Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna tried resolving their custody war Friday in a lawyer's office building, but there were clearly hard feelings at the end of the day because Chyna tried hightailing it out in Rob's whip ... so claim 2 eyewitnesses.

Here's what happened. Chyna and her team of 5 lawyers, including Lisa Bloom, showed up at the Century City law offices of Laura Wasser, who reps Rob. They spent hours inside but, according to Bloom, nothing has been resolved.

We're told Rob had someone call ahead to have his car pulled up to the valet stand, but he wanted to wait until Chyna left. According to witnesses, a visibly agitated Chyna came along, saw the Range Rover, got inside and prepared to hightail it away from the building.

We're told one of her lawyers told her, "That's not a good idea," and with the help of a valet, they got Chyna out of Rob's whip.

Bloom tells TMZ Chyna did not try to drive away in the Range Rover and did not get inside. Bloom did say, however, that Chyna was "agitated" when she saw the Ranger Rover because she had given it to Rob as a gift. Rob gave Chyna a Ferrari and a Lambo, both of which she returned to him when they broke up, but Rob kept the Rover.

Bloom said Chyna had some "choice words" when she saw the Range Rover, but that was it.

Madison Parker's either throwing serious shade at her ex ... or she needs to see a doctor about short-term memory loss.

Aaron Carter's ex-GF was outside Blind Dragon in Weho Friday night when our guy asked her an interesting question about Carter's sexuality ... that she clearly didn't want to answer.

It seems like there's bad blood brewing between the 2 since they've split -- Aaron told us Madison walking out on him was a gut-punch -- and now she's referring to him as an enemy.

On the bright side -- Madison tells us she loves everyone and prays for the best, and Aaron says he's doing great ... in the oral sex department.

Tennis superstar Victoria Azarenka -- one of the best players in the world -- has finally broken her silence on the custody war that could force her to miss the US Open ... saying it's unfair that she has to choose between her job and her kid.

As we previously reported, Azarenka is at war with her baby daddy -- who filed custody papers in L.A. and the judge overseeing the case won't let Victoria take the kid out of the state while the trial rages.

Problem is ... the US Open starts on August 28 in NY -- but Azarenka says she REFUSES to leave her kid behind.

"Shortly after Wimbledon, Leo’s father and I separated and as we work to resolve some of the legal processes, the way things stand now is that the only way I can play in the US Open this year is if I leave Leo behind in California, which I’m not willing to do."

"No one should ever have to decide between a child and their career, we are strong enough to do both," Azarenka said.

Azarenka's attorney, Laura Wasser, recently told the judge the tennis star is more than willing to buy a plane ticket for the baby daddy and put him up in a hotel for the 2-week tournament, but the judge said no.

Still, Victoria is holding out hope that the two sides can reach an amicable resolution.

Blac Chyna's had it with her flavor of the month ... she dumped Mechie's ass and she's already back on familiar ground -- the strip club.

Sources close to BC tell us she got into an explosive argument Monday night with Mechie over his constant flirting with other women on social media. They'd been dating for less than 2 months but that didn't stop Mechie from getting BC's initials tattooed behind his ear.

The ink has barely dried and already she's told him to take a hike ... and to take all his stuff with him.

After the argument ... we're told Blac hit up a Tarzana studio and vented her frustration on the mic and spit lyrics for a new track. Inspiration.

Not long after she hit up Ace of Diamonds. As we reported ... she hit up the joint the same night her baby daddy's sister, Khloe, and her NBA superstar bf, Tristan Thompson, showed up.

We're told Khloe and BC crossed paths inside and had a brief stare down. But no one uttered a peep.

As for how long the breakup will last ... we're told BC's called it game over but Mechie's desperately trying to make things right.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are deep in divorce talks, and there is NO talk of reconciliation, contrary to some media reports.

Several stories have surfaced recently suggesting the divorce is on hold and they are thinking of rebooting the relationship. Sources connected to the couple say nothing could be further from the truth.

We're told both sides are hashing out both child custody and property settlements, and the divorce is full steam ahead.

