessa Marcil, but we're thinkin' the only possible post-Fox upgrade is Bar Refaeli. But is it really an improvement?