One reason they will never get back together ... Angelina made extremely damaging allegations against Brad, claiming he was abusive to their kids. The investigations triggered by the allegations ultimately exonerated Pitt.

Brad hasn't hidden his feeling about the children -- they're at the top of his priority list, so it seems they're at the point of no return in terms of reconciling.

Jesse Williams slammed people for claiming he nonchalantly ended his 13-year relationship just for a "cute girl" with whom he was working ... well that may not be why his marriage ended, but it seems he's with that cute girl.

The girl in question is Minka Kelly and it appears the pair enjoyed another date night ... this time at Largo at the Coronet in L.A. We saw them together last month all incognito at the movies.

Jesse made a cameo on Jay-Z's "Footnotes from 4:44" where he blasted those for suggesting he left his wife for Minka's hot bod.

Reading between the lines, it seems like what he's saying is that he and his wife called it quits before Minka entered the pic.

Chris Pratt is sticking to what he knows in the fallout of his separation from estranged wife Anna Faris ... and that involves family and faith.

Chris was out Sunday taking his 4-year-old son, Jack, to Church in L.A. -- with Anna nowhere in sight. It appears to be the first time he's been seen public since his split from Anna last weekend ... when the ex-couple announced they were separating on social media.

We broke the story ... Chris and Anna are parting ways because of differences in their vision on family and work -- she wants to have more kids and to settle down in L.A., while Chris doesn't want to do either considering his movie career is just now taking off.

Still ... Chris seems to be trying to keep things normal between he and his boy. As normal as they can be without mom, anyway. Also, check out his ring finger ... stripped.

The engagement's off ... but if you think Evelyn Lozada is giving back that 14.5 carat diamond engagement ring she got from Carl Crawford you're out of your mind.

The ex-MLB superstar -- who once signed a $142 MILLION contract -- proposed to the "Basketball Wives" star with the $1.4 million ring back in 2013. Evelyn obviously said, "Yes."

The two were set to get married 3 weeks ago -- but Evelyn pulled the plug after getting suspicious about Carl's fidelity.

Legally, Lozada is obligated to give the ring back -- since an engagement ring is considered a conditional gift in California, the condition being she has to get married.

But sources close to Lozada tell us ... Crawford ain't getting it back, period.

We're told she's planning on keeping the ring in a safe and passing it on to her kids one day. And at this point, she's not expecting Carl to put up a fight.

Talk about a fabulous parting gift.

David Ayer -- the guy who wrote "Training Day," "S.W.A.T." and a bunch of other action thrillers and also directed "Suicide Squad" -- wants out of his 14-year marriage.

David filed for divorce Wednesday in L.A., citing irreconcilable differences. He married Mireya on September 26, 2002 and lists the date of separation as July 29.

There's a sign this one is amicable. David's lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, checked the box agreeing that her client would pay Mireya spousal support.

They have 4 minor children -- 14, 12, 11 and 8. David is asking for joint custody.

David -- who also wrote "The Fast and the Furious" and "End of Watch" -- will be writing a big check, because we've learned there was no prenup, and we're told he's made a bloody fortune.

Tiger Woods has broken his silence about his dating life to let everyone know he broke up with his hot blonde girlfriend, Kristin Smith ... last year.

Chris Pratt and Anna Faris are going their separate ways not because of some third party in their marriage, not because one of them did something unforgivable ... they split because they each have very different views of what a family should be.

Our sources say Anna wants a family that is pretty much together most of the time. She wants a base ... which for her has been Los Angeles. We're told she wants more kids. The upshot ... Anna wants a traditional family.

Chris, on the other hand, has had some life-changing experiences that has required him to adjust the balance between family and career. When he married Anna back in 2009, she was much bigger than him. He's now at the top of the Hollywood food chain, and with that comes opportunities that take him all over the world, shooting movies that take him away from home for months at a time.

Our sources say he doesn't want more kids ... at least not in the foreseeable future, because he can't juggle a growing family with his career. And he can't be corralled in one place -- even L.A. -- because that's not the way the movie industry works.

That said, we're told they have an unbreakable bond in son Jack. They are devoted parents, both separately and together and they are determined to keep it that way.

Our sources say there are other personal reasons for the split, but the way they see family in the long-term was a big factor in their decision.

Finally, our sources say both Chris and Anna are incredibly sad over the end of their relationship. Although she says they've separated, we're told they have already set the wheels in motion for divorce, which we're told will be as amicable as it gets.

Anna Faris and Chris Pratt are the latest couple heading down splitsville ... they just announced they're separating after 8 years of marriage.

Anna and Chris made it public Sunday night, saying ... "We are sad to announce we are legally separating. We tried hard for a long time, and we're really disappointed."

They go on to say they want to keep it private for their son's sake, adding they still love each other and cherish their time together.

Chris and Anna got hitched in July 2009. They have 1 young son, Jack.

Courtney Love's dodging making a decision on who gets Kurt Cobain's famous guitar -- their daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, or her estranged husband ... according to new legal docs.

Isaiah Silva -- who's in an ongoing divorce with Frances -- claims Courtney's refused to come to the door twice when his investigators tried to serve her with deposition papers. According to the docs ... she's also ducking the L.A. Sheriff's Dept.'s attempts to do the same.

Silva wants a depo from Love because he claims she has "personal knowledge of many of the facts" surrounding the 1959 Martin D-18E acoustic guitar Kurt played during Nirvana's "MTV Unplugged."

As we reported ... the guitar's been a heated point of contention in the divorce. Frances says the "priceless family heirloom" belongs to her, but he says it's his because she gifted it to him.

We reached out to Courtney ... her rep tells us she's already publicly stated the guitar is a family heirloom and doesn't belong to anyone other than family, which echoes what she told us in July 2016. The rep also says Courtney hasn't been home much ... she's been filming in Canada.

Aaron Carter broke up with his girlfriend days before announcing he's bisexual -- and it seems the news might have pushed things over the edge ... TMZ has learned.

A source close to Aaron tells us he and now ex-GF, Madison Parker, broke up sometime last week ... and that it was a long time coming.

His rep tells TMZ the decision was mutual, and Aaron and Madison "love each other and respect one another dearly." The rep also adds ... Aaron's personal statement speaks for itself. He's hoping to refocus his attention on his music.

As we reported ... Aaron announced Saturday night that he's found both men and women attractive since a young age. It's interesting -- we caught Aaron and Madison -- whom he referred to as his girlfriend -- driving around L.A. together early last week ... right after he apparently got out of surgery.

Casey Affleck and his estranged wife, Summer Phoenix, will NOT have a nasty, drawn-out divorce -- despite a weird filing -- we've learned it's all settled already.

Casey filed docs Monday responding to Summer's divorce petition ... filed that same day. Much of his reads just like hers -- irreconcilable differences, 2 kids and same date of separation. However, in his docs, Casey says he wants the court to block Summer from getting the spousal support she had requested in her docs.

On paper, seems like a dogfight is brewing ... but sources connected to the ex-couple tell us they've already hammered out a settlement, just 4 days after she filed. We're told Casey is paying spousal support under the agreement.

It's unclear why he checked the box to block spousal support only to cave a few days later -- but what's done is done.

7:40 AM PT -- Joshua JUUUST responded in the most hilarious way ... posting the classic Shaggy video, "It wasn't me," and saying he likes his women BBW (a little thicker).

Amir Khan just went nuclear on his wife, accusing her of banging heavyweight champ Anthony Joshua ... after telling the world he's divorcing her.

Khan has been married to model Faryal Makhdoom since 2013, but took to Twitter minutes ago to announce the marriage is OVER.

"So me and the wife Faryal have agreed to split. I'm currently in Dubai. Wish her all the best."

He didn't leave it there, telling the whole world he thinks Faryal is rebounding with Joshua.

"Faryal moved on quick. Always mentioned to me how much she wanted to be with another guy, from all people another boxer @anthonyfjoshua"

Faryal isn't taking the whole thing lying down (lol), and fired off a series of Tweets of her own saying Khan is just a washed up crybaby looking for attention, and the real cheater in the relationship.
